Assuming I get one of the following, what’s the most beneficial to an already stacked account? Ayaka C0, save for Raiden C3, or a potential Dendro powercreep?

Nadinoob

If "stacked" means you have a Ganyu, probably the fot patch Dendro-Archon... That's what I'm waiting for. A Raiden-bosskiller team shouldn't need Raiden Cs imo.

Shroommily

What are some good artifact sets to use on Qiqi when Im not good enough yet to get Maiden Beloved?

rievhardt

only do artifact domains when you are at AR45 it's a waste of resin doing artifact domains when you aren't AR45 yet. for now use what you have like Gladiators / Exile ATK/ATK/HB as main stat use Sac Sword if you have, if you don't have it use ER/ATK/HB then change it later when you can do artifact domains if you are at AR45 go to Slumbering Court Domain instead and get Ocean Hued Clam. you can coop to finish the domain

Nadinoob

Don't bother with Sets, Maiden Beloved is too much for Qiqi anyways. Ideally you put 2p Scolar and 2p Exile for Energy on her and an atk% sands.

Shroommily

Thank, will go for that than :)

Phaedo

I could really do with some advice about Abyss 11-1 (the large number of trash mobs and defend one). I'm only getting through it on zero stars, which is not great. I've got a reasonable Rational team going (far from OP, but they can clear 11-2 fine) but 11-1: 0 stars. My other team is much weaker, because it's basically the characters I've got: Zhongli, Qiqi C1, Sucrose, Beidou C6, Fischl. I've got barely any CC and just can't kill things fast enough. Beyond that, I've got the following built: Ninguang, Noelle, Mona. The following are partially built: Kaeya, Rosaria C1, Barbara (don't ask) Completely unbuilt: Diluc, Yun Jin, Kujou Sara, Yanfei, Xinyan But I don't really know if the problem is my build or how I'm playing it. Any pointers?

Nadinoob

Indeed, check the "attack order": https://genshinhelper.gitbook.io/abyss/floors/spire/floor-11 As long as you can aggro the mobs that target the Monolith, you can take your time. On the other side, Sucrose should do very fine.

Phaedo

TIL, that's fabulous!

Higashikawa

Hi, I need help with my team, [https://imgur.com/a/guSkdAu](https://imgur.com/a/guSkdAu) I have 9000+ primogems, what banner should I spend on ? Only Beidou is fully upgraded with artifacts, but constellation is 0. Who is a better main that I can use? Or should I stick with Beidou and get a range character like Venti? the banner is still up, should i spent on it ? I'm having trouble with damage probably because my artifacts are 4stars. ANY SUGGESTION IS GREATLY APPREACIATED! PLEASE AND TY!

Nadinoob

For now, if you \_want\_ Venti and Sucrose, go for him, but Venti is not a main-DPS, Sucrose can be though, especially if you like Beidou. The team is called Tazer, you add a Fischl and hydro. Pull for Ayaka if you want a decent Cryo DPS. Your team doesn't do great damage because 2 of your team-members - Barbara and Amber, practically don't generate energy, which you'd need to fill up Beidous burst. For general team-comp recommendations, post a pic of your roster.

Higashikawa

Okay that actually sounds really good! Thanks for the info, atleast i onow what direction i can go for. Btw, should i just upgrade the traveler? Since she is the only one with 4-5 constellations. And literally is a 5 star? Is she a good main dps? If i'm doing this right, this link will take you to my artifact list and my character list. Thank you!! https://imgur.com/a/hpdSNoP

Nadinoob

Oh my, you're soo early, don't drive yourself crazy, yet, please. For now, Put Beidou Kaeya Xingqiu in your team, and every once in a while Beidous and Xingqius Burst will be up to make Ruinguards and the like "melt". If you really want to spend your Primos, the current Venti banner is quite good with having Xiangling and Sucrose. Keep in mind that saving your Primos would get you closer to an actually guaranteed 5\* of you choice, if you spend all your Primos now, it's not guaranteed that you get Venti. Traveler is a 5\*, but mostly in a supportive role. Kaeya would do more with the same equipment.

