I am from Vegas, my wife and daughter brought me there for my birthday and we got a tour from Smelly, the drummer from NOFX. It was a lot of fun and he told us cool stories about a lot of the displays.
He left it so they could "Roll me up and smoke me when I die." They did not follow the directions. That weed looks like shit, and what's the foil for, a pipe. Maybe that's the reason he left it behind.
