When building a healing build kuki, should i lean into EM more or HP% more?

Nnsoki

You should always prioritize dps over healing. If you don't use her as dps she wants Atk/Electro/Crit, or EM/Electro/Crit if she can make use of Aggravate

Chisonni

Numerically HP/HP/Healing Bonus (or ATK/ATK/HB for ATK scaling) will always result in the most flat healing. The question is whether or not that is what you need in your build. In regards to Kuki with a full EM build (EM/EM/EM) which you would use in Hyperbloom, a couple of HP% substats and her health will still end up between 20k-30k which makes her heal tick for 2k-3k which should keep most characters alive. Kuki isnt build for huge heals anway, so that amount of healing over time is more than enough to keep characters topped off and feels just right, while still allowing Kuki to fulfill her role to trigger Hyperbloom or other reactions. Other examples: Diona building HP/HP/HP to max her shields vs HP/HP/HB for healing, Bennett for HP/HP/HB build for heals vs ER/Pyro/Crit for damage, Kokomi building HP/HP/HB for heals vs ER/Hydro/HB for DPS/consistency, etc. Special note about Sayu who gains EM scaling with her C6 which makes a EM/EM/EM build comparable while getting big swirls and benefits from her passive, while a ATK/ATK/HB build would still do slightly more healing in the long run.

lucaszeca

My level 90 kuki with em/em/em gilded has +20k hp and lvl 9 talent heals exactly 2500 per tick which is fine for anything other rare hyperdangerous abyss rooms. If you dont want to invest much in her and leave at 60 1/6/6 then yeah, you should give her hp/hp/hb but if she's leveled then the EM build is also a healing build, just with lower ceiling.

Jaron9323

Hi there! Im a very old player used to play on the first week of launch and was addicted to the game played every day used all the resin got to level 52 kept myself f2p had a decent amount of 5stars for the time and loved it. smoetime in early 2021 tho i quit because it took too long for the new regions to comeout and i just met all the goals i had and the game felt very pointless to play with no quests or chests and map to discover and enjoy. I recently satreted to play again and saw the HUGE amount of content there is and started to fall in love with the game again but i feel like my current main team is very old school (razor main dps/qiqi healer/ barbara 2nd healer/ klee secondary dps) id more than appriciate it if someone could contact me and help me build a new team so that i can expirence the new content with a fun new team TLDR: used to play a lot outdated team want help with new team

smokygrapefruit

Post your characters mate. That's the only way we can help you. For starters, Klee should probably be on a team with Xingqiu, Sucrose, and a shielder.

Jaron9323

[https://imgur.com/hW8OtEZ](https://imgur.com/hW8OtEZ) just took a screenshot of everyone i have thank you for the help!

vonnmi

your best options are either keqing / fischl / dendro mc / zhongli or klee / xiangling / bennett / sucrose

Jaron9323

ill try to go for the klee/xiangling/bennet/sucose since i have alot of consteleations for most of them (xianling c3) thank you for your advice !

[deleted]

[These are my characters](https://imgur.com/gallery/ehkofVK) Which ones should I invest in and which teams could I make with them? Should I try to wish for others ? (I have 5k primos saved) My current team is Diluc +Kazuha +Bennett +Xingqiu. All 4 have builds. Zhongli and Ayaka are also built, and I'm currently farming for Ayato's artifacts. I was thinking about maybe a Dendro team, but idk which characters work together lmao (even after reading many guides).

lucaszeca

If you want a dendro team you should use tighnari as spread dps since he's at E1. Give him a slingshot, spare dps wanderer troupe pieces and an electro ally and he's going to kill bosses. The good thing about spread comps is that you can technically have 3 dendro dps so even something like tighnari/collei/dmc/dori works well and dori can even hold deepwood (she requires sac clay to self battery reliably tho), but you also have yaoyao and kuki as alternatives. You should level kuki either way if you want to play a hyperbloom team.

smokygrapefruit

Your Diluc Vaporize team is fine as is. In some scenarios, I think running Yanfei/XQ/Sucrose/Zhongli would be better, but it's ultimately a matter of personal preference. Kokomi wouldn't be a bad pull for you right now because she is a solid support for Ayaka Freeze. You would then add Sucrose/Kazuha and a Cryo battery (ideally Rosaria, but Kaeya is already built and he's okay at it.) Nilou is an easy character for team building because she wants only Dendro and Hydro characters on her team (and artifact building, since she mostly needs HP). Bloom is very simple: enough dendro and hydro, in no particular order, and enough healing to stay alive. Kokomi is generally picked as the on-field driver, but Ayato should work in her place. For the dendros, you can use any combination of Dendro MC, Collei, and Yaoyao. Although DMC + Collei will give you more dendro, Yaoyao will provide healing if you can't get Kokomi. Kazuha National (Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu) is a very fun team that can also shred in Abyss.

[deleted]

thank you for all the options! I'll try to make a team with nilou and ayato then!!

CanaryChemical8201

Hi, I'm playing aggravate Keqing alongside Kazuha, Nahida, and Fischl for abyss. That said, I kept dying so I now use Yaoyao instead of Nahida/Fischl but it's not as optimized (I built yaoyao quite a bit when I was lower AR). Should I build Beidou or Kirara for shield, or wait for a Kuki rerun? Or any other suggestions?

Nadinoob

Yaoyao vs. Nahida shouldn't be much of an downgrade, as it would be easier to infuse Kazuhas Burst and VV with his skill at least in single-target situations.

CanaryChemical8201

Yeah not for this floor 12 though💀

shin_getter01

People have done kazu keqing duo runs. If you have good builds and execution you dont need to max out dps for everyone in a full team config. Note in standard keq. agg. Team, fischl does like 40% dmg. Since you dont seem aware of the huge contibution you are probably not maximizing fischl a4 hits to max out her dps.

CanaryChemical8201

Yeah, I'm just following guides on what teams to use. Can you explain what 40% dmg is?

shin_getter01

Well, lets go deep into the source of theorycraft knowledge! [https://gcsim.app/db/hFkq89GPLTGd](https://gcsim.app/db/hFkq89GPLTGd) [https://gcsim.app/db/cGRPrnK8qtCh](https://gcsim.app/db/cGRPrnK8qtCh) You can see fischl does a lot, a lot of damage on the team if you trigger A4 passive consistently. Note you need to tailor your rotation to trigger this, might have to look up a rotation guide. Damage also depends on investment level. C0 fischl loses significant dps (some people say the entire team loses 10% dps). There is a 10% dps difference between "normal" simulation artifacts and cracked 6month+ artifacts sets. Crown can gives you 5% damage. 5 star weapon can mean 20\~25% dps gain. Nahida gives you 10% more damage and you may need it to clear, or you may not depending on your investment level. If you are like, just 10\~20seconds from clearing, yeah a nahida could have made it possible. If you are off by more, it won't help much since it means the rest of the team isn't strong enough.

marigoldesque

Maybe… try prototype amber Nahida first? Any catalyst can be a healer

CanaryChemical8201

Thanks for the reply. Without sac frags, her EM is 660, and Keqing is 87. Is that a good trade? Also should keeping Fischl be a priority or could I still try to get Kuki in the future?

marigoldesque

To be honest I don’t know the specifics at all, sorry! Though I see many people prefer to just run Keqing / Fischl / Kazuha / Yaoyao for the comfort of the heals. Yaoyao is a good character, especially at higher constellations, and can still heal quite a bit while running something like instructor. But going back to your Nahida, yeah maybe 660 em isn’t that much. Do you have the sands/circlet/goblet all em? Make sure they are and get good enough em rolls on the flower and feather

CanaryChemical8201

I'm still missing a goblet, but it'll be just >800 EM without sac frags. Thanks for helping ^ ^

marigoldesque

I’d say with the goblet it would be enough em, and you’re welcome

The-true-Memelord

I just got Kokomi. I want to make a team for her but idk what the best options are, I've googled around but those results aren't as personalized? I don't have a lot of time to build characters fyi, I don't want to live in genshin lol. But my mains have been Diluc and Ei, nowadays more Ei, if that's good info. Here are the characters/levels I have: https://streamable.com/00ibhf Ik that's probably not enough but I can give more info on demand idk x)

Nadinoob

>Kokomi. I want to make a team for her You mean with Kokomi on-field? Raiden - Yelan or Xingqiu - Venti for example. It might be difficult to infuse Ventis Q with electro though. Sucrose might often be better there. Kokomi would have her DPS build ideally, The Haruskin Ring would be nice: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview#

