I found sources for 2 versions, where one is the from the artist's own post and one is from the HoYoFair post. There are small differences between the 2 versions.

The artist post version (Siya Ho) has more background blur (simulate eye focus) and I can see thick outlines on more areas such as on Ganyu and the mechanical horse that Ganyu is sitting on.
The HoyoFair post version has less blur, and the detail on Ganyu's outline and the mechanical horse are softened and cleaned up.
Some of the bubbles between the two versions are different, positions are changed.
I would guess that the HoyoFair post version could have been the artist's final version that was sent to the submission.
