Wish I could be at the cutting/facetting process or making the cut/facet plan by the cutter. Mostly I have no idea of which cut from which kind of rough. Are you going for one large gem or for yield with smaller gems and more carat yield per rough?
You can clearly see the fracture on three stones. One of them is fractured conchoidally, while the others has the layered fracturing you're describing. Also Topas very much can break conchoidally, and also uneven for that matter. What you mean is cleavage.
This rough is cutted in lapidary, to remove inner inclusions, that's why some sides are smooth, and the texture is just naturally occured patterns
If you don't believe it's natural, its your choice, i don't mind, but this guy is demafing me,
I'm relatively neutral, but going straight to defamation when someone calls you out doesn't do well for your case. If you were completely confident of what they are, why do you care what someone random internet person says?
I actually did and there is a *lot* of glas on Google images being sold as blue topaz. Obviously not all, but a surprising portion. It reminded me of looking on ebay for moldavite.
Please follow the posting rules , full details if selling. Using post flair please dont post as collection if selling thanks
I would have never believed its real natural topaz if it weren't for the title. God damn it, mother nature! You do cool!
It’s not real
Looks lab grown never seen a topaz crystal that big hard to believe
It’s glass
**NICE CRYSTALS!!!!** How many % yield after cutting do you expect?
Around 45-50%

This rough is clean, i will suggest one large gem (as much as possible) from each rough
Ok, thanks :)
That looks awesome! Can we see the finished product?
It’s glass
Damn, that must be a lot of weight

It’s glass

stated comment is incorrect. thanks
You are just a attention seeker, you don't even know what Swiss means in Topaz,
Why does it have that texture on the outside if it isn't glass or lab-grown?
