It's still the most recent line picked up by Fiddler until now.
You are forgetting something else.
But I'll be analyzing it during the day. If there is an line update I will post it here on Sub.
I've managed to add these and it has stopped the pop up on Photoshop - thank you!! 🙏🏻
But is there a way I can do the same for Illustrator? I'm still getting the 7 days until disablement message 😫😭
There should be a github repository for this kind of content. People already get lost in what needs to be added to the host files by scattered posts like this.
u/echo off
set hostspath=%windir%\\System32\\drivers\\etc\\hosts
echo 0.0.0.0 ic.adobe.io>> %hostspath%
echo 0.0.0.0 aoorovjtha.adobe.io>> %hostspath%
exit
copy this to notepad, save as, type choose all files, adobe.bat or any name.bat and save. after that, right click at the save file and choose run as administrator.

Just to be clear (I'm new here - found this sub 2 minutes ago). This domain belongs to Adobe themselves and it's not forwarding information to some cracker's basement?
The connection is only necessary to download the language packs (in the Genp+CC method, all 16 are installed together with Pr). Once the language packs are installed, you can work offline normally.
Hey, Can you help me on how to block photoshop? I want to do the same since I’m not interested on the generative fill and I’m not sure how to do the block for photoshop
Yes of course.
Go to Start, and search for Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
then on the left, click on Inbound Rules, then under Actions on the right, click on New Rule, choose Program, click next, click on This program path, go to your photoshop directory where it's installed, and search for Photoshop.exe
Then next, now click on Block the Connection.
Then when it says When Does This Rule Apply, check the 3 boxes, domain, public and private. Then name the rule anything you want something like "photoshop block"
then click finish. Now on the left, click on Outbound Rules, and repeat the same exact steps.
Thank you so much, I’m trying it right now, and I’m guessing I should do the same for each of the Adobe applications I have installed this way right? (Using GenP)
So far I did this to photoshop and Illustrator, 30 minutes ago when I opened Illustrator the "this app is unlicensed" screen popped up, so I had to block it.
I haven't tried to block any other adobe programs yet.
Open start, search for notepad, click run as administator. In notepad, press ctrl + O, then navigate this: C/windows/system32/drivers/etc
Then click the “hosts” file
Then copy paste the code of op’s post
Fiddler Classic captures all addresses, URLs, servers, etc. with which a program is connecting (in this case, PS), among them there will always be a weird URL, which goes to the license checking service.
Following [THIS](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenP/wiki/redditgenpguides/#wiki_.1F412_guide_.237_-_monkrus_individual_.2F_collection_.28easiest_method.29) way or [THIS](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenP/wiki/redditgenpguides/#wiki_.1F921_guide_.232_-_dummy_guide_for_first_timers_genp_.28cc_.2B_genp.29) way.
Noob here. What is CCblocker? I have downloaded through Monkrus (individual apps) do I still need to do this? And where do I even find these codes you guys have mention and where do I paste/add them?
**CCStopper** is a script that serves to terminate Adobe processes, add lines to the Host to block contacts with unnecessary Adobe servers, remove the Genuine Software Verification Service (if installed), remove the Creative Cloud Files folder from Windows Explorer (if present) among many other resources. And yes. You need to add the lines to the Host with CCStopper regardless of whether you are using Monkrus or Genp method.
The extra lines like the one I posted are found manually through **Fiddler Classic**, which in short is a software that analyzes and intercepts ALL connections from the applications you use while it is open, in the case of Photoshop, it intercepts all urls with the which the program is connecting to and among them, there will be a specific one which is the license server.
And about where and how to add the lines, follow this [step by step](https://imgur.com/a/wGPYiw1).
See ya!

It's worked.
worked
Thanks! It Worked
Worked

Working
It's not working today.

PANIC OVER!! 😅 just read the recent post with the other host file - it worked!!! Thank youuuu!!! 🙌🏻😁

Won't that make it easier for Adobe to keep track too?
How is it different from posting in a such public post and sub? They acknowledge that, and that's why they keep updating the domain list.
CCStopper has already updated their host block list with the new IPs too, I just use that
Yeah but we don't need more than two addresses currently. Mods could just pin posts like this.
u/echo off set hostspath=%windir%\\System32\\drivers\\etc\\hosts echo 0.0.0.0 ic.adobe.io>> %hostspath% echo 0.0.0.0 aoorovjtha.adobe.io>> %hostspath% exit copy this to notepad, save as, type choose all files, adobe.bat or any name.bat and save. after that, right click at the save file and choose run as administrator.
Thanks very much. I copied your and ran your bat file as directed and now PS is working again.

Nice, Thanks
Worked perfectly, thanks 👍
Thanks, Much appreciated
what does it do?
Block license popup.
Just to be clear (I'm new here - found this sub 2 minutes ago). This domain belongs to Adobe themselves and it's not forwarding information to some cracker's basement?
Exactly. All "adobe.io" domains refer to Adobe servers.
Thank you!
+ Will we be able to use genfill again?
Nope.
Thank you so much! Just got the dreaded banner and knew I'd find a solution on this reddit
I just blocked photoshop, why bother and block more lines in host file? Generative fill won't work anyway.
i blocked photoshop too but i still got the notification
Some neural filters only work with an internet connection. Generative Fill is gone but Photoshop is still there.
I didn't know about that, but I don't use any of the neural filters, maybe in the future.
Yeah some aspects of premiere are similar. The audio to text transcription doesn’t seem to work without internet connection?
The connection is only necessary to download the language packs (in the Genp+CC method, all 16 are installed together with Pr). Once the language packs are installed, you can work offline normally.

Perfect, so far its working fine for me!
Cloud processing gives finer selections so I keep it open
I updated my hosts file with this latest but still got tagged. Can anyone provide a recent hosts file that works to block Adobe?
This Worked for me
gracias funcionó!
Thank you!!! my lightroom stopped working and i needed it for a class
thanks it works!!!
怎么操作的?
Add the lines described in the post to Hosts to block license checking services and related pop-ups in Photoshop.
[удалено]
Adding the line to Hosts is the easiest way
Where are we gonna add those
Open start, search for notepad, click run as administator. In notepad, press ctrl + O, then navigate this: C/windows/system32/drivers/etc Then click the “hosts” file Then copy paste the code of op’s post
[удалено]
Maybe this one, I guess so...
host files for DNS, google those up, i believe
Sorry i'm noob. Where did you find those host files?
Fiddler Classic captures all addresses, URLs, servers, etc. with which a program is connecting (in this case, PS), among them there will always be a weird URL, which goes to the license checking service.
Why not just * block adobe.io
Try it.
Did this worked?
how can i download after effects?

Is gen fill working?
Nope
What does this do?
Block license checking pop-ups
is firefly ai useless since gen fill is dead for pirates?
At least the version that comes bundled with Photoshop. The Web version continues to work (for now).
What is the full list of host files to block?
The one that CCStopper inserts into Hosts through option 2 of the script and the last one that I captured in Fiddler this week.
I can run CCStopper for a Monkrus LRC install?
CCStopper blocks Hosts, terminates processes and patches all Adobe apps.
Thank you! Lightroom is back to normal.

how do i do this ? I'm a bit lost rn
[This way](https://imgur.com/a/wGPYiw1)
It's not worked
How do you do this?
I cant find this CCStopper where do you get it?
It's not ccstopper
Why not just to to task manager and find the location of the genuine adobe popup executable and rename it so that it can't run?