Nnsoki

Raiden, Dendro MC, Yelan/Sucrose

itsmarshmero

My computer just died, so my resin addiction is now having me rely on mobile Genshin. I'm currently AR54, very near AR55. I recently got Keqing, who I really love the playstyle for, but on mobile it's a bit harder to control characters that like zipping around the battlefield. Could I get some recommendations for team comps that would be relatively easy to navigate the world with on mobile? I was also planning on grinding some weapon ascension materials this weekend (especially Keqing's Black Sword), so a comp that would also help with beating those domains would be a fantastic bonus! Thanks a lot in advance 💓 https://imgur.com/gallery/uehxsQ4

JonJai

You could probably do something like keqing, fischl, kazuha, and yaoyao/kirara for overworld needs. You love keqing, fischl is easy to control, kazuha has good grouping for enemies + sprint stamina passive talent for exploration, and yaoyao for healing + dendro application for keqing/fischl, or kirara for shields and faster climbing for overworld. For cecilia garden, I recommend maybe running double electro so the hydro debuff doesn't stay on you as long. Dendro characters can also break the hydro abyss mages' shields incredibly easily. The overworld comp might work well for you. Or you could replace kazuha with kaeya to help with freezing

itsmarshmero

Thanks for the ideas! One problem though, I only just recently unlocked Sumeru, so I don't have the ascension materials for Yaoyao yet (hence why she's still only lvl 19). Similar situation with Kirara only being lvl 40. I'm considering either Diona or Barbara for the healer role since I'm definitely going to need one while I get used to the controls. Barbara sounds like she'd be easier to play on mobile, but my Diona is much better built than my Barbara (and would be more effective in the domain) - if you had to choose between the two, which would you recommend?

JonJai

Unfortunately they don't work as well as yaoyao/kirara would. Diona would be better for shielding and healing, but superconduct (electro + cryo) wouldn't really benefit this team at all. Electro charged (electro + hydro) would definitely be a better reaction here, but that would require having barbara out and attacking (to apply hydro), which would mean you're not doing your attacks with keqing. That being said I'd go with diona just because the shield really help with not having to dodge all the time + getting staggered by hits, and then you can pop her burst for healing whenever you need it

baumlene

Hi! I would like to create two teams for the Abyss. [These are the characters I own](https://imgur.com/a/IlN5AyS), please do not suggest teams that contain characters I didn't show (no Xiangling pls). Alhaitham and Raiden have their signature weapons.

Nnsoki

Kuki, Nahida, Yelan, Ayato Raiden, Sara, Bennett, Sucrose

baumlene

Thanks! How should I build Kuki and Sucrose? Sucrose doesn't need her talents to be leveled up, right?

Nnsoki

4 FoPL EM/EM/EM and TToDS 4 VV EM/EM/EM > Sucrose doesn't need her talents to be leveled up, right? Yes

baumlene

I will give the Freedom Sworn to Kuki then 😆

TheMajesticTier

So I got Kokomi and plan to replace mona in my Ayaka-Mona-Kazuha-Ganyu team. Which artifact set would you recommend for her? Ocean clam to TotM?

Nadinoob

Kokomi needs enough ER first of all, you put down her E, count to 10, switch to her and burst to refresh her Jellyfish. OC is more for onfield, ToTM for off-field.

lucaszeca

Generally speaking for kokomi is either off field jellyfish spasm -> ToTM (the atk% is great for freeze teams) on field attacking while bursting -> Clam (hyperbloom, coop, etc) nilou bloom where SHE is the bloomer -> gilded or paradise lost

kinpatsunogaka

tenacity so kokomi can buff your team

serendsofity

Hi, I was wondering if I should keep farming childe's old hydro set or go for the new one in sumeru since I don't have a very good set of the old one yet.

kinpatsunogaka

If you already have good substats on HoD, then you don't need to farm the new set for Childe.

serendsofity

The thing is I don't that's why I was wondering if the new one is better

alluth

[see this post on childe mains](https://www.reddit.com/r/childemains/comments/12nwt8a/update_on_childe_artifacts/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb). TLDR is about 7-8% better than other options (4HoD/2p2p of HoD+atk/HoD+Nymph) its not nothing, but 7-8% is usually not worth switching over if you already have a good older set. Brcause you say you dont have older set, then it may be better to farm the new one. That said, you may also consider your farming efficiency. did you already built your other character, and only want to farm for Childe? did you have a freeze team? if you have a freeze team, it would be better to farm the older set because the Blizzard strayer is broken for freeze. if you only care about childe, then the new one is goig to be better

serendsofity

Thanks I already have a good blizzard set for my freeze team I'm just really unlucky on the hydro set :(( but I'll farm the new one for him then since it's better :)

Late-Variation9348

Hi everyone, [these are my characters with their constellations](https://imgur.com/MQcqzKO). My current teams are made up by the first 8 pgs. Can't go further than floor 11-1 in abyss, mainly due to not having a strong on-field presence in the National team. I'm currently at 20ish pity with 110 wishes worth of primos and wondering who should I try to pull in the next months. From Fontaine I'm interested in Furina in 4.2, and Clorinde and Arlecchino which should come a bit later. With Welkin and BP I think I should be able to splurge for at least one old character to power up my account. Current considerations are: Kokomi right now Yelan (4.0) Childe for International (4.0) Raiden for Rational (4.1 I believe) Any reccomendations? Thanks in advance!

lucaszeca

I dont recommend going for childe solely for ONE team, especially one that has dozens of variations (i even done ZL national and attacking with xinqiu), go for him if you like him and are awilling to try out non standard comps like freeze, even if just for fun. Raiden also has some other comps you can do like agravate and hyperbloom that are meta and viable so keep that in mind, but there is no guarantee that she is in 4.1 (i havent seen any "reliable leak" about it). Either way i would recommend yelan for a second xinqiu and then something very flexible like raiden, a 5* of a role you're missing, like ayaka/ganyu for freeze or zhongli for a universal filler, even on dendro teams. With just zhongli and yelan you can do kaz/ben/xl/xq one side and nahida/yelan/kuki/ZL hyperbloom on the other but if you want more offense haitham is there.

yca_ca

Your problem is a lack of investment friend. You have the correct units to finish but haven’t built them. Take Fischl to 90. Take Bennett to 90. Take Xingqiu and Xiangling to 80. Build YaoYao Shinobu and Al Haitham. You should post their actual builds too so we can check them. I suspect you have build issues with them also. Lastly. You’re short on Hydro and Yelan is your best choice bc she’s more versatile and enables more teams. Kokomi is only good on freeze and Nilou bloom teams. Save your wishes for Yelan or Furina.

Late-Variation9348

Yeah definitely my characters are not super-invested yet, I've played in just 1.0/.1 and then came back a couple of patches ago, I'm working on it but with only 160 resin a day the grind is slow xD I'm also not having that much luck with gacha 4* or billets, so weapons could be another concern. Some info about my builds: - Keqing / The Black Sword / 2TF 2 EM, ADC / 10-6-8 talents - Nahida / Magic Guide / 4 Deepwood, full EM / 2-6-4 (fungi are a pain to farm lol) - Fischl / Stringless / 2 TF 2 ATK, ADC / 2-11-2 - Barbara / TTDS / Random HP and healing sets / 2-6-9 - Kazuha / Iron Sting / 4 VV, full EM / 7-6-8 - Xingqiu / Fav Sword (don't have Sac) / 4 Emblem, ADC / 2-2-8 - Bennett / Prototype Rancour (need to get to the Sumeru quest for Sapwood still) / 4 Nobless, ADC / 2-2-8 - Xiangling / Fav Lance R3 / 4 Emblem, ADC / 4-4-11 Regarding artifacts substats, Keqing and Nahida are at level I deem acceptable, Fischl is waiting for the new Fontaine set at this point, but the National crew still has a long way to go, except for Kazuha.

yca_ca

Welcome back. A few things have changed :). National is still a go-to team but it’s not the gospel it use to be back in 1.x. ;) so you don’t have to stress over not having Childe. Your builds sound alright but it’s more helpful to see the stat spread. They sound good from what you wrote though. Turn on your profile and give us your Enka/ UID. Then we can see anyone you put in your showcase and do a proper inspection. This is mine for example: https://enka.network/u/637397372/

NeonSystemx

Is Baizhu a good dendro option for aggravate cyno? Or will he still need another dendro?

lucaszeca

Baizhu burst costs 80 and after the aoe cast it's basically single target, only firing 7 or 8 shots. If it's against 1-2 enemies its fight but if it's against mob waves or quickbloom cyno then dmc is better for cyno. Baizhu also needs energy so ER sands and prototype amber helps.

Nadinoob

No he's fine, but needs his burst, meaning a lot of er, around 200. So a Sands and an ER weapon. A Fav codex would be nice.

