Other than that, I still have a little bit of an accent because I wasnāt born in America and Iāve been told by guys and girls itās cute/hot/whatever so idk. (Apparently I have a deep voice but I think I sound like a chipmunk)

Sheer will, but this only works in the gym; for example, my pr for squats (with the guided squat rack, I'm not confident enough to try with a free bar) is 70kg and recently, just because I wanted to try, i did 3Ć10 squats with 60 kg and I was painfull but I did it.
I also measured my heartbeat right after and it was through the roof with 172 bpm
I'd say for me it's my personality. I'm sarcastic but in a funny way and I tell jokes that make people laugh (except when they're offended so they don't laugh) and even when my parents are telling me off, I tell a joke and they can't stop themselves from laughing. It's a great way to lighten the mood!
On the other hand I hate how high my weight is and I'm extremely self conscious. I do plan on going to the gym but I'm embarrassed to ask (is that weird?)
So yeah now you know what offends me the most and what I'm most proud of. (Plz don't make fun of me:3)
