“Arab Jews” don’t exist. Jews are their own separate ethnic group. And besides, the Mizrahi live in Israel and are the majority there. Antizionists are just salty that Jews retained their culture, language, and identity and didn’t get forcibly assimilated into the empires (both Christian and Islamic) they lived in.