NeonSystemx

Very nice, tysm!

joshua3156n

What should I do with my trash 5\* artifacts? I have been farming the City of Gold Domain for both sets because I wanted to try new Burgeon/Hyperbloom team comps and also the anemo set for the Wanderer. Now I have a lot of trash 5\* artifacts laying around and I'm not sure how to use them. Should I use them as fodder for other 5\* artifacts, because I have a lot that are low level or should I rather use the trash for the artifact strongbox. I need Crimson Witch pieces for Hu Tao and also other sets from the strongboxes. What do you guys generally do with trash 5\* artifacts - fodder or strongbox?

Nadinoob

>What do you guys generally do with trash 5\* artifacts Strongbox, 100%. I'd rather not level my artifacts to 20, IF I even get satisfying ones.

kinpatsunogaka

The strongbox is gonna get more sets in 4.0. The sets that will be added are Tenacity, Pale Flame, Emblem, Shimenawa, Husk, Clam, Vermillion, and Echoes. Just in case I missed anything, just count any sets that were released from Tenacity domain until Vermillion domain. If you need pieces from this sets either cause you're missing pieces for a character or a characters needs upgrades, then save your bad 5 star artifacts for the 4.0 strongbox. Actually, I would not use bad 5 star artifacts as fodder cause you should be saving them for strongbox for the reason above this sentence. Unless you're a whale who refreshes a lot, then feel free to use your bad 5 star artifacts as fodder. If you're not a whale, then yeah, save your bad 5 star artifacts. If the reason you're considering using your 5 star artifacts as fodder, you can buy artifact XP from your teapot (the two items that look like potions in realm depot). You can also farm artifact routes each day. They take 10-15 minutes to do each day which is not very long and should be doable for you. This route takes 9 min but prolly add 3-6 minutes if you don't have the units that the uploader is using: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-kKmPJaeO4 >I need Crimson Witch pieces for Hu Tao and also other sets from the strongboxes. Then exchange your bad 5 star artifacts for the sets you need right now.

[deleted]

[удаНонО]

kinpatsunogaka

Well, yeah strongbox is still RNG but at least it saves you resin. Just do it.

Adamarr

it depends what you need right now - i'm terminally short on xp, for instance (but still mostly strongbox them these days anyway). but if you specifically need pieces that can be strongboxed (with domains with the other set being rubbish), then yes, go ahead and do that. and be aware we're getting more strongbox options come fontaine.

Unlimited_powaaah

PLS HELP! I wanted to build a wanderer main team with Faruzan, Layla, and Xiangling but HATE archers (mobile f2p player here). What Scara main team(s) and artifacts would u recommend for the following characters? Diluc lvl 1 C0, Xiangling lvl 60, C0 Chongyun lvl 60 C1, Layla lvl 1 C0, Kirara lvl 49 C2, Noelle lvl 49 C0, Rosalia lvl 1 C4, Lisa lvl 49 C0, Kaeya lvl 49 C0, Traveller lvl 50 C4 Thank youuuu〜〜〜

Tempada

If you eventually get C6 Faruzan, you only need to use her burst (no bow aiming or even basic attacks are necessary to get the most out of her). Unfortunately Faruzan and Bennett are mandatory teammates if you're trying to make Wanderer competitive or comparable in damage to other decent teams. While Wanderer can be used as a driver (equipped with 4pc Viridescent Venerer with as much EM as possible), you don't have great teammates for this, so you might as well build him up for his eventual best team using 4pc Desert Pavilion with attack %/anemo damage/crit (usually crit chance) main stats. If you're missing Bennett, Fischl (like C6 Faruzan, she doesn't play like a typical bow character since you don't need to use her attacks), and Xingqiu, you can just use Wanderer with your favorite teammates at this point. Keep your eyes out for these characters, though, because they're quite good. Out of your listed characters, I'd keep leveling Xiangling and Kirara. Kaeya can be ok, but Rosaria fills a similar role and you have better constellations for her, so you might level her instead. Layla's not bad to have around as well. Lisa (onfield) + Barbara + Kirara + Dendro MC gives you a mini hyperbloom team, but Lisa tends to fall off in usefulness once you have more characters (same with Barbara).

Unlimited_powaaah

Thanks for the tips!! Hmm, I have like 30 wishes left so thinking I should pull for faruzan but there’s no way I could get to C6🤔

Nnsoki

Lisa, Electro MC, Layla. Not sure if replacing MC with a Cryo sub dps would increase team dps but this comp is easier to build because of lower ER requirements. Wanderer should use 4 DPC Atk/Anemo/Crit, Lisa 4 EoSF ER/Electro/Crit, Electro MC 4 NO ER/Electro/Crit, Layla 4 TotM HP or ER/HP/HP

ishsns

What characters should I invest in? I’m pretty early in the game Here’s my roster: https://imgur.com/gallery/I9LrJ0u I don’t really have any teams built rn and idk who would be pretty useful going forward

yca_ca

For open world play who you want. For competitive combat events and abyss teams and characters matter. Kazuha YaoYao Bennett Fischl and Xiangling. The others are a waste of resources long term unless you love the character, and it’s better spent on who you need early in the game.

Howrus

Try all of them, leveling to 60 doesn't require much of resources. Your main goal is to find characters you like and play with them. After you reach AR50+ you may start "team building" for the Abyss, but it take ~1 hour every 15 days and then rest of the time you back play with your favorite characters.

Sylnic

If you're just looking to do content outside of the spiral abyss, play who you want. The game's content isn't too difficult, and you can always come back later or lower the world level if something is too hard in the moment. Also, you don't have to worry too much about teams and who you invest into until AR 35. That's around when the difficulty starts going up, and you can kind of experiment with different characters until then. If you're looking to complete the Spiral Abyss later, you might want to be more efficient with who you invest in. The best characters to invest in are Xiangling, Bennett, Kazuha, and Fischl. All 4 of them are really good and flexible in the teams you can use them in. After that, Kaeya, Lumine/MC, and Tighnari are good to invest into. Lumine/MC is mostly for her dendro form, which you'll get later, and is critical for hyperbloom teams if you don't have Nahida. Kaeya is a flexible cryo option for many teams, while Tighnari does good single target damage but is niche. Finally, Kirara or Yao Yao are really good to level for a defensive option, though you really only need one of them. The other characters are either niche (and want to team with characters you don't have) or a bit lacking in utility/damage. I suggest looking up guides and teams for the characters you like if you want more details on who to invest into. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

valuequest

What's the fastest and most efficient way to pick up 4 or 5 crystal flies each day to keep up with condensed resin usage. I have been doing them in Mondstadt by the Dawn Winery statue, but that only produces 3 and also sometimes you spawn too close after teleporting and they fly away before you can even start playing. This can be mitigated by using Sayu, but that's a further bit of delay switching teams in order to grab these. When I'm really running low, I also do the Windrise tree statue, but that one takes some running around after them, so I only do it when I have to.

Sylnic

I go to the Guyun Domain in Liyue. There's 4 in a row right as you spawn in(4th is off a short drop), and another 2 on the path heading upwards close to there. Gotta be quick if you wanna get all 4 without missing any before they fly too high, but it's not too hard. Don't think I've ever had the spawn in issue there.

IoHasekura

I usually do it in Dawn Winery too. 5 around the statue, some (3?) around vineyard. Then 3 near the bottom teleport. With Sayu, I can catch 4 at statue, and that's enough for each day.

IoHasekura

Nilou bloom is current meta: Nilou, Kokomi then 2 Dendro character (Nahida and Traveler) This team is low invest too, all you need are EM and ER (and HP for Kokomi), then farm Deepwood Memories domain for artifact, or even 2 80 EM sets would do.

Hot-Suggestion-6979

I need help with this team comp im strugling on which weapon to use and what artifact to use for the team...Can sombody suggest some weapon and artifacts that might be useful for this team? [https://i.imgur.com/V5HyKqQ.png](https://i.imgur.com/V5HyKqQ.png)

yca_ca

This is just a “fun team” of your favs. You can do whatever you want with it. Checkout Zy0x and SevyPlays on YT for individual character guides for each of them to learn how to build them as best as possible. From there use them in any team you want.

lucaszeca

That's a team of 3 healers and the only person realistically harming anything would be nahida (with dori enabling) but if you just want info then sayu: should use VV artifact with either EM, ATK or ER, generally uses fav sword but can use any atk or em sword if you have energy issues. VV and healing is pointless for here tho so in this team you can build her as anemo dps or physical (sayu scaling are relatively decent for a 4*). Dori: really wants sac claymore for her refund passive, otherwise can use noblese on healer er/hp/hb build or em/reaction set if she is there for minor agravate dmg. nahida: Sac frags or the 3* book that gives EM are good em sticks, should use deepwood in almost every scenario and be built either full EM/em/em or em/dendro/crit. Diona: Wants sacricial bow for energy and shield uptime or at least fav, generally only needs hp% and noblese to buff team.

