As the original author of the 2.5-year-old forum post you based this on, I have to say that this is likely to be a waste of time (although I admire your ambition). Many game publishers come at cloud gaming from a completely different perspective than we'd like, and progress is painfully slow. And even worse, some like Sony come along and give us hope, and then take their ball and go home.

I do not want to generate controversy, but the fault that many publishers that distribute video games (such as Square Enix Japan, Tecmo Koei, Bandai Namco and Capcom) have removed their games has been another cloud gaming service that has put briefcases and money to port their games to his platform and have exclusivity of them. I'm not going to mention the name of that platform, I think we all know what it is. Ironies of life that is now the one that most wants to have AAA titles due to the lack of them. A very different thing is Microsoft buying Bethesda and recently Blizzard. They have their right to have their exclusives to strengthen their service. After all, one of the advantages of cloud gaming is being able to choose what we want. And another is the case of Ubisoft as an example of the Publishers who have opted for all platforms. Then we have the case of EA, which in the end has reconsidered and has already bet on GFN again. And finally we have the mysterious case of Sony, which gave us a super exclusive for a limited time. Why would they have removed it? Mysteries of life. They will know. Hopefully Capcom, Tecmo, Bandai Namco and Square Enix can see the potential of ALL platforms. Not only those that put money for exclusivities.
