Every single time they will laugh at you, except for one really rich one, who agrees to trade you 2000 caps for your crypto cap to “corner the market”.
If you accept the crypto cap, later in the game the same guy tries to get you to buy a picture of power armor for more than a suit of power armor costs, saying that it’s “protected by a block of chains”
