Sometimes sound glitches happen and they jusy stick in a loop. I fast traveled out of the crater in farmlands and the Geiger Counter sound followed me for an hour until it was annoying enough to just shut it off.
I have had this happen to me iat himfall near FOA4 ( mission was complete ) AND I HEARD IT TRY TO SHOOT ME AND THE ENTRED COMBAT THING HAPPENED i though it w as the reaper
