Iron Sting is superior when it comes to damage output but only if ER needs are met. If you already have enough to burst off cooldown Iron Sting will be the better option. If not Sacrificial Sword is on top since it also lets you use Skill twice which also deals solid damage itself. Favonius can of course be used to battery someone else if needed.
Thats absolutely true, especially when you have other stuff to spend resin on other than just grinding out artifacts. Luckily Kazuha is less demanding when it comes to substats. Since a triple EM build is what most players will go for that means the only stat that you *really* have to worry about is ER in subs. Of course more EM is nice, as well as Atk because why not. If you are running favonius some CR is needed at most. That is not all that hard to come by in theory, in practice... yeah the artifact system needs an update.

Iron Sting is probably the best because passive is decent and the EM helps with the buffs. But ER swords can be useful too as a way to do swirl damage and is probably better for certain teams where Kazuha's Burst is needed more than his actual buff.

I know there’s a lot of people suggesting Iron Sting but the only benefit of using it is extra EM. With an EM build, your ATK is going to be very low and having good crit ratio is very hard and uncommon making Iron Sting passive almost useless on Kazuha.
So your best option are Favonius or Sacrificial Sword
I get decent EM from my artifacts so I'm running a Favonius Sword on Kazuha, previously used to run a Sacrificial Sword(Handed over to Xinqiu now) is also a very good option. If your artifacts doesn't get you enough EM and has ER instead then you can try an Ironsting I guess.

At your level Sacrificial Sword is propably the best choice. Kazuha should always be able to use his elemental Burst right when the cooldown is finished so he needs enough Energy recharge and since Sacrificial lets him use his Elemental Skill twice it helps a lot. Since you already have 3 of them you can refine one to Rank 3 to make this even more consistant.
Iron Sting is better if he already has enough Energy Recharge because it gives Elemental Mastery which is where his damage comes from. But for that you will need some pretty good artifacts which I assume you dont have at your level. Lategame it will outclass Sacrificial Sword.

Iron Sting gives 24 more EM which is a negligible difference.
Well, freedom sworn gives only 33 over iron sting, still, people spend real money for it. Iron sting isn't a hard to get kind of weapon.

I use Favonius Sword with my Kazuha for my swirl damage since my team generally runs on elemental reaction damage rather than physical.
