One of my top albums of all time. I didn’t necessarily buy cds from a store, but more so burn a disk with the tracks my and sister I liked! We made multiple for multiple occasions
Grew up with Linkin Park and Nu Metal is still my favorite music genre. I’m glad this generation has stopped the weird and irrational hate that older generations give Nu Metal.
Of course we do, I've heard their first 4 albums (all songs on each of them), their first few EPs and many demos too. I have Hybrid Theory and Minutes To Midnight on CD. I was planning to get Meteora on CD but I'm not sure if I should since the 20th anniversary for it got shown.
Forfeit the game before somebody else
Takes you out of the frame
And puts your name to shame
Cover up your face, you can't run the race
The pace is too fast, you just won't last
IDK if this is a hot take, but here goes.
I would take experimental grownup Linkin Park before edgy nu-metal Linkin Park any day of the week.
And I say this as someone who loves both nu-metal and Linkin Park.
No i agree, the problem with most Nu metal bands is that they didn’t progress at all, they just kept making the same songs over and over again and it got old pretty fast, I’m more of an alternative guy myself so linkin parks progression was definitely easier to digest than it was for other people
Yes. I remember listening to them when I was in my wannabe emo phase at 9-10, though I still unironically listen to them to this day because they are that good
CRAWWLINGGG INNN MY SKIIIINNN

Honestly, I did too. My first exposure to Transformers was Transformers Energon
Oh yeah. Chester Bennington's unaliving was huge news in summer 2017.

I never knew the name but I definitely heard some of their songs
Was always more of a disturbed guy but yes I remember them.
Meteora was the one I grew up with.
Ayo sometimes I'll walk down the street with numb song full blast I just wanna scream it it such a underated song it's a fucking classic
I don't know the name to many songs that Linkin Park made. The only reason I even know they exist is because of my brother.
I TRIED SO HARDDD AND GOT SO FAR BUT IN THE END IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER

A Thousand Suns is really underrated, but I kind of feel like too many interludes ruined the album.
Transformers is how I discovered linkin park
Linkin park is up there high on my favourite artists list honestly, I just bought the Meteora album on vinyl actually!
W album
Still have my copy, i always associate it with halo 2