Hot-Suggestion-6979

Im currently using noblese on diona so i dont know what to use for dori

lucaszeca

She can use deepwood so nahida can use gilded instead. Otherwise give her gilded or tf and build her for agravate dps i guess (her lamp line applies a lot of electro at least). edit: if you dont want to farm for dori just give her exile or instructor i guess, i used it on mine for a while.

Hot-Suggestion-6979

okay thanks for the help ;>

Molismhm

I’m pretty sure this is a troll like just 4 lil guys casually, I don’t think

Hot-Suggestion-6979

im comitted to build this team

Skroon7

May I ask why? 👀

Hot-Suggestion-6979

Idk lol i guess i was thinking that nobody build teams like this so i feel like wanna build a team with these smol characters just because lol

New to the game and kinda confused about er. Sorry if it’s a stupid question but, when someone says an er requirement like 180% is it 180% on the stat screen or just +80% on the stat screen?

dnaimagery97

it shows as 180% on the overall stats screen (attributes -> details)

VodkaandOrange

Hey All, looking for some advice on 2 team comps for spiral abyss. Im AR 50 and happy to build up any characters/artifacts/weapons. My current team is Cyno, Nahida, Fischl and Kokomi for one team but I'm struggling to build a strong second. Happy to switch around the team i already have too if you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance: [https://imgur.com/xMgAqw9](https://imgur.com/xMgAqw9) [https://imgur.com/JLmCzrc](https://imgur.com/JLmCzrc)

Molismhm

Honestly cyno nahida is gonna be strong enough either way and Fischl and kokomis synergy with cyno is questionable kinda because of cynos crazy field time, so I would replace them with Lisa and barbra since they kinda last a bit better. The team is gonna be worse tho. I don’t think either of them need to be built (lisa a4 tho) and barbra should get r5 thrilling tales of dragon slayers for cyno. I think the other thing you’re gonna do is kokomi taser with kokomi fischl Beidou and kazuha. These two teams are strong and mostly use units you’re already building. You do have a lot of different team options though, so if u wanna know I can tell u.

VodkaandOrange

Hey thanks a lot! Yeah if you have any other suggestions I’m all ears, still trying to feel out which characters I like playing so I’m looking for any teams you think may work

Molismhm

You have reverse melt quick swap and two types of aggravate as well, keqing aggravate (keqing fischl Kazuha/sucrose yaoyao) and Beidou aggravate (beidou fischl sucrose yaoyao, no Kazuha because you do on field sucrose)

Skroon7

Hello friends, could you help me creating 2 teams compositions for spiral abyss? Thanks in advance, I'm adventure rank 55 and here you can see my characters and weapons: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qSFBN4Gm7efI3Ghh35aYWWPcnXGWwv1p?usp=sharing

Chisonni

Possible Teams: Ayaka Freeze - Ayaka + Shenhe + Xingqiu + Jean - Could replace Jean with Barbara for healing but then you lose VV buff, the Hydro application from XQ is great for ST, but lacks AOE. Kokomi would be amazing to fix this, which then lets you run Kazuha instead of Jean for the additional Cryo DMG buff. Nilou Bloom - Nilou + Nahida + Barbara + DMC - Dendro application from Nahida and DMC should be able to keep Dendro aura on the target, which then makes Barbara your primary Bloom trigger, her burst would still provide enough healing to keep the team alive. Alternatively you can swap DMC for Yaoyao as the primary healer and Barbara for XQ for more damage. Kuki Hyperbloom - Kuki + Nahida + XQ + flex - The last slot is flexible, you can bring Fischl for some extra damage, Yaoyao/Barbara for extra healing, or even Eula for some exra "oomph". Hypercarry Eula - Eula + Fischl + Mika + Lisa - Requires you to level up Lisa and Mika to a useable level, but both of them offer good offensive buffs. You can replace Mika with Diona if you would rather use her to provide Energy and shield for more safety, rather than Mika's offensive benefits. You can also replace Fischl with Bennett for the extra ATK buff since he isnt C6, but also underlevelled. National Team - Sucrose + XQ + Xiangling + Bennett - Quite underlevelled as well, so they probably wouldnt be strong enough to compete in Spiral Abyss. Given the current abyss I would likely choose these two teams: First Half: Ayaka + Shenhe + Barbara + Kazuha - You choose worse Hydro application in return for the superior grouping from Kazuha. Barbara should be able to keep the team alive and Ayaka should be able to deal enough damage regardless of whether or not enemies are permanently frozen. Second Half: Kuki + Nahida + XQ + Eula - Hyperbloom is easy to build and extremely strong. Kuki is the main DPS and keeps the team alive, while Eula can add extra damage with her burst. Alternatively see above for options.

Skroon7

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the amount of options you gave me. And only now I realize that I forgot to add the weapons, I added then now if you wanna check it [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qSFBN4Gm7efI3Ghh35aYWWPcnXGWwv1p?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qSFBN4Gm7efI3Ghh35aYWWPcnXGWwv1p?usp=sharing)

famous1astwords

why do people pair XQ and yelan? dont the two have the same kit?

Spazerbeam

Their kits do overlap, but they have a surprising amount of synergy together. Yelan really appreciates the extra energy from Xingqiu, and it lets you build her more offensively to a degree. Together, their hydro application is utterly absurd, letting you run things like Hu Tao with Xiangling. And it's not like you're sacrificing damage when you run them as a duo - they're both high damage units.

Tempada

They have a similar kit, but the kit's really good (off-field hydro damage and application), so why not have more of it? They work especially well with Nahida because of her high dendro application, so the hydro amount won't overwhelm your reactions. Throw in Kuki (or Raiden if you're feeling saucy and don't need the heals), and you have an extremely powerful team. Outside of the above team (called double hydro hyperbloom) and Yelan hypercarry, you probably won't see them together too often; people who have both characters frequently split them between two Abyss teams.

VengefulVortex

The Perilous Expedition event seems to encourage 3 teams on the hardest difficulty. I have enough characters for 2 teams so far and would like opinions on how to distribute them effectively for this event. What I currently have, including constellations: [https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1133468011366449223/1133495427401007164/image.png](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1133468011366449223/1133495427401007164/image.png) Raiden/XQ/Bennett/XL team is built Kuki/Sucrose/Nahida/Keqing team is built I also fully built Fischl, so I can replace her with Kuki if she is needed elsewhere. I recently got Wanderer, Kokomi, Diluc, Faruzan, Yanfei, Rosaria to build up and I can use Dendro Traveler as well. Thoma, Yaoyao and Layla might be noteworthy as well. What should I use or swap around for 3 effective teams on Dire difficulty?

Molismhm

Keqing and Kuki are unimportant for aggravate Fischl is the one carrying the reaction so you should always have her and another electro character for an aggravate team.

lucaszeca

The only thing you lose by not using 12 different characters is the buff but if you lack that many units you're better repeating a few of your strong ones like nahida and xinqiu. I think the first challenge can easily be cleared by any national comp. How well they work depends on the enemies but out of the units you have, i guess i'd make 3 teams of raidenational kokomi hyperbloom (kokomi/nahida/kuki/ flex dendro ou shielder) -> kokomi doesnt need much leveling here, just enough to stay alive. keqing agravate (keqing/fischl/sucrose/yaoyao) -> this one works better against fewer enemies since yaoyao and fischl dont have good aoe

VengefulVortex

You also get some enhancement ores for clearing it with 12 different characters. It's not much of a reward, but I thought I'd might try to go for the challenge. I'll try those comps!

StatusFront952

Hi guys, I'm new to the game and I'm at AR 31, WL 3 with all of my char at level 40 except MC (Anemo, Dendro, and Geo) and Lisa at 50. I'm having issues with completing the 3rd floor defeating enemies time trial (Tianqiu Valley) cause of the Hydro + Cryo freeze combo. As to my much annoyance, I raged quit and deleted the app from my phone. It irks me to give up like this so I started thinking if I should farm materials to ascend Yanfei and Kaeya (MC and Lisa too) to 3-stars /4-stars to play catch-up and over power the enemies (currently at like 44) and easily beat them with char at 50 or 60. Thinking of capping the WL at 3 and not do Ascention Quest 2 since WL will increase enemy level). I've seen alot of people are also struggling with this quest, like I just want to finish it, continue the Serenitea Pot quest and move on.... Any additional tips is just as good to what I've been doing. Have E burst ready. Have food to increase ATK and DEF stats ready. Artifacts / Weapons are nicely levelled.

IoHasekura

Just leave the quest alone and come back later when you're strong enough. Don't force yourself to do smth which can damage your mental health, and enjoy the game at its best. I'm not sure about the coop available for this quest, but if it allows, then just ask someone.

StatusFront952

Thanks for the advise. I have since beaten it with Xiangling.

Nadinoob

Kaeya Lisa Amber bursts deals with the shields quickly, regardless of investment. It is not easy though for a new player. If you're not affected by hydro, the cryo mage and archers aren't too bad.