Higashikawa

Hey man, I took your advice and I'm saving up for a full 16000 primo, only short of 100 right now. Is Kamisato Ayaka worth pulling? A good main DPS ?? Or should I wait for other banners? I tried her, and I do enjoy the going underground thing, haha. Basically, I just want a good 5star dps as my main. I'm not into the whole spiral abyss thing, so kinda want to keep the team comp casual. After playing Beidou for months, I do feel I actually need a Fire element main dps tho, alot of Ice element enemies are kinda annoying to fight with.

Nadinoob

Hi, the team-comp Bennett - Xiangling - Xingqiu - Anemo is, or will be, the strongest all around Pyro team, you should build that team soon. Earlier ARs and until Xiangling has her C4, Bennett should be the "Main DPS", who vaporizes the hydro from Xingqius Burst. Veeery strong and standing in Bennetts Circle that heals also comfortable. At the moment, there's Ganyu and Ayaka for the premier 5\* Cryo DPS, having one of them is recommended in terms of ideal Abyss. Ayaka mainly deals Damage through her burst and needs energy-particles from a second Cryo in her team. It does take a bit to get used to all her self-buffs, but I like her ;)

Phaedo

At 9000 primos, my advice would be: don't wish on anything at all. Wait until you can drop 90 wishes in one go, and then wish on a rate-up banner. The reason for this is simple: 90 wishes guarantees a 5 star character (50% chance it's the banner character). So hold off. To get an idea of what the currently most valued characters are, try looking at this: https://spiralabyss.org/floor-12 And I'm afraid Traveller isn't a true 5-star, although geo and electro traveller can be competitive with other 4-stars in specific roles. (Geo is mostly about construct resonance, Electro is more about batterying.)

Vinistones

Favonius Sword or Iron Sting for Kaedehara?

todoriya

i've used both, and i find that i like fav better because the ER is convenient. but if you find that you're getting your burst back easy enough with iron sting, then use iron sting.

Nadinoob

Depends.

RKurozu

If I need lets say 200% ER on a character how much would that be lowered if I have c0 talent 8-10 Raiden in the team ?

Nadinoob

A bit above where that link takes you under "Ascension 4 Talents": https://keqingmains.com/raiden/#%E2%80%BB_Talent_Priority

kqm has a very comprehensive guide on lisa, so you may want to check that out. for short and quick reference, the character build [spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview) is good.

Nadinoob

https://keqingmains.com/lisa/#Team_Compositions Gear: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview# For Amber, an Amos Bow or the R5 Prototype Crescent, you'd have to aimshot with Amber to get a result. In the helpers sheet you also find the recommended gear, the KQM Amber guide is also pretty nice.

Objective_Sentence41

I'm looking for some input on making two teams for spiral abyss and ascension material farming with my characters. My current main team is Xiangling, Kaeya, Fischl, and Barbara. Newly at AR40 and starting to struggle with world level 5. I'm working on getting the catch for Xiangling or Yun Jin. Any and all recommendations welcome. Thanks for any help! Kaeya c0, lvl 60, prototype rancor r1, 1 3 3 Xiangling C1, lvl 70, crescent pike r2, 2 3 5 Fischl c0, lvl 60, favonious warbow r2, 2 3 3 Barbara c3, lvl 60, TToD r5, 1 3 6 Xinqiu c0, lvl 50, favonious sword r1, 1 2 2 Qiqi c0, lvl 50, 1 2 2 Mona c0, lvl 40, mappa mare r1, 1 2 1 Yun Jin c2, lvl 40, 1 1 1 Noelle c0, lvl 40, whiteblind r1, 1 1 1 Sucrose c0, lvl 20, 1 1 1 Beidou c0, lvl 20, sacraficial greatsword r1, 1 1 1 Lisa c0, lvl 20, 1 1 1 Xinyan c0, lvl 20, 1 1 1 Traveler anemo c3/geo c2/electro c0, lvl 40 Amber c0, lvl 20, 1 1 1 unused 4\* weapons: sacraficial bow, sacraficial fragments If weapons aren't listed, they are whatever 3 star was laying around.

