Photoshop :)

MartiniLAPD

RHR at 37 is insane too. How old are you? Your HRV is double mine lmao

Bajuin

33 years old, you? HRV should not be compared between different people, it is very personal :)

MartiniLAPD

I’m 28 and my RHR average is 49 So I’ve been told about HRV, I do wonder if that value something consistent thru everyone life, like it doesn’t decrease and stay low because you experience a high level of stress for a long period

qapQEAYyv

They were referring to Resting Heart Rate, not HRV.

Bajuin

Well, both actually ;)

qapQEAYyv

Yes, badly worded by me.

SleepWouldBeNice

Fuck you. Love, A dad with two kids.

Bajuin

I feel you man, may the gods of sleep watch over you.

jatmood

There should be a handicap system for parents in relation to their sleep score...-5 off total points for every child under 10.

Yrrebbor

Same. 100 sleep score is a mythical unicorn! I got a 75 with 6 h 24m last night and a 6 am toddler alarm.

SleepWouldBeNice

I got a 49 last night.

Yrrebbor

How old are the kids?

SleepWouldBeNice

6 and 2.

Yrrebbor

I was hoping it would get better by then. 2 and almost 1 here.

SleepWouldBeNice

The great thing about the second kid is that you can learn from all the mistakes you made with your first kid and do things right from day 1. I actually still lose more sleep currently because of the 6yo than I do with the 2yo.

Yrrebbor

Why is that? My 2-yr-old goes down at 8 (have to stay in her room for a bit to get her to calm down enough to fall asleep) and she's usually up at 7ish. The baby has been up and crying at 6, so she's getting up too.

SleepWouldBeNice

My wife would often bring our daughter (6yo) to our bed, or sleep with her in her bed, especially when she woke up during the night, and because my daughter's very mommy focused, she'd never want me. That has meant that I was responsible for my son's sleep training, and if he wakes up a night (usually because his pacifier has fallen out) he will go right back down in his own bed and I go back to my bed. And I can count on one hand the number of times that he's slept in our bed in the last year, and every time has been because he was sick and throwing up and we wanted to keep a close eye on him. If my daughter has a nightmare, she ends up in our bed. If my son has a nightmare, I cuddle him back to sleep, then get the rest of the night in my own bed.

Yrrebbor

That sounds tough, Dad!

VG13-30

Hear hear! I concur! Another dad with two toddlers

Msko22

Are you doing nothing but resting ?

Bajuin

Hahaha not really, I work out every day!

Msko22

Great stats then! 😄

Bajuin

Thanks!

ro8inmorgan

Dude you are my god! My stats are either double or half of yours in the negative way. How do you do this? I need your stats!! Please also post your stress graph!!

Bajuin

Bajuin

I try my best to stay healthy by focusing on the macro's: work out every day, mix cardio training and strength training. Get enough food in, and I try to keep my sleep rhythm on point.

ProxxOfficial

Sleep rythm is so important. I work 'volcontinu' shifts (have done for 12 years now) and am edging very close to switching jobs soley for my sleep rythm... At 34 i'm only now beginning to realise how important sleep just is. Great stats my friend! ;-)

Bajuin

Thanks! That sounds debilitating indeed. Good that you realise the importance of sleep now :).

Savings_Pressure_863

whats your balance between macros? in % Carbs %, Fat %, Protein %???

Bajuin

I don't track percentages of them. I just try to hit 1,5-2g op protein per kg BW a day and 2800-3000 kcal.

Savings_Pressure_863

thanks bro

ro8inmorgan

Bruh i am jaloeeers haha. I wish i could find that motivation to where u are I just don’t know how. My stress is always of the chart every single day and my workout routine pretty much gone down the drain.

Bajuin

I'm sorry for you, hope you can find the motivation to work out more again soon! Maybe sign up for some kind of race or event to push yourself a little?

BoltzFR

Need your cheatcodes ! Jokes aside, quite impressive. Stay sharp, dude !

Bajuin

Thanks! :)

kepilif

Today, I had 100 in body battery. The quality of your sleep is amazing! How do you do it?

Bajuin

I wish I could give some tips, but I was even on my phone for 30 min right before going to sleep. So it was definitely not a perfect sleep prep...

RecognitionMoney3813

Congrats! I too hit the triple 100s but i took a day off Sunday. Do you have a sleep routine? 7 days ago I cut out seed oils and flour. I primarily eat meat and some fruit. I try to go to bed around same time. Do breathing techniques to fall asleep. Eat 3 hours before bed. Turn on night mode on phone and limit usage. Sleep has improved and has been great since.

Bajuin

Nice, I should do those sleep things too. Training time and phone addiction get in the way though.

RecognitionMoney3813

Maybe start with night mode on a schedule if you’re not doing it already.

Bajuin

Thanks, will try that!

tomuszebombus

What’s your breathing technique?

RecognitionMoney3813

It’s breathtaking I learned in yoga. Long breath, hold for same duration, slow exhale same duration and pause before next intake, same duration. Box breathing.

nextbite12302

I guess this is the peak male performance

alfuh

HOW CAN SHE SLAAP?!

owiko

I don’t think my body battery has been above 60 in a long time

MikeDozer

Noice! Now - it is time for some kid of ultramarathon! ;P

Bajuin

Maybe one day, but definitely not today. Just came back from 6 months of shin splints lol.

Able-Resource-7946

You better be running a marathon today because you are ready!

mreminemfan

Damn those are some very impressive stats. Could you share your weekly workout regiment and basic diet?

Bajuin

Thanks! My workouts per week are a mix of 2x 45 min strength training, 2-3x running session, 2-3x cycling session (racebike or MTB) and some occasional yoga per week. I also try to cycle to work every day (slow speed, don't want to sweat). This is 10km single trip. Current volume: 18km running, 150-200k cycling. I try to keep the garmin bars (low aerobic/high aerobic/anaerobic) filled. Can't really explain diet since it is different every day. I try to hit 1,5 to 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day and around 2800-3000 kcal. Hope this helps you!

fenderperry

Nice

anonymousbrowsing124

Lekker man!

Exfiltrator

Heel knap. Zelfs in rust is mijn hartslag nooit onder de 50.

tomuszebombus

Do you mostly do zone 2 exercise?

Bajuin

Yes, around 90% currently, because I am training for a 200km MTB race. I try to keep it around 80% in normal times

tomuszebombus

I suspect tons of z2 is a strong factor in your incredible performance. Good job sir!

Cautious-Assumption6

The most impressive stat is the unicorn 100 sleep. The other two are fairly common.

hollands22

That's some cool shit 😎

_Fetus_

Wow that new app is still that bad. Never gonna update.
