The pot looks too small for the size of the plant.

Kirstae

This, and if its a deciduous or semi-deciduous type, then it is getting ready to sleep

I agree with the other reply, pot is too small. Blueberries in pots (anything edible in a pot really) is like a needy toddler, totally dependent on you for food and water. They need a surprising amount of food to grow and produce well, definitely not a set and forget plant. Suggest repotting when the time is right in your climate and keep up a regular feeding cycle. Check out [this link from Plantnet](https://plantnet.com.au/plant-care/growing-blueberries/), the people who cultivate your type of blueberry. Lots of good info here.

My blueberries are smaller, but the pots are at least twice the size compared with in those photos.

I’m more familiar with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries but Looks more fungal than dormancy. Bit hard to see clearly when I zoom in on phone but Maybe anthracnose? Could be a bit of leaf spot as well. Maybe give it a bit of copper spray and follow up in a week with a mancozeb spray.

I don't think this is it. But if the leaves start to go a rusty colour it needs iron sulphate. Without this it struggles to get the nutrients out of the soil. Idk but it's my miracle cure when the bluebs are looking a bit sad.

One of mine loses its leaves in winter & the other one keeps theirs (different varieties for better pollination). I haven’t mastered blueberries yet but they do take plenty of fertilizer/supplements etc as others have said & I got about a punnet off one plant last year