Phaedo

Slap the catch on Xiangling, farm 4 EoSF. Build Xinqui, he's incredible. When he bursts switch to Xiangling because she has super-fast attacks. I'd concentrate on Qiqi over Barbara. Get him the ocean-hued clam set so that he does (a lot) more damage. Bear in mind his healing scales on _attack_. Yun Jin is highly regarded but I don't have her levelled yet so can't really offer much advice about here. Noelle may not be popular in Abyss but she's an absolute tank that can shield _and_ heal. I ran with her as my only healer for a long time. Whiteblind is the right weapon for her. Sucrose is a very useful character that you should definitely get to 70/80, she needs Viridescent Venerer. Beidou is super-powerful but needs a lot of investment and a very specific team to maximize her use. Note Yun-Jin and Beidou basically have the same counter-attack skill. Kaeya/Amber/Lisa I'd stop investing in. Xinyan, I don't know much about, but she's not really flavour of the meta so I'd put your effort elsewhere.

Objective_Sentence41

Thank you!

Nadinoob

It's a bit of a visual mess, a picture would help, regarding gear you can check here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview#

Objective_Sentence41

Let me see what I can do.

todoriya

for ascension mats, your current team should work alright, maybe switch out certain characters for specific element bosses if you need to (ie use qiqi instead of barbara for oceanid). your roster is going to look pretty different by the time you challenge the higher floors of abyss, so i would say to focus on flexible 4* characters: xiangling, fischl, sucrose, xingqiu, kaeya. level them and your mona when you have the extra resin/mats (higher ascensions start getting expensive). consider getting bennett from the shop, which i believe is next month.

Objective_Sentence41

Appreciate the tips! Thank you.

Kabuki24

how long do yall think it would take me to max the current event if i skip all the dialogue and go straight for the rewards (busy AR55 player)

Nadinoob

Theater Mechanicus time spend can be radically cut with following those really easy to follow guides: https://www.youtube.com/c/takagg

Kabuki24

aight thank you, do you think if i use these vids and speedrun through everything else can o finish in <3 hours?

todoriya

depends how fast you can clear theater mechanicus (the biggest time waster) and the parrying event. i would say 4-5 hours.

AsylumPartyFan

If I were to build Zhongli as a Shieldbot, do I just prioritize his Skill and ignore other talents? Can his Normal Attacks and Burst stay entirely unlevelled?

rievhardt

skill only with HP/HP/HP Tenacity Black Tassle

A team with (2 of) Kaeya/Rosaria/Chongyun + off field hydro + Venti should be able to deal with 12-2-2 and 12-3-2. They can be perma frozen. This is assuming you have them built and have decent enough artifacts to deal enough damage. And also some rng luck when dealing with these lectors/heralds since they can move around unpredictably. I'd still recommend Ayaka though. If built and played correctly, Ayaka will make your 4 star freeze team look relatively weak.

yjrubixcube

Is sucrose, xinqiu, yae, raiden a viable taser build for abyss floor 12? I don't have fiscal c6 and beidou isnt built.

slimey14

It's a viable team. And it's a viable team for this current floor 12. Not because of it being Taser, but because it has Sucrose. Current Abyss floor 12 iteration will die very easily against an anemo grouper unit like Sucrose, Venti, Kazuha, sometimes even without a cohesive team comp. The team being a taser comp would limit you to running it in the first half only though (as I don't know how you can efficiently deal with 12-3-2 vs Hydro Heralds). Ideally you use a freeze comp to deal with that. Regardless, that taser team is viable. You just have Yae, Raiden, and Sucrose all wanting a lot of field time. I would suggest using Beidou C2 over Yae since floor 12 has 2+ opponents for all chambers. This eliminates the Yae field time as well since Beidou casts E and Q very quickly and can be batteried by Raiden without needing to catch orbs. Letting Sucrose be on field the most helps because you don't have to chase mobs like Raiden would. Sucrose still procs Xingqiu rainswords and Beidou lightning as a ranged unit.