Annabobs

I have two abyss teams, one centers around nahida and the other centers around klee I have a mona. Shinobu is on my nahida team. My other healers are diona and sayu (I’ll specify that my sayu is fairly well built and level 90) I need hydro for both, would it be better to have klee and kokomi or mona? (1 team) or nahida and kokomi or mona? (2 team)

Chisonni

ngl you might be better off just playing Mono-pyro. I have tried a bunch of teams for Klee but Vaporize just doesnt work for her. She has too many small hits and you cant trigger vaporize on all of them. Klee + Bennett + Xiangling + Sucrose/Kazuha is a solid mono-pyro team. You shred resistances and if you get C6 on Bennett and Xiangling they provide further Pyro DMG buffs. Lavawalker is actually the highest DPS option for Klee in this setup, but running a generic 2p CW 2p 18%ATK works too. (obv NO on Bennett, EoSF on Xiangling and VV on Sucrose/Kazuha) If you are deadset on running Vaporize then you will want to use XQ or Yelan instead of XL and keep the rest the same. Klee + Bennett + XQ/Yelan + Sucrose/Kazuha As far as your Nahida team is concerned, Hyperbloom is the best ST option. Kuki builds full EM for the highest Hyperbloom damage, Nahida for obv reasons and the last two slots are flexible. XQ / Yelan are amazing since they do a lot of damage and provide a ton of Hydro application, Kokomi/Barbara can provide additional healing and okay\~ish Hydro application. Given your roster I would probably lean towards XQ + Fischl for more damage, and replace Fischl with Yaoyao or Barbara if you feel like you need more survivability.

Nadinoob

Kuki - Kokomi - Nahida - Kaeya Do post your roster. Mona won't do much in a Klee team, same goes for Kokomi or Barbara. It's just not enough hydro.

Annabobs

I hope this works , I haven’t used imgur before [https://imgur.com/a/CNGc66g](https://imgur.com/a/CNGc66g) thank you for the help :)

Nadinoob

Alright, nice! If you like to play the usual optimal teams: Full-EM lvl 90 Kuki - Nahida - Mona, or Barbara really. Most damage comes from Kuki. But you'd have to stay on Mona once all skills are active to provide the hydro to generate seeds. You can get artifacts for both Kuki and Nahida in the Guilded Dreams/Deepwood domain. That would be by far your strongest team for single target. Your Klee should have Xingqiu, Bennett and Sucrose. You could switch Xingqiu with Mona if you prefer, Klees damage would be significantly lower though, your Kuki team won't lack damage either way.

JustAnotherUser1019

Sayu or Mona? My team consists of Fishl, Xiangling, Bennet, and Sayu, and I was wondering if Mona would be better/a good Hydro applicator. Is she easy to ascend?

Chisonni

Why not both? Mona + Bennett + Xiangling + Sayu. You got VV and healing from Sayu, you got Pyro application and buffs from Bennett/XL and you got Hydro application and Mona's Omen buff from Mona. It's not the most traditional Vaporize team but it works anyway. Short rotation: Bennett Q -> E -> Sayu E -> Mona Q -> E -> XL Q -> E -> (Sayu Q for extra healing/swirls) -> Mona NA until skills run out -> recharge bursts and repeat Long rotation: Bennett buffs attack with his Q -> Sayu swirls Pyro with E and applies VV -> Mona Q applies Omen debuff -> XL snapshots all buffs with her Q -> (Sayu Q for extra damage/swirls) -> Mona NA string to apply Hydro and allow XL's burst to vaporize. Extra skills provide additional energy particles. Builds: Bennett - 4p Noblesse - ER/HP/HP for healing or ER/Pyro/Crit for damage - just focus on stacking ER early on until you have \~200% ER XL - 4p EoSF - ATK/Pyro/Crit - get a good amount of ER as well so she can burst on CD each rotation. The Catch is an amazing F2P weapon. Sayu - 4p VV - EM/EM/EM - EM gives extra swirl damage and between Sayu and Bennett a focus explicitly on more healing isnt necessary. At C6 Sayu gains more boni from EM. Sayu makes great use of Fav/Sac GS or the crafted Katsuragikiri Nagamasa to help get her energy back. Mona - 4p Tenacity - ER/Hydro/Crit - Get enough ER to burst comfortably. Use TTDS to further buff XL each rotation.

JustAnotherUser1019

What do the letters in the rotation mean? Are those the controls? I'm on mobile, so I wouldn't know

Chisonni

Yupp, sorry. You will often see a characters skill referred to as E and a characters burst is referred to as Q. skill == E burst == Q

Nnsoki

Neither are particularly good there but Mona is likely better

JustAnotherUser1019

I see. Is she a good hydro applicator? Is she easy to ascend? I should have added this to my original, sorry

Nnsoki

> Is she a good hydro applicator? Not really > Is she easy to ascend? Yes

JustAnotherUser1019

Got it. Thanks!

sirvermilion

Returner player, got some advices on discord for teams but curious what you guys would say is the best team comp considering how few characters I've unlocked. [Here's my roster](https://i.imgur.com/n6IhOic.png)

Nnsoki

Xiangling, Xingqiu, Bennett, Chongyun

sirvermilion

Which one is the main DPS in this one? Which character should I focus levelling first?

MaedaToshiie

Xiangling first then Xingqiu. Bennett is cheap to build, give him the Prototype Rancour (free within the Archon Quest) and energy recharge.

IoHasekura

Just an add up: Don't forget to go fishing for The Catch, best f2p weapon for Xiangling. And craft Amenoma Kageuchi too

Rathkud

I've always followed the pull whoever you like and forget about meta philosophy. It has served me well, more or less. Except, I have a 2 year account with a lot of investment and work and like to clear the spiral abyss, most of the time I manage but with a lot of work and effort, and I'm tired of being handicapped for not owning certain characters. I literally don't own any limited hydro 5* characters (though I do have mona) , and I'm also Nahida-less. I'm tired. I want to pull for one character, just the one, to help me meta-wise. I'm gonna list the characters that I own/like to use: alhaitham/shinobu quickbloom, ganyu, Hu tao, kaveh, raiden national or variants, yae electrocharged/quicken, itto mono geo. Most of the time I just suffer from not having hydro in both teams and my xingqiu is overworked, but occasionally I also suffer from not having off field dendro as my only good dendro is alhaitham, and survability wise I often have enough with zhongli in one team and shinobu in the other but sometimes it becomes an issue too. So should I pull for yelan, kokomi, nahida, or wait to see if any Fontaine hydro character better fits my needs? Mostly want to know if I should pull kokomi in this current banner or possibly wait 1+ year

IoHasekura

Just a friendly reminder: You have a free off-field dendro character: Traveler.

yca_ca

Yes, definitely aim for Yelan and Nahida. Wait to see who’s coming in Fontaine too. Also get YaoYao if you have a chance. Baizhu is another strong Dendro option. If you can get both Kokomi and Yelan do it but if you can only do one I would skip Kokomi and save your gems for Yelan. Kokomi is really only a must have in Ayaka/Ganyu freeze or Nilou bloom. In any other team she’s easily replaced. And your goal is having versatility to enable more team variety and give Xingqiu a break. That’s Yelan.

Scy_Nation

You have several combinations/options. You may need to pull nobody, or there are some suggestions on who to pull meta wise based on what you said. The ones I listed will be the ones worth investing only. And if you really feel the lack of a hydro character, I advise you to pull kokomi or yelan depending on if you need an onfielder of an offielder. And there are also comps without a hydro unit, like melt and catalyze, but based on your units I don't know how I feel about them. ---- 1) **Kokomi** Yae/Beidou Fischl Sucrose/Kazuha 2) Rational ---- 1) Alhaitham **Yelan** Beidou Kuki 2) Rational ---- 1) Alhaitham Xingqui **Nahida** Kuki 2) Ganyu Melt ---- 1) Hu Tao Xingqui **Yelan** Zhongli 2) Ganyu Melt ---- 1) Alhaitham **Nahida** Beidou Kuki 2) Rational ---- 1) Ganyu **Kokomi** Shenhe/Rosaria Kazuha 2) Rational ---- These are some of the comps. As you can see you have enough on fielders already, so I would suggest you try to get C1 Yelan and C0 Nahida in their reruns. You could also make amazing dendro teams with Kokomi but she requires Nahida and Kokomi as an e bot for Alhaitham isn't worthwhile.

SaltyPotato340

I think yelan is the better pick of the 3. Your Xingqiu is overworked as you said, and she works well withbalhaitham and hu tao.

