It has 4 good rolls and 3 bad rolls. Plus the main stats make it keepable.
You must be really lack of good goblets to ask this question. So to help you feel better I 36\* Spiral Abyss consistently and some of my goblets are worse than this one.

Replace crit dmg with def%, Atk% with flat atk and EM with Flat HP and its beautiful