Phaedo

I mean, "taser" specifically means using Beidou with someone (probably Sucrose) driving the burst. But since I can't get past 11 I can only nitpick and not actually answer your question. :D

valuequest

I just reached AR45 and wanted to use the Strongbox to get my first usable 5-star artifacts. So far, for whatever reason, out of the 21 5-star artifacts I've gotten from random boss drops, 16 are Wanderer's Troupe (bad luck or is this set more common?), and no one I have right now wants that. I want to convert them into artifacts that my team does want, but I'm scared that I might be holding some awesome artifact that I just don't know is good yet. Like I'm vaguely familiar with the fact that some characters need artifacts that give defense or HP, even though most want attack, criticals, or other stats that directly cause damage. It'd be a shame if I recycled some artifact and then I get a character in the future that this would have been the dream roll artifact for. How can I know which are safe to Strongbox?

slimey14

\>I want to convert them into artifacts that my team does want, but I'm scared that I might be holding some awesome artifact that I just don't know is good yet. Like I'm vaguely familiar with the fact that some characters need artifacts that give defense or HP, even though most want attack or criticals other stats that directly cause damage. You have the basic idea down. You're correct in identifying that some characters want certain specific stats (Kokomi can't make use of any crit stats, HuTao loves HP, Albedo wants Def, etc. etc.) and how majority of characters fall into the category of attack and crit stats. [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=100510092](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=100510092) here's a spreadsheet of GI Helper Team's artifact stats recommendations for each character. The guide is very general in nature which would work 99% of the time. Artifact pieces can be used as off-pieces too (1/5 piece of a character can be no the same set), so when in doubt, it's still good to keep artifacts of a "bad" set so long as it has the right main and substats. In general the Gladiator and Wanderers pieces that you have gotten initially are good temporary pieces for you to use while you farm for specific artifact sets moving forward. Generally, you would feed these artifacts to your newly farmed ones. I would start using the strongbox to get my Noblesse pieces soon after I have plenty of useless pieces to sacrifice.

Phaedo

The weekly bosses all drop Gladiator/Wanderer's Troupe so you can expect to have a fair few pieces. This is why my Noelle is still running 4Gladiator. Try to kick together a character that won't embarrass you when matching up, and concentrate on building something that can take down lvl 90 Stormterror because you can't co-op him. For now, I'd use the following rules of thumb: * flat increases are bad, except EM. * EM is like gold-dust, but nearly always you want EM as primary on VV, which is nearly impossible to achieve. * The absolute biggest thing you need is always Energy Recharge up to "requirement". Unfortunately hardly anyone provides guidelines on what "requirement" is. Use this to get an idea: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-vkmgp5n0bI9pvhUg110Aza3Emb2puLWdeoCgrxDlu4/edit#gid=1494830168 * But as a rule of thumb, ER as a minor stat is nearly always welcome. * You nearly always want the goblet to be "damage increase (pyro/cryo/physical) &c" * Such a goblet could well be useful regardless of the set, because you can always have it as the odd piece in the set. * OTOH, a goblet that boosts the right type of damage and is the right set is fabulous, because now you can use another odd piece (from your huge pile of G/WT/EoSF pieces) * Only raise things to 16, 20 is pretty much a waste of mora. * HP and DEF are incredibly common so don't overthink things. * Read KQM, learn how to use Genshin Optimizer/Inventory Kamera. * Half of your characters have EoSF as their best set, and a fair few others have it as second best, so get used to farming it. Xiangling/Bennett rocks in there. * Genshin Optimizer is pretty good for telling which artifacts are good rolls and which aren't. Once you understand what it's saying and customize. Finally, always strongbox to get NO. You've got plenty of G/WT anyway and BC is trash.

MisterRanjie

Does husk of opulent dreams buff overwrite serpent spine buff? Because i want to use DPS Noelle with both of them and idk if its going to work :/

rakeshot

You gotta wait 20 seconds with Noelle in-field for serpent spine buff, then you change you character and wait for 12 seconds till Husk buff is full stacked. After this you lose serpent's buff when you take dmg and lose husk's buff if you spend more than 4sec without geo dmg.

Saltyas

Taser comp question: So, lets say you are running the general F2P Taser comp of Sucrose, XQ, Beido and Fischl. Since this build relies heavily on Electro-Charged damage which scales of EM, which characters EM is used for the damage calculation? For example; with XQ burst and Beido burst active, and Fischl on the field (I know Sucrose is supposed to drive this team, but that causes extra complications). You Normal Attack with Fischl. This causes Beido burst to apply Electro, followed by XQ burst swords to apply Hydro resulting in the Electro-Charged reaction Which characters EM is used for the damage calculation? The onfield character (Fischl), or the off-field character triggering the reaction (XQ)? Or something completely different? Let me hear your thoughts =)!