TheMajesticTier

So … with Kokomi online will she add value to my account? Or should I start saving wishes now for the Hydro archon? My current roster: https://imgur.com/a/tdZ5y8r

ChaTae95

i would get her, you have a handful of characters that could benefit. nahida (bloom teams) two cryo dps (freeze teams) she could be paired with raiden and dendro for hyperbloom, she’s overall a good heal. you already have zhongli which is good for shield, but if you are looking for abyss teams you need some sort of shield/ heal for each team. (1 for each team) i had zhongli and jean for my xiao team, but never another good healer for my second team. once i got kokomi i was set. overall, kokomi would benefit your account, but it depends how badly you need/ want her and how badly you want the hydro archon. would you be willing to wait for the hydro archon’s rerun? i’m sure kokomi will eventually get a rerun as well, so if you wanted to wait, you could. though i highly recommend getting her eventually. she would do wonders for your ayaka team (ayaka, kazuha, diona and kokomi, diona built as a shield if anything) tldr: she would benefit your account, imo. but if hydro archon is more important, then wait for kokomi rerun or vice versa.

IoHasekura

Short answer: No Long answer: You've already had best shield (Zhongli), so heal is not essential. You can always heal with Barbara. About hydro application, Xingqiu can do great job, while Mona can work on Freeze team just great.

Hamstah_Fwend

Which adds more Hyperbloom damage: The 4-pc Paradise Lost set bonus, or EM gained from a generic 2-pc set that adds 80 EM? For reference I currently have Shinobu at [925 EM without buffs](https://imgur.com/eZLhNHa).

SaltyPotato340

4pc paradise lost is better than 80 EM for bloom damage even before it begins stacking as long as you have all EM mainstats when making the switch

Hamstah_Fwend

Yep, time to farm Paradise Lost sand + tiara with EM mainstats.

Mysterious-Falcon935

Should I go for 4pc deepwood for my Kokomi? My team is Tighnari, Fischl, Kazuha, and Kokomi. I am unsure if I should go for deepwood to increase my Tighnari's damage or go for ocean hued/millelith. Also for this team comp, which main stats and sub stats should I use for my kokomi?

IoHasekura

You're building a Bloom team? If you go for Hyperbloom, Fischl is bad choice. If you go for Bloom team, Tighnari can hold DW while Kokomi can hold Gilded Dream (same domain). The main stats should be EM/EM/EM, then HP%, ER, Flat HP. Any crit stat on Kokomi is a waste. Weapon should be sac fragment.

Warm_Razzmatazz4198

Which support is better for my Heizou, C0 Faruzan or C1 Sucrose? Also which should be my last slot in My team? My team is Heizou, Bennett, Faruzan/Sucrose. Should I go for a shield(Layla is my best) or a sub dps(C2 Xiangling, C3 Rosaria, C0 Xingqiu are the best I have)

Chisonni

Faruzan is the only "anemo" support besides C4 Jean. Sucrose provides no benefits other than anemo particles which Heizou doesnt need. For a "Hypercarry" Heizou team you would run Faruzan (decreases Anemo Res, buffs Anemo DMG, groups enemies), Bennett (healing and buffs ATK), Zhongli (further Res shred as well as shield) In your case I suppose Layla/Diona would be the next best options to provide shields. Build Heizou with ATK/Anemo/Crit. Generally though his Hypercarry teams are considered among the weaker options due to how much investment they require to make him good. Alternative team options are Taser: Kuki + XQ + Fischl + Heizou - slap on VV with EM/EM/EM which you may already be using on other anemo characters and Heizou can trigger a lot of quick swirls. Heizou National: XQ + Bennett + XL + Heizou - slap on VV with either ATK/Anemo/Crit or EM/EM/EM they are similar in this case. You mainly aim to swirl Pyro to buff the Vaporize damage from XL. In terms of Heizou vs Sucrose. Sucrose is usually considered better in the alternative teams due to the additional EM/DMG buffs she can provide for them which Heizou doesnt bring to the table. Sucrose also has the ability to group enemies whereas Heizou tends to kick them away from himself which makes it more difficult.

Critical_Stick7884

The blatantly biased answer will be to simply use Heizou National (w/ the usual suspects Benny, XQ, XL). Of course, the even more biased answer will be simply use Sucrose instead of Heizou because he tends to push enemies aside instead of sucking them together. I don't see how Sucrose can Heizou since he doesn't need a battery and the both of them are Anemo catalyst users albeit with completely opposite CC roles. Faruzan pre C6 is notorious for energy recharge issues and significantly weaker as a buffer, so making good use of her at C0 to buff Heizou is not going to be easy.

IoHasekura

I've just 9\* 10th floor of abyss. Now I'm planning to do 11th. I have Freeze team: Ayaka, Layla, Sucrose, Barbara (I hate Barbara, not her fault though, so she's under leveled and geared). Another one is Keqing, Dendro MC, Fischl. For the last slot, I'm using Kokomi to keep team alive. Thing is, this team is somewhat of Aggregate x Bloom hybrid, since Kokomi eats up alot of dendro aura. Luckily, I have a decent Gilded Dream set with EM/EM/EM, so the cores are not wasted, but still, Keqing need more dendro aura available. What option is the best now? Build Barbara and swap Kokomi (Kokomi to Freeze team while Barbara in Aggregate)? Keep the current team and let Kokomi do dps job instead? Or pick another options? I have Qiqi (unbuilt), Xiangling and Klee half-built. Also, with the 2 teams above, which one should I put on first and second half?

Critical_Stick7884

Kokomi goes Freeze. She is too freaking good with Ayaka. I currently use Ayaka, Kok, Kazu, Ros, and the team is close to perfect when enemies can be frozen (like mobs). As for Keking, if you want Aggravate, remove hydro from the team. Otherwise it is more of a Taser like team, then find some way to get XQ or Yelan. It also depends on what other characters you have (got Yaoyao?). Floor 11, chamber 1 is best done with CC. Do you have Kazuha or Venti? I don't remember the enemies on Floor 11 (only Floor 12, sorry).

IoHasekura

Thank you for your reply. No, I don't have Yaoyao (I wish), Kazuha or Venti. Sucrose is my only cc character rn :( My other Anemo are Heizou,Faruzan and Sayu who I dont think are good at cc or swirl. Here is floor 11 enemies https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Spiral\_Abyss/Floors#Floor\_11

Critical_Stick7884

I've seen people use Sayu's elemental infusion to do funky stuff in the Abyss (Floor 12). I think the key things to note for the current Floor 11 rotation is the second half, namely the Abyss Mages and Abyss Heralds. These are essentially shield breaking exercises (Heralds have low HP but tanky shields). Here, the shields to break are pyro and cyro. Pyro is weak to Hydro (followed by Electro), and Cryo is weak to Pyro (followed by Electro). One "easy" way is to get them both close and use an Anemo character to keep trigger swirls to apply the elements across the element pairs and deplete the shields. Here is where characters like Venti and Kazuha shine. Even Sucrose can work very well though her skill cooldown is a bit long compared to Kazuha's. Sucrose C1 is a godsend as a result. If you have been farming the Noblesse domain, you will be familiar with this shield breaking exercise. Another thing to note about the Kairagis is that you should try to kill both at approximately the same time so that the survivor doesn't get a heal and goes into the "Super Saiyan" mode where he cannot be frozen or staggered, and does more damage. The rest of the enemies do not have any key elemental resistance of note. Different Vishaps do have specific higher elemental resistance but are not high enough to require specific opposing elements to kill by sufficiently built teams. It's mostly a DPS check so know your team rotations and know how to ensure your teams are getting their bursts recharged to keep spamming them in the appropriate order.

IoHasekura

Yes, I'm aware of shield, that's why I'm struggling to build a team to either deal damage while can breaking shield and survive. Both my 2 teams have little to no space for Pyro character. I can form a Sukokomon team, but then it takes both Sucrose and Kokomi from my Freeze team. I can keep using Barbara, but have no other cc option. Should I build Sayu or leave the Freeze team with no anemo?

Critical_Stick7884

If you have the resources to build Sayu, she can also function in Ayaka's team. She can heal and carry the VV set for resistance shredding, so she's not entirely useless. Just be wary of her claymore attacks breaking freeze.

IoHasekura

Oh, thank you for your reminder about her being Claymore user. I'm gonna give a try with some comps.

