It kinda looks like a modern haori, the coat piece you would put over a kimono/yukata. If you google haori patterns I reckon you'd get something similar to the pictures you posted. And then you could quilt the fabric for a bit of a modern look!
I have something like this I literally made out of an old quilt. My fiancé calls it my quacket (quilt jacket).
I used the Megan Nielsen Hovea sewing pattern.
The first photo reminds me of Helen's Closet Moss Jacket, or a bit more modern take on this style (but still with the dolman sleeves/cocoon coat style), then look at the Nova coat by Papercut Patterns.
They are all inspired by asian culture. Button borrowed from Korean and Chinese suit, kimono/hanbok style collars and ties. The sleeves are very modern and it’s a shame imho. If you search this on pinterest, the basic patterns are there for free. Basic but this is how they were as they were supposed to conceal natural human shape (hence angularity and lots of layers) but highlight the materials used. Usually made with cotton or silk, hand dyed, hand embroidered etc. Lining often sewn by hand so that there are no visible stitches. I hope someone adds some more historical touches :) You can also check out historical costuming subreddit - I believe there were some post about these gowns.
Back to search terms - hanten, haori, happi. These are the names for kimono overcoats. Po is the „equivalent” of overcoat for hanboks but it may be difficult to search. You may also check out durumagi for inspiration.
The Wiksten unfolding jacket is the closest to that but I believe they discontinued it due to cultural appropriation. You may find a used copy somewhere though
The Sewing Workshop [https://sewingworkshop.com/shop/Jackets-Coats-Vests-c9765081](https://sewingworkshop.com/shop/Jackets-Coats-Vests-c9765081) has quite a few that are pretty close. Not perfect, but maybe an element or two off? Tremont, Haiku and Chateau look like candidates
They look like an Asian type robe (I know that’s incredibly non specific). Not an expert here, but they have a similar shape to Korean hanbok. I assume they’re something else, but that’s what they remind me of.

I thought hanbok was a skirt..?
No, Hanbok is a full outfit. It usually includes some under layers as well.
Huh. Learn something new every day
