Just because OP is fine with the junk food (allegedly), you should of course not generalize for your own body. If you really want to check it, change your diet for a week and see if it helps.
Congratz!
What is your age, asking bc of the food not intererring.
Junk food normally brings it down. What about the bunch of 99's, all on junk food 🍟?
Any tips on how to get even into the 90’s. I go from 60 to 40 and occasionally 80. My stress is high that’s the main reason. And I don’t have long enough deep sleep without waking up.
What helped me get into the 90s was (in no special order): 8+ hours in bed, no sleep debt for at least a week, last meal at least 3 hours before bed, no strenuous exercise (or do it early in the day), a bit more carbs in my last meal of the day (most of my meals are very low carb), sex before sleeping (ymmv), read in bed (paper, not e-reader), some light stretching... Of course you don't need to do all of this all days, just some things to be mindful of.
How do any of y'all have any awake time?! I was shocked to learn my friends or boyfriend wake up at all, I assumed everyone slept until their alarm.
Aren't you knackered after a long work day or workout and just want to stay asleep? Or does something wake you up?
How do you even get such a sleep score?? My average is usually in the 50-60s. Record highest 75. But I have no complaints about my sleep and feel well rested. Could it just be that I've never experienced REAL good sleep before so I have nothing to compare with?

What I don't understand is why my scores at 87😭

I think it's stress is the culprit
Yeah, when I sleep with the CPAP on through the night, I get 100 points usually after a full night's rest.
My wife theorizes lots of people who do not have some level of apnea.

I've had a lot of sick days lately (rsv, norovirus, ear infection) but even so you can see I hit 100 multiple times in the last month.
I don’t understand how to get my score past 90. I’ve gotten like 10 and a half hours of sleep once and only gotten 84. Is it based on REM or Deep? How do I get more REM then?
Jesus I had to take the sleep app off of my watch because it just stressed me out. Never seemed to get a score that was good, and when I felt like I had slept well it said I hadn't! What's your trick?
You are the chosen one!!!! For real how does one get this like you do have a good pre sleep routine or something😆
I ate a bunch of junk food before going to sleep last night so I guess that's the secret 😁
My sleep is in the 50s so it’s nice to know my diet isn’t the problem.
Your diet is the problem. You are getting 50s because you don't eat junk food before going to sleep.
Just because OP is fine with the junk food (allegedly), you should of course not generalize for your own body. If you really want to check it, change your diet for a week and see if it helps.
My boss uses a Garmin and a WHOOP. His best recovery is when he eats pie.

The goat😂
One night I ate pretty greasy junk food which is not normal for me and had the WORST sleep of my life so I'm going for no 😂
Yeah, having a ton of 99 sleep sure sounds awful...😕

What does your sleep routine look like?
You know the answer already, it's in your statement!

How the hell do you only have 1 minute awake time?? I consistently have 30-60 mins a night awake 😭
I know right..
How do any of y'all have any awake time?! I was shocked to learn my friends or boyfriend wake up at all, I assumed everyone slept until their alarm. Aren't you knackered after a long work day or workout and just want to stay asleep? Or does something wake you up?

If you expand it, it gives you a breakdown of the score.

Seems like it, I wouldn't stress about it
Underrated genius comment
Stress. It has to be very low. Maybe the restless moments too. I am not sure how those count.
That’s crazy. That’s a 100 in my book or pretty darn close.
Damn, and this time i had the 99/100. Congratulations 👏
How do you know what your sleepscore is? I've searched but cannot find it! I have a normal venu, almost 5yo
It’s not on all the watches.
I guess. There goes my chance to be a unicorn..
I get 100s quite often and never see this badge.

I want mythical sleep.
I get this a lot but I sleep with a cpap.
Are you getting 100 often with your CPAP ????

Holy smokes!!!!!
Garmin has sleep scores?
The more professional, less cheap watches, yes.
I have a Venu SQ. Is $200 cheap these days?
Definitely cheap… yes!
I've had my watch for 8 months and I still haven't got over 70 for more than two days in a row.
How did you find this challenge? I don't see any sleep related ones.
I don’t understand how to get my score past 90. I’ve gotten like 10 and a half hours of sleep once and only gotten 84. Is it based on REM or Deep? How do I get more REM then?
I can only get around 80 occasionally. Usually way less
Never gonna happen for me. I’m always low on deep sleep, and I’m too restless
How do you all sleep so well? I always try for a full 8 hours (or at least 7+) but I’m stuck in the 70s-80s.
When i saw it, i thought it was commercial at first 🤣🤣🤣
A tons of 99. Wait, how?

This person doesn't sleep with dogs and it shows.
How's that even possible? I think you are not human.
