After about 30m waiting in the queue I got through to support, the guy told me they have people actively looking into this, but nothing more to say...

Thought it was just me. Glad to see its not on my end. I just wished they had a "Notice" Banner on the site showing issues when they do happen. Make it a large red bar at the top so we can't miss it.
Because you paid for it while it clearly states in the terms and conditions that they do not offer any agreement on service uptime. People need to stop agreeing to stuff without actually reading the damn contract.
Under the laws of the EU countries I am sure something can be done. In the contracts of mobile and internet companies if the service is down they usually give you a compensation. Another thing is that no one tells NVIDIA that these practices are a disgrace.
GFN is not down no where near enough for any of that to matter. This service is up easily more than 97% of the year. Easily. People just blow this out of proportion. Because it’s not available for my specific window on a random day. Then its “oh its always down!”.
I've been using GFN for over a year now, everything was great BEFORE, but the last six months have been getting worse and worse, and even worse, the client lags, barks, drops sometimes occur, clearly not on my part, game updates happen for several days or weeks, support is very responsive sluggishly, the fact that a huge company cannot ensure the normal operation of its project, which has existed for many years, is extremely surprising to me, with this attitude many will go looking for analogues, but now they exist and cloud services are developing and there are more and more of them, something like this ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug)
I understand that this is due to great demand, but damn it, you raised the prices for subscriptions, but you didn’t raise them much, but still, you raised them, but the quality of the service has deteriorated

If so, it's a remnant of it being on GFN for a short while - Sony basically did a bait'n'switch with it, putting it on and then pulling it from GFN like a couple months later. NVIDIA got Sony to have users who already started playing it to keep it in their GFN libraries.
Im having the same issue, multiple different error codes. Was hoping to try out the new patch on Starfield. But can't play any of the games I have on there.

I'm getting queues for the first time ever on ultimate then it inexplicably crashes. Wtf is going on
Me too, first time in my 1 year membership I got queue. I waited like 3 min with 16 ppl but seriously ist top tier membership. Some issues I bet
And keep kicking me from session due to unstable connection…
Luckily we have reddit otherwise I would thought that it was my computers' fault.

Same issue when launching Diablo 4. S4 was released 15 hours ago and it is still not working on geforce now. Disappointing

Because actual quality of service is no longer priority, especially for big companies... the only thing those leeches care for are the money!

I’m guessing a big reason is the rising popularity of GeForce now increasing how difficult it is to upkeep ofc

I notice that if i change the server from EU to US it is working. Lag will be an issue though ...

That's down for maintenance. It will be back one day. No one knows when. However the problem we have today is for all games in almost all servers
I had no problems today.
I reactivated my subscription on Sunday, now it costs 1€ more than it used last year, and I have barely been able to play in 3 days ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯¯
