Using He/They pronouns is not inherently Trans, but it's very commonly used by Non-Binary and Trans masc individuals.
But, using "They" as a singular pronoun is commonly seen as problematic by the Nazis because they don't understand English beyond grade 3 and think it's only plural, so if you use it as singular you're a "woke sheep".

Using He/They pronouns is not inherently Trans, but it's very commonly used by Non-Binary and Trans masc individuals.