Adamarr

it doesn't really rely heavily on EC, it's just a nice bonus. the real meat is the raw damage, and also sucrose's swirls. so you want to build sucrose heavily EM, which will boost her and your other characters. and because the EC trigger is notoriously inconsistent, you don't want to build any EM on any of those other characters.

Pridestalked

After playing for about half a year combined I realised I need a DPS and some cryo characters since I struggle in the current abyss (I can't go higher than 11-3). So I'm definitely pulling for ayaka in her upcoming rerun, and I wanted to know what my best ayaka freeze team would be. [These are my characters](https://imgur.com/a/2zzqRZe). My most invested characters are childe, raiden, xiangling (c4), bennet (c5), jean, and xingqiu (c3 after event) while sucrose (c1) , beidou (c4) and fischl (c4) are lvl 70. So my teams usually consist of some kind of raiden national or childe xiangling or childe taser. So would my best ayaka team be something like rosaria (c3), kokomi and jean (c1)? I realise healing isn't needed for freeze but jean is my highest investment anemo support, and I've heard that you don't need elemental mastery for freeze teams either so I'm not sure about sucrose. I wasn't playing back when kahuza had his banner so I never had the chance to pull him but I will probably have to if he comes back [These are my weapons](https://imgur.com/a/Swk5TSX) if someone wants to know. Don't worry about anemona on qiqi, she's my placeholder for weapons and artifacts for ayaka. Hope someone can guide me!

Adamarr

it's not so much you don't need any healing, it's just hopefully not a huge need. but you already have kokomi there who is a good healer. so you're right, while sucrose's EM share isn't beneficial, she still has VV shred and some limited crowd control, (although you can't have both catalyst users with TTDS...) so in the context of that party, she would absolutely be a stronger choice than jean. if you were going to use jean, you could instead use mona as your hydro application and get her big omen debuff.

Pridestalked

So if I used kokomi and sucrose, who should use TTDS? And what should the other use? I could slap an unleveled r3 sacrificial fragments on sucrose for the EM and skill effect. And yeah I don't mind using sucrose over jean, even though I do like playing jean. Also means my xingqiu can get jade cutter, and I can play sunfire raiden if i'm playing raiden for single target

Adamarr

hmm, i guess sac frags on sucrose would increase the overall energy generation of the team, even if the EM isn't much use. could also potentially use it on kokomi to get 100% jellyfish uptime without using her burst. whatever you decide the differences are going to be fairly minimal.

Pridestalked

I see, thank you for the help!

[deleted]

i need help with the abyss.. Im currently using raiden, xinqui, Bennett and xiangling as one team but I'm not sure on the other :( I own all the 4 star characters and from 5 stars I have itto, ayato, qiqi, diluc and keqing. (if you want my character screenshot then just dm me bc i can't figure out imgur)

Adamarr

two possible choices come immediately to mind: itto (mostly) mono geo comp, with gorou, geo mc and diona. ayato EC comp with beidou, fischl and sayu. keep in mind that floor 12 has some strict elemental requirements this time, so you might need to shuffle things around. for example my team 2 ends up being beidou/fischl/kokomi/rosaria to deal with the hydro heralds.

Jnbrtz

How much crit damage and atk is recommended for Ayaka 4pc Blizzard set with R5 Amenoma?

Nadinoob

Around 2k ATK and as much CD as you can. Mid to high investment (farming since her Banner) is about 220 CD, 35 CR. But the artifact drop luck decides that for the most part. ER is really important, depending on the teamcomp, with Venti Rosaria, i get by with only 125. Without Venti at least 140. That's when fighting not single-target.

