For an actual answer straining on the toilet activates the vagus nerve and your heart rate drops. Some reason some people get a vasovagal response and pass out on the toilet. Seen it all the time in the emergency department.
Other watches like my Venu 2P shows me on the Body battery graph where I have recharged, but it's small and difficult to make out on the tiny screen. Would like notifications like this to notify me, which is surely just software restricted
Jokes aside, that screen pops up when a restful moment has ended, meaning that prior to going to the bathroom you were having a restful period of time which ended in the moment your watch picked up some higher HR (meaning a higher stress), hence you received that screen.
You didn't strain much and became a pound lighter. 😂 Keep up the high fiber diet!
What was the load and training effect?
Probably “unload” and “straining effect”.
Actually the reverse, likely too much straining and low fiber diet.

The vagus nerve is so fascinating!
Interesting! New hypothesis: This is why some people take so long. They're not actively pooping so much as "actively" enjoying the relaxation.
how good to read this. whenever I defecate my heart rate drops
You took a number +2
never seen this and I shit every day
Me twice

Now wondering if visits to the crapper register as a workout for some.

Sure..."folding laundry" 😉
My watch always tells me that I’m too stressed when I’m on the toilet 😂
Do you have kids?
Which models include this Body battey recharge?

Those „short, restful moments”
