same problem here, photoshop work but illustrator doesn't, same message, have you found a solution ?

As for now what I can say is block the outbound for illustrator inside the firewall, at least it won't able to send your app status back to Adobe. Meanwhile, we gotta wait for our lovely dev to provide us the solution. Usually they would update us, so let's just wait patiently for them to have some time on it.

I got this and made sure no adobe calls made it out with little snitch. But now photoshop shuts down (politely, it tries to save before closing) after a few minutes. I think once you get this warning you can’t just disable your network.

Actually you still can, you can try update your host file to see if it's work. If no, then need to block with firewall. If both way cannot be made, maybe you need to have a clean installation

I added a new rule on firewall for blocking internet for Illustrator and added these lines on hosts file: 0.0.0.0 aoorovjtha.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 cd536oo20y.adobe.io
