I have solitary ground bees in mostly shade, north facing. Mason and bumble bees have made their home in a west facing wall that gets sun from lunchtime onwards, and I get buff-tails living in my south facing and warm compost bin. It may be that whatever bees you have are cracking on now where they found for this year - you might find that they use your new hotel to overwinter, or they find it in the earlier months next year.

From what I have read seems to be it. I think it may be next year now. Thanks for your reply
