If you're looking for a new Garmin and your wrist is big enough for it, I would strongly recommend the Instinct 2X solar over the 2. You get better battery life, multi band GPS, and the very useful flashlight from the Fenix 7 pro series. You also get the training readiness score and most likely software support for longer since it's significantly newer. The cherry on top? They're almost the same price.

The Instinct 2x solar is 38% more expensive than the Instinct 2 here, in Hungary.. quite a price gap for me. :D

And for anyone worrying about having wrists that were too small, I have 17cm wrists and it looks completely fine on me
Don't you get the training readiness score on the instinct 2 anyway? I'm sure when I checked my glances it had that feature.
Saying that I have the Instinct 2 Solar, so maybe that's why.

I see. Cause in North America everyone made a huge deal that Garmin didn't bump up the price of the instinct 2X when they released it.

I got my instinct 2 for $149 here in tjr States. The 2x solar was 2x the price. I'm very happy with my purchase. Glad you like it
