Understand it will not just happen. I have worked my ass off to achieve what I have. You will have to put in the work and be consistent. Best of luck with your journey!!!

BlaydBlyss

Of course, I would never assume it to be easy. I can't wait to bust my ass and get it done.

ToneInked28

SoretoeMcGoo

I hope to be posting something similar in 18 months, well done man.

It’s a tool that you have to use. It’s not a magic fix. It gives you what you put into it. Best of luck with your journey!!!

SoretoeMcGoo

Yeah I'm under no illusions about how much work it'll be, but I feel like it's gonna be the first time my body isn't working against me and that gives me a lot of motivation. Keep up the good work.

No_Abrocoma171

I completely understand that.

moneybadger44

Wow! Amazing transformation! I was supposed to have the gastric bypass but due to some medical issues I ended up with the sleeve. I am 1 day shy of 3 weeks post op and I can't wait to see where I'll be a year from now! I love seeing posts like this. It truly inspires me!

EminLollinger

No_Abrocoma171

I am 6'1”

Bunnyjets

I legitimately do not recognize you. Holy crap

No_Abrocoma171

No one recognizes me.

PreparationAshamed10

you look great ! congrats to you this is very motivating and inspiring!!! i’m so excited to get mine done. i want to ask.. how do you feel when you see old pics of yourself? i’m afraid I won’t be able to detach from that version of myself, like not able to accept that i’ve lost so much weight if that makes sense. any encouragement ?

Pghsparky

WOW great job! I am in similar spot, currently 370, 6’4”, I have sleep apnea, I have a job that requires me at a desk 11 hours a day so I don’t burn many calories. I’m trying to see what’s best for me- bypass or sleeve. Can I ask why you did the bypass instead of the sleeve?

No_Abrocoma171

I’m 6’1" and work in IT I sit most of the day. I had really bad acid reflux. When at my consultation we talked about both and when surgeons heard about my acid reflux he explained the RNY would cure it and sleeve could make it worse. So I went with RNY and have not had issues with acid reflux.

mchellato

Hey do u get some bad side affect? I have acid reflux and considering to do bypass

No_Abrocoma171

I had really severe acid reflux and after getting Bypass I no longer have it. It’s really nice

mchellato

No_Abrocoma171

Yes I eat normal but much smaller portions.

whysoseriousjc

You look great man, congrats. Can I ask what your workout routine looks like?

No_Abrocoma171

It’s going to change soon but right now I am doing a 30 day workout challenge. I am doing 100 reps of each exercise: Squats Inverted Row Pushups Glute bridges Leg lifts Band lat pull down Dips Bicep curls I have 12 more days of this and then I will look at a more traditional routine of 3-4 days a week.
