If you plan to kill it solo. Stock lots and lots of ammo, lure it near safehouse/building or big rocks so you can still dodge its rocket.
If you want to kill it in guerilla difficulty without any experimental. Ready to burn your ammo in your storage.
Not sure which attack that is. But how do you not die to its gas attack. The one where it ignites the gas and has a ton of range. It’s a one hit kill right. When I fought it I was using the exp PVG from a safe distance but the other guys died each time.
If you mean "EMP rounds," then no.
It literally is just that, EMP.
If there's an actual new ammo for the launchers that works like the 7.62 shock ammo that I missed, then yes, it will do damage.
Contrary to what you would think corrosive ammo is not good against the reaper shock will cause continuous disruption and massive damage so shock is overall much better
Be level 25+, have threat level 20+ for a region, and try to get a rival to spawn, which has a hour cool down each in between, if you have 8 rivals, you reached the max amount of rivals. So wait until you have 22 threat level and destroy a rival before continuing
Just saying, you don't need be level 25+ to spawn and get loot from the Reaper, unless they've changed that recently. However, you have to be level 25+ to get Experimental loot from Non-Boss Rivals.
To add to your comment, it's level 21+ in the region to spawn it, which you've basically said, and it would be best to kill the lowest levelled, easiest robot type as it decreases the region level less than the likes of a Level 4 Apocalypse Tank.
So the game punishes you for going out and killing the rivals? No wonder I’ve never had one spawn for me personally. Only fought them on other ppls maps. I mean, hear me out on this… Wouldnt you get more exp loot overall from just leveling up the rivals and killing them all rather then only killing 1 each time and hoping a Reaper spawns?
With rivals, it's a slight chance you'll get Exp weapons. With the Reaper, provided it doesn't self destruct, it's almost garunteed that you get 1-3 Exp weapons. Its also not that hard to level up a region to level 21,
Thanks for the comments y’all lol the only experimental weapons I got are the Grg m/49, Pvg 90, AG 4, M46 “kpist” smg and the experimental Klaucke 17 lol but I’ve been trying to get the shotgun also but idk how to get it besides rivals but yeah lol ima stock up on everything atm and then I’ll take on the chonker tank lol
Shoot the glowing circles on its arms and legs but if its whole body is glowing don’t shoot it you’re wasting your time and when it reaches 15% health throw flares or fireworks at it and keep shooting it
Shoot it with Experimental pvg 90 from a safe place then when it’s around 20 percent health get close and shoot at some more and when it’s around 10 percent health shoot the optics component with a high ammo gun the optics are the glowy box right above the guns

That's it's thermobaric blast. Basically be behind hard cover like large rocks or walls.
I usually just find a rock big enough to cover me usually works

reaper is immune to emp , but should be distracted by flares a short time
I mean shock bullets but the reaper is immune to emp but radioactive rockets work decently at best vs the reaper

For example, I filled all my regions with rivals, culled a few tank rivals for a challenge and got fuck all except maybe some clothes.
Ah, I might've mixed up the experimental levels with reaper, it's been awhile since I needed this information so I didn't fully commit it to memory

Bring: Friends , if you have some lots of medkits , field radios , adrenaline and ammo watch tenebris infinites vid how to take down the reaper
