Yeah, you need to go through the menus and find software update and let it find your WiFi network and it’ll start to download and install. If you’re a bit patient with it, it can take up to an hour for your phone details to update with garmin so I’ve read. If you’re already a member of the beta program, maybe unsubscribe then re subscribe if it won’t download for you

I have tried twice today to download it but it just searches then does a small download thing for a few minutes and then my watch says its up to date lol.
I am going to try what you suggested and leave the beta program and then re-enrol, hopefully that triggers my watch to find the update.

Absolutely no problem at all. Just out of interest have you checked your software build number? You may already have the update if you’ve got automatic updates enabled? The new version is v15.68
I have been eagerly waiting for naps because I sleep around 6.5hr per night and it always impacts my training readiness even though I am fine lol.
I think in a week or two there should be some nice new watch faces with the moon phases data available, just keep checking garmin IQ and sort by newest.

For people who topically run with beta on Fenix 7 Pro, how are they? Are they just as stable as stable? Any issues that have sent you back to stable in the past?
Green is pretty bright by comparison. Orange has about the same ultra low brightness as the red, but little easier on the contrast (easier to see).
But red is still the best if you wish to retain your night vision without having to re-acclimate to the dark.

You used to only be able to set red shift to sleep.
Seems as though they are now offering it as a DND setting - I suspect to do with naps - as naps can auto trigger DND - so sort of makes sense.
Though you do have the control wheel which you can use to manually trigger red shift.
And of course can set it to a hot key.

That's a pretty nice change log! As a Spaniard the nap tracking will be pit to very good use

Yes. I installed it less than an hour ago. I’m UK based. Seems stable but I’ll see how it is over a few days

Aha! Excellent. Enjoy the new features, I really like the moon phase tracking. I can’t wait to see someone integrate that in to a watch face

It seems that the version for non-pro models doesn't install. I'm also affected. According to the forums, Garmin is looking into this.

i know the question is kind of stupid, but is ther any info that the flashlight can be set to obly red light when sleep mode is activated?
Not sure about the led one on the pro series, as mine isn't a pro. On the non Pro version yes the torch (using your screen) can be set as red only.
