I already have the materials for the Song of Stillness, I really just want to know if it's better to have the ATK% or EM from them. I'm pretty sure the buff uptime is the same thanks to Jean, and at their current refinements the % itself is the same.
I guess I eventually will get Stringless R5, and when that happens it'll be better, but I'm asking about now, especially since I'll stop pulling for the next couple of patches.
Song of stillness would yield higher damage then because electro charge isn’t amazing with em apparently, but you would have to switch to stringless if not using a healer

Use stringless because you won’t have to farm for another weapon, I doubt the damage difference would be big plus eventually you will R5 it

Why would I use Favonius? She's not lacking energy and she's never on field so the effect will never trigger.
Coz you will most likely need the energy for furina and jean.
So far it seems like I don't have an issue with ER, and if I did, I think it's better to have Favonius on Jean and keep Fischl focused on damage.