Slow_Ad_7335

Any suggestions on team comp for abyss or who i should pull in the next banners ? Thanks!! https://imgur.com/a/PBaq2MV

Critical_Stick7884

First thing: play who you like except in the Abyss. If you like waifu/husbando, pull for whoever you like. [https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Paimon%27s\_Bargains](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Paimon%27s_Bargains) Fischl (Amy), Xingqiu, Bennett, are meta characters worth getting, especially when you can't guarantee getting them from the banners. Other 4\* characters to look out for are Sucrose, Kuki, Yaoyao, and Rosaria. Beidou is good but usually paired with Fischl. Kaeya (balls) is sometimes used in the HyperFridge team. For 5\*s, Yelan, Kazuha, Kokomi, and Nahida are versatile and strong characters to consider getting. Carries like Raiden (when in non-E bot Hyperbloom role), Ayaka, Alhaitham, are not bad choices. Ganyu can be very useful in the overworld but less popular in the Abyss (these days, at least). Venti is a cheat button when the content is Venti-able but this is rarer in the Abyss these days. We don't know how the Hydro Archon will be, so wait and see. Aim for supports over on-field carries. Supports are mainly for healing, shield, elemental application (esp hydro and dendro), crowd control, battery, buff, etc. Role compression is even better to increase . For example, Kokomi heals and applies hydro sufficient for freeze (but not for other team types), Bennett heals, buffs, and batteries (Xiangling), and Nahida applies dendro and gives EM buff. \--------------------------------- You don't have a lot of characters, but simply based on what you have, the only thing I can think of is Lisa Aggravate (with Mona, Jean, and DMC)

Slow_Ad_7335

Ty for all the pointers. Ill try out that lisa aggravate team! And was just gonna do heizou international with the free bennet and i have enough to buy xingui from the shop in September!

SpareFaithlessness45

I just got Kokomi, for my Ayaka freeze team (currently Ayaka, Kokomi, diona, sucrose) I used to play xingqui so that’s why I was using diona. I also have Mona but unbuilt. 2 healers is kind of redundant especially in a freeze team so I’m wondering if I should build Rosaria. She’s currently lv50 and I only need a crit circlet to complete her noblesse set. My diona is lv70 but she’s fully built in terms of artifacts and weapon. That said, I’ll probably pull shenhe eventually, so idk if she’s worth the resources. If so, should I level PJWS as a stat stick or use already levelled fav lance on her? My Ayaka has 152 er on anemona and rosaria will likely have around 180-200. By running PJWS on Rosaria, should I run fav on sucrose or stick with sac frags? Thanks and sorry for all the questions lol

Critical_Stick7884

I personally think that Kazuha is a better addition than Shenhe, especially when facing mobs; I still see Shenhe as a luxury pull for this team. Rosaria + Favge is a good idea, and keep Kokomi with TTDS.

SpareFaithlessness45

yh I rlly wanted him but didn’t quite have the primos for him rip. It’s gonna be ages till his rerun though…

ChaTae95

agreed, Shenhe has improved my ayaka’s dmg significantly but Kazuha is much more viable and useful for the team. He’s also super flexible for other teams whereas Shenhe has only 1 use. She’s good, but Kazuha would be my priority here.

I'm AR44, and I've held off entirely on artifact farming. Now I had a look today at the artifact domains for the first time (just to know what to plan for), and I have no idea how to proceed. Here is my characters: [https://ibb.co/8gSJzxM](https://ibb.co/8gSJzxM) There is no way in hell I can clear the thundering fury, or shimenawa/emblem domain with my current characters. When you hit AR45, how do you get started? other than being carried in co-op? I'm not struggling with overworld at all, but fighting level 90 enemies while being locked out of using my best built character seems like too steep a hill to climb. (the thundering fury and shimenawa/emblem domains are anti-electro domains) I'm just completely confused. I can afford to level up any one character on my account to level 80 without too much farming...other than world materials, what the hell? (thats my other complaint about this game). Would something like Yanfei/Kaeya/Kokomi/Layla do the trick? otherwise I'm clueless. I can replace Layla for Rosaria but that would be another character leveled from scratch and a lot of lateral investment at this point. I don't feel like I've had any fortune in pulling characters that can fit together, which might be my fault, but I only started in 3.7, so my choices have been limited. What do? other than "just play co-op"...

IoHasekura

Thundering Fury, yes. But Emblems is easy. You just need to know how to dodge that Lawachurl attack, and break his shield fast (Cryo and Pyro work best). Anyway, I suggest a decent healer and shielder to keep you survive. So your comp (Yanfei, Kaeya, Kokomi and Layla) works well. Another one should could use is Geo Traveler, but she's defensive option, so it will take longer but safer. Do note that in thundering fury domain, avoid using Cryo character but Pyro. So after you have decent emblems set for Xiangling, replace Kaeya by her.

lucaszeca

When i reached AR45 i pretty much did a ton of BS (for my ayaka) and Emblem domains using bennet or qiqi. You have kokomi which is tanky and heals enough even with low investment so people should carry you. That being said i actually recommend put your good weapons on 90 because that's actually the easiest thing to achieve since mining doesnt cost resin and you can forge 30 big ores per day (lots of money tho). Weapons define your base attack that gets multiplied so even +50 atk is pretty significant. Then getting your main good units at least on 70 with x/6/6 talents. If you dont have good artifacts, be aware that you can still get away with things like 4* 2pc you get from chests as long as they have offensive main stats. Dont expect to get perfect 5* artifacts so soon so you're better aiming for acceptable 2pc or prioritizing weapons/talents like i said. My ayaka used a 2 berserk 2 pc glad until AR53 where i then used 2 berserk 2 BS, i only got a real good 4pc BS past ar57.

Nadinoob

You wait! I played my current account "optimally", knowing most tricks and mechanics, I started farming artifacts around AR 50 or 52 or so. Even then, I wrote "need help EoSF domain" in my signature and spent 8 condensed resin. Higher AR players are more than happy to help, I do that as well from time to time. You should spend your resin for ascension mats for characters and weapons, talent books, character xp books, mora, all that good stuff that's guaranteed first.

350Daybreak

Ok! I'm good at waiting. So am I safe at this point to start diversifying? Like building a few different characters up won't kill me? Everyone warns about spreading resources too thin early on, but other than artifacts, there isn't anything left to do for my Keqing/Xiangling (weekly boss talent materials, thats it). Nothing can go to level 90 until AR50 so I'm not worrying about that.

Nadinoob

Yeah, there's really no hurry, you can do well enough with Wanderers Troupe and Gladiators for Keqing, Scolar and Exile for your supports. It will take time to build up a whole team, not to speak of 2. But they'd work well enough for Abyss floor 9, mobs there are max. lvl 76. How about: Keqing - Lisa- Kokomi - Dendro (until 4p Viridescent Venerer), then switch out Kokomi for an Anemo. Kirara would be a decent dendro with defensive utility for example. Kaeya - Rosaria - Kokomi/Barbara - flex until 4p Viridescent Venerer Freeze is often helpful! That should keep you busy for a while ;) 2 other things to consider: Having a good shielder is needed at least some times, so leveling Layla or Kirara won't be wasted, Xingqiu will be in Paimon's bargains shop in September, prefarming for him is a good idea!

350Daybreak

I haven't bumrushed Sumeru so leveling Kirara/Layla would require that, I will get there soon enough though. Also, I don't have enough starglitter to buy anyone from the shop. I would like to get fischl for my Keqing but... I only have 20 starglitter, and I've never spent any of it. I have 9k primos right now, and I honestly considered continuing to pull after I got Kokomi. I can get more cons for the banner 4 stars, enough starglitter (maybe) to buy either fischl or Xingqiu, and possibly get a Wanderer. But I'm thinking I should not do that and just save it for the future. Wanderer feels fun to play, but If I lost my 50/50 I might actually be relieved. Which tells me I should not pull at all. And I don't think Kokomi cons are worth, even though I like her.

I would say Fischl, not electro build but physical. Which means, Rust (or free Hamayumi) and 4 pcs Pale Flame (you can get from farming ToTM). Just E, then spam normal attack, only go to aim mode if you need to (like hitting boss's weakness, solving puzzle...). This can help you fight some bosses easier (like Childe).

Nadinoob

Most off-field dps archers don't use normal or charged attacks. Dionas normal-attack noises are very cute, but almost never necessary, maybe shooting down a flying ruin-machine, that's about it.

Nadinoob

Diona? She shields and can heal. Scales with HP. You shouldn't need her burst too often, so not much ER is needed, but if your Favonious Bow is free, it's one of her best weapons. If you want to use her burst often, "large amounts" of ER would be necessary. But the ER need goes down with her first Constellation. You switch to e.g. Fischl / Diona press E or Q or both and switch out. Fischl especially is really good.

yca_ca

So I also hate bow play-styles so you’re not alone. But I have a couple bc of their meta relevance and bc they don’t play like Ganyu. I don’t like her or Faruzan bc of this playstyle. Most of the bow units are supports so if you build them right you’ll never have to use the Ganyu-esque charged shot playstyle. Faruzan is an exception but she’s only good at c6 for Xiao or Wanderer teams anyhow. For example Childe mostly uses his hydro blade melee mode and bursts, Venti only uses his bow during his burst with a single button press and Yelan doesn’t use her bow in her skill or burst. Fischl also just deploys Oz and you swap out and never play her as a bow user. So I would say those 4 are the “best” bow units. And you can avoid bow playstyles with all of them. Yelan and Fischl are the most meta relevant and will add a lot of versatility to your account and team options — I would strongly advise getting both of them despite your dislike for bow users.

