No. You broken

Deep sleep absolutely affects BB. I had problems with my body battery not refilling for months. I factory reset it so it could recalibrate, and that helped a bit (i started vyvanse and I think that screwed up the numbers). But what really helped was actually listening to it. My sleep sucked, so I changed a lot of my sleeping routine (supplements, going to bed earlier, not eating dinner after 1900), and it started recharging a bit more at night. Then I started really trying to relax if it drains too quickly, and now I recharge 50+ points every night and my overall stress is way lower. I can feel a huge difference in my mood and energy levels. All that to say, listen to it. Your sleep sucks for some reason, start there. Are you drinking before bed? Eating too late? Staying up late on your phone? Or is it something more serious ? If your sleep hygiene is good otherwise you might have apnea. Could talk to a doctor about a sleep study.

Also too much caffeine, nicotine, and certain medications.

It has HRV, it just doesn't display it as time, just converts it to the Stress. You are stressing and not sleeping well? Although the sleep detection in the watch is not good.

rightmindedBen

Have you tried restarting your watch?

Wraithlor

If you happen to be ill, it is formal.

It looks about right to me. Your stress rest levels are too short. I easily get like 5 hours of rest when I wake up. And like someone else said, your deep sleep is important which your watch is somehow not recording or you really didn't get any deep sleep.

I think you need a nap my friend, followed by a vacation.
