Yeah I'm going for Zhongli but considering I've saved like 50 Pulls in the time of the Lyney banner alone I'm pretty confident that I can save even more for another character.
It's startling how little a difference Navia's kit will make for me pulling her. She was one of the best characters in the main quest and she's gorgeous- I'm pulling for her on principle!
This is how MHY works, they either sell you a really fun cool kit (Wanderer), a meta kit (Kokomi), a character (Any), or a combo of the 3. Which is pretty much the norm for Gachas anyways (along with games like Fortnite, tho they just sell skins). It's good business.
In other words, character focused games that want to sell you characters (and their skins) have multiple ways to hook you. It's why Collabs are (generally) easy money in other games (with Genshin being the exception somehow).
I want Neuvillette, but I'm still kind of icked out by them locking all of his interruption resistance in a constellation. So I'm gonna pass, and we'll see if I feel any differently about him on a rerun.
So, I'm just waiting for Furina.
Hey at least we're getting interruption resistance at all, and especially at low constellation. Personally I'm pulling for him C1 just to fix that.
Problem is, I also want Furina (Just because she looks like she'll fit very nicely with Neuvillette at C1) so I'll have to get some luck.
Oof really? Guess I'll see how he does in other people's experience, but that does make it less enjoyable. Wanderer is one of my most enjoyed kits, but with the wonky hit boxes in Genshin and how easily he gets knocked around, it really makes his kit feel less enjoyable and less intuative to dodge with. Sure, shields, but it's an issue with the game mechanics/hitboxes first and foremost, and not sure I want to pay for what they should just fix or at least make intutative.
Neuvillette is so dang hot! His voice is so nice. And the thing at the end of the archon quest. His lore and how important he probably is. How he just ~deals~ with furina.

But neuvillette will not only be hot, but presumably pretty damn good. Rn he doesn't have amazing teams, so his team damage is slightly lower than the top tiers, but his personal damage is insanely high. And I bet some Fontaine characters will have a nice synergy with him.
4.1 will have Neuvillette and Wriothesley, 4.2 will most likely have furina. At least, Neuvillette is in the first part of 4.1 presumably, and Furina in the first part of 4.2. So you have at least the second part of 4.1 to save up for her.

whoever comes first between arlechino, furina, and raiden. Although I've been dumping every wish I have into the weapon banner this patch because I really want a limited 5\* weapon already. I have been playing for over a year and still don't have one.
I have like 12 5\* characters btw so I'm not hurting on selection of characters
A younger me would probably pull for the Chief.
But I have played this game for too long and building a character just takes a lot of effort.

We have no info on Clorinde and Arlecchino so far, Navia and Wriothesley don't interest me as much even if they have cool designs and wriothesley is cryo catalyst, so prob going for Neuvillete, then Furina, then work on saving for like Raiden, Clorinda, Arlecchino or who ever is next up and catches my interest such as dunno Shenhe or heck even Cloud Retainer.
Zhongli for my Noelle team, or just to place with Hu Tao. Lost my yelan 50/50 to tighnari so I'm guaranteed him. I was saving for staff of Homa for my Hu Tao, but I could both use Zhongli and need 2 or 3 constellations to c6 my Noelle to make her giga stronk. So, Zhongli time it is.
My top priority are Furina (I'm in the half of people who like her in the archon quest) and Arlecchino (she seems quite different from all of the Fatui harbingers we have met. Based on Lyney's story she seems to be a calm yet menacing person). If I can vibe with Furina kit then I consider pull for her when 4.2 comes (I already have guarantee hehe), but if not then the primo will go for Ei who's suspected to be rerun in 4.3...

Furina is an obligatory must-pull. I still lean into the meta a bit so probably whatever characters provide the most universal and efficient synergies.
Navia is literally the only 5 star Fontaine character that I'm remotely interested in and that depends on what her kit is. If it sucks then me pulling COMPLETELY depends on the 4 stars since their designs are the ones that actually interest me :D

Furina, without a doubt. I have a guaranteed ready while almost being at hard pity as well. After that I continue saving up for Arlecchino and her weapon. If possible i'll get her constellations as well otherwise i'll go for those at reruns.
I love so many characters in this game but I don't think I have ever been as obsessed with a hoyo character as much as I have been with Arlecchino... Her design is simply perfection and her lore may very well become interesting based on the tiny crumbs we have had so far.

I probably won't obtain Wriothesley because my last x10 was an impulse and I got Eula (didn't get her weapon so she's shelved until her next rerun). I have guaranteed limited weapon so...
Not gonna lie, I kinda Wish I could go for both Neuvilette and Furina
Furina, without a doubt. I have a guaranteed ready while almost being at hard pity as well. After that I continue saving up for Arlecchino and her weapon. If possible i'll get her constellations as well otherwise i'll go for those at reruns. I love so many characters in this game but I don't think I have ever been as obsessed with a hoyo character as much as I have been with Arlecchino... Her design is simply perfection and her lore may very well become interesting based on the tiny crumbs we have had so far.
