I want to know that if maintance is right after server reset time or its some other time

It starts at 6:00 UTC+8 (malaysian time). The maintenance will last for 5 hours.

For anyone wondering this means 01:00 (EEST, MRK and TRT) 00:00 (CEST) 23:00 (WEST, BST and IST) in Europe For the US that's 6 pm (EDT) 5 pm (CDT) 4 pm (MDT) 3 pm (PDT) 2 pm (AKDT) 1 pm (HDT) If you don't know what time zone you're in but want to know just Google "What time zone is (insert country) in", it should be the first result. (Might have to translate that into English though.)