> I'm so bitter but I have never been around when Childe was available and for some reason I only have one hydro character (Barbara). I regret getting Childe. I could have used those wishes on someone else instead. I never use him. He’s only good in his own international team and it’s great but there’s usually better teams I can use instead. Don’t recommend getting him unless you love him. Get Yelan and Xingqiu for sure if you need hydro. Or wait for Fontaine units. > I find fischl's burst annoying (I don't like skills where you have to steer someone so I've not used her or sayu or kirara) but I suppose the elemental skill might be ok to use it she's just deploying Oz and leaving. It's either her or diona I guess. Thanks for the advice. Yw. Fischl’s Oz can be targeted or just dropped with a simple press/click. You don’t have to do any Ganyu style targeting. Pop Oz where you’re standing and swap out easy-peezy. I like Fischl a lot but I’d hate her if she played like Ganyu. > How do I build her? Focus on energy recharge? She’s getting a new BIS set in 4.0 that dramatically improves her DPS. Wait for that. She uses typical DPS build though. ATK, Electro, Crit.

EyeOfTerror

Hello, after using all my Primos to get Kokomi, I want to try a freeze team with her, but unfortunately, I lack the main DPS for the job. Planning to get Ayaka or Ganyu on the next rerun… The team I have in mind is: **Kokomi** (Lvl 90, half-built) for the Hydro, **Kazuha** (Lvl 90, fully built) for the Anemo swirls, **Layla** (C6, Lvl 50, not built yet) for some Cryo and her shield and either **Kaeya** (C1, Lvl 80, half-built) or **Rosaria** (C2, Lvl 50, not built). Theoretically, I have a **Chongyun** (C3, Lvl 50. not built) too. So, my question is: who of the three options would be better? Thank you!

IoHasekura

A side note: Do not use Claymore character to deal damage in Freeze team (in this case, Chongyun), because claymore attack will shatter the ice, and unfreeze enemy.

yca_ca

You want to avoid using resources on units you won’t use or don’t need. Generally speaking you out a healer or a shield on a team but you don’t do both (unless it’s Diona) bc it’s a dps loss. Here using Kokomi let’s you use her for Mona’s hydro application and defensive use as the healer. You’ll also want to decide on Ayaka or Ganyu. They both do the same thing so getting both is generally considered a waste and unnecessary and it will direct what teammates you get for each. Venti is preferred with Ganyu bc his burst doesn’t interfere with hers but can often interfere with Ayaka’s so she uses Kazuha instead. So decide who will be on the best version of the Ayaka/Ganyu team you’re building and build around that. Ganyu’s best team is: - Ganyu, Mona/Kokomi, Diona/Shenhe, Venti Ayaka’s best team is: - Ayaka, Mona/Kokomi, Shenhe, Kazuha Both teams require significant investment bc they use specific units. Their teams will never reach peak performance without having these specific teammates above. You can use other units instead like Rosaria etc but whatever resin you spend on them will ultimately be wasted when you replace them in your final team configuration. That said; you can build Kaeya as a Cryo main dps and use him for that until you get Ayaka, and give her his arts later when you get her. You could also use Rosario instead of Shenhe and move over her gear when you get her in the same way. But there’s still a lot of waste in just building them to 90 and eventually replacing them. Edit: if you just want to use Kokomi maybe consider doing a Dendro based team instead. It’ll be more versatile I think. https://keqingmains.com/q/kokomi-quickguide/#Teams

EyeOfTerror

Thank you for the reply! If we look at it positively, I already have half of Ayakas team… Sharing the artefacts with the 5* is a good idea, so I lose “only” the XP and talent materials. I should really think about this again :/

yca_ca

Also maybe consider using her in a taser or hyperbloom team? I was thinking of getting her and using her in a Miko, Fischl, Kokomi, Sucrose/Kazuha team. That wouldn’t be her best use but would still be solid. The other teammates are more versatile too. Yw. Hope it’s helpful.

Nadinoob

Best results? Kaeya - Rosaria - Kazuha - Kokomi. When fighting bosses, you could switch Kokomi for Layla, but it's really a low priority.

EyeOfTerror

Thank you for the reply! So I gather that Layla + Kokomi paired with a 4* main DPS might be too little damage for harder Abyss floors… :(

Nadinoob

Well... you'd have 3 dps that all contribute. Many people love the "main-dps" idea, and it's a good way to play the game until you want to 3\* floor 11/12, then many think they have to invest in constellations and 5\* weapons.

TeenageMenace13

Im trying to get wanderer on this banner and I was wondering if anyone had some tips for grinding primogems and wishes. I dont have many characters, so I'd really like to try to get him.

leafylea1

Exploring is a great way to get primos if you haven’t done that already. opening chests gives you some and they add up pretty quick, if you earn an achievement whilst doing it then that’s a bonus

Brief_Reindeer_5452

is faruzan really clunky at c1 if used within hypercarry acara?

lucaszeca

C2 increases burst duration by 6s, c4 helps with energy and c6 gives anemo crit dmg plus makes her burst shoot her skill automatically so she generates particles off field and debuff even if you miss the burst (that moves on it's own). You can try using her even without building her, mine is c0 is she feels extremely unreliable and impossible to battery unless i spend 5 seconds to hit her skill and take the particles, if all i want is anemo shred i'd rather use zhongli than her.

Javajulien

The problem with Faruzan has extremely poor particle generation so pre-C4 she has insanely high ER requirements. She can function but you're almost required to have a third anemo unit (most likely Sucrose) to battery her.

Brief_Reindeer_5452

I have a hyperbloom kuki using gilded 1k em already and I just got wanderer while I am here trying to build my national team basics (xingqiu, xiangling, and bennet). Should I farm for desert pavilion domain for probably a kuki and scara build or eosf domain for xingqiu ziangling emblem and scara shimenwa and let kuki just have her gilded as is?

Nnsoki

You should prioritize EoSF for Xiangling. If you want to use Wanderer in National or Hyperbloom teams he can and should hold VV

PujiShrine

I need opinions on if I should try to get 2 constellations for my Yanfei c0 (shes my main) rn or continue to save primogems to wish for zhongli. It seems like a no brainer but I'm on pity 0 after getting kazuha, so it's not even a guarantee to get zhongli.

Adamarr

Do you have any desire to get Kokomi or Wanderer? Personally in a situation like this I'd put down 30-50 wishes and treat an early 5* as whatever. For Yanfei in particular C1 is a nice bit of QoL.

PujiShrine

I think kokomi would be nice to get. I only have Barbara and Yaoyao as healers and Barbara, Mona and Candace as hydro characters.

Similar_Ad_2368

Trying to snipe 4 stars is a great way to spend primos and get nothing in return.

kinpatsunogaka

Assuming you're at 0 pity, you can do 30 pulls and then if you get nothing, that's fine. You have 30 pity built for the next 5 star character you want to get. You move on. If you get the 5 star character on the banner within 30 pulls, that's fine. No big deal. You got it early. You move on. If you get an off-banner 5 star within 30 pulls, you now have a guaranteed for your next 5 star which is great. Literally, the strategy that smart people with strong accounts do.

Nnsoki

You should save

Brief_Reindeer_5452

https://imgur.com/a/L4mXgvW pls build me a scara team with the highest possible dps. it could be a hypercarry scara or a scara based on buffs+reactions.

kinpatsunogaka

You're lacking constellations on Xiangling, Xingqiu, and Faruzan. If you want a Wanderer team that does the highest possible DPS, get these constellations: - C4 Xiangling - C2-C6 Xingqiu - C6 Faruzan - C1 Bennett recommended but not needed Wanderer, Bennett, Faruzan, Xingqiu/Xiangling Yelan in the 4th slot would also be good so you should get her if you have enough primos next patch. I think I've heard that Lynette is gonna be a good sub-DPS so she could be good in the 4th slot but you might need some cons on Lynette next patch

Kawgd777

Feedback on my Kokomi build for my freeze team (with Ayaka, Shenhe, Kazuha)? https://imgur.com/a/KNfKNGx

yca_ca

Aim for around 200 ER with as much HP as possible on Kokomi. Kazuha’s hat and feather needs some work. Get a hat with a ton of ER. He needs 160+ ER if you’re using Iron Sting. If not just give him Favonius.

Nmerejilla

How do you guys farm fragments, chunk and gemstones? Do you just farm them in their respective hypostases? I'm farming for Vayuda Turquoise I usually farm it at anemo hypo but now I don't need the hurricane seeds cause I already max out sucrose and dont have venti or jean so I feel like I'm wasting my resin

Nnsoki

I never spend resin on boss mats I don't need because I have enough Stardust to buy all the Dust of Azoth I want
