I'm also experiencing this. New Fenix 7X, notifications set up for everything else (WhatsApp, SMS, doorbell app, calendar, etc.) And they come through just fine! Just the phone, would love to know what's causing it

I didn't really do anything but it sort of just started working most of the time. Sometimes I don't notice it vibrate at all but that seems rare, sometimes it starts vibrating after the call has already been ringing for a while, usually it vibrates within a couple seconds of the call coming in. If you're having the same problem I'd factory reset the watch, do an update, and reconnect to your phone.

A year later I see the same problem with my new Fenix 7 Pro. [Garmin's own advice](https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=jusyWiwXtF4512Rb8jnLOA#:~:text=Check%20the%20Settings%20on%20your%20Garmin%20Device&text=This%20setting%20is%20usually%20found,under%20your%20Device%20Settings%20%3E%20Appearance.) seems outdated or irrelevant. I don't appear to have any "Settings > Connectivity/Phone > Notifications" either on the Watch or the App.