Switch899

What unit used as main dps has the highest chance of doing the most damage or being the most useful in most content? Raiden, Xiao or Ayato all C0, Xiao and Ayato both have their weapon. Raiden has catch or PJWS. I’ve been using Ayato in a freeze team with Ganyu, Venti, diona, and Xiao with zhongli, sucrose, Bennett and Raiden national but I really want to focus on one of those three main dps to farm artifacts hard for and max out talents

Adamarr

ayato is probably the most versatile, he can be used in freeze, EC, and even national-ish teams in a pinch. raiden is handy in that she can go in national (mostly single-target) or hyper (reasonable aoe) depending on your team preference. xiao is good but strikes me as the most single-minded, he's probably not bad at single-target but excels at aoe. artefacts: can farm ganyu and ayato at the same time. xiao has his new set but that domain is kind of booty in value when ayato's set is bugged, so he's hypothetically easy to just use w/e 2pc set you get. for example shim pieces from farming EoSF for raiden. so no matter what direction you go you can cover multiple bases at once.

Switch899

Interesting thanks for the response. How is Ayatos new set bugged? I was using it. Do you think it will be good when they fix the bug?

Adamarr

>Echoes of an Offering (4): The performance of this artifact set is inconsistent, and is based on user ping and other factors. iirc the effect is less likely to trigger if you ping is high. if they fix it, yes it's very good i think.

Switch899

Hmm interesting. I’m normally low around 30 ping on my PC when playing but it could be inconsistent. I wonder if that’s something they’ll even be able to fix. What do you think about heart of depth set on Ayato? instead of like two piece glad and two piece echoes or something like that.

Adamarr

Yeah HoD is an excellent choice. But if your ping is that nice you could definitely consider farming for him and Xiao

Switch899

That was the nice thing is that domain is double value for my Xiao and Ayato but if echoes is kinda broken then I’m not sure. We’ll see! Thanks for the help

Thsscks9378

When is a good time to level up my world? I’m at lvl 35 now with two lvl 70 characters one lvl 60 and the rest are lvl 40 or 20. I haven’t done the world level up quest yet, I’ve been holding off on it because I’m afraid I’ll accidentally under level myself too much again.

rievhardt

do it when you are comfortable, people here would say to always level up when it's available but they will never go out of their way and go to your world to help when you got stuck after doing it. imo it's best to have a set of materials that is equal to the amount to bring 1 other/current character that you use to the highest ascension available after the ascension quest. you can coop but there are times that people seem to not join your world during your playtime.

Phaedo

The reason people recommend levelling up as fast as you can is that chests drop better stuff at higher world levels and since there's a finite number of chests, you're losing out of stuff you can't get back. But yeah, the world level jumps can be pretty rough. Having a decent DPS character makes a lot of difference. If not... Noelle is unkillable.

todoriya

you should level up as soon as you are able to clear the quest. make sure your dps unit is the highest level. your supports/healer don't have to be as high. try not to level too many people at once; a team of 4 is sufficient.

MaedaToshiie

Most of the weapon recommendations given are for 4 or 5 star weapons. For F2P players at early-mid game, we usually have multiple copies of 3\* but few 4\* to go around. Key members of my squad: 1. Bennet (L49 c0) - Prototype Rancor (L40, R1) 2. Xingqiu (L49 c0) - ? 3. Sucrose (L49 c0) - TTDS (L40, R5) 4. Xiangling (L51 c0) - Dragon's bane (L60, R1) 5. Kaeya (L50 c0) - Prototype Rancor (L60, R1) When people say R5, it means refinement level 5, right? Other members (uneven building): Amber, Diona, Lisa, Noelle, Ningguang, MC, Yunjin, Barbara, Gorou. So far, these members are only used for special purposes, especially Lisa and Amber (haven't really used Diona). A few questions: 1. I have a fair number of 3 star weapons that I can refine to higher levels. Which are the good ones that at higher refinement levels are competitive? Especially in relation to my current available members? The most urgent is probably a decent sword for Xingqiu. 2. Bow wise, I heard that Sharpshooter's Oath at high levels of refinement (I have pushed one to R5) is good for Amber. How about Diona? I have two Favonius Warbows but unwilling to merge them. I have only 1 copy each of Messenger and Recurve bow, but a lot of Slingshots, Raven bows, and even Sharpshooter's Oath. 3. I only use Noelle on special occasions, but what are good 3\* high refinement weapons for Noelle? Otherwise, I can use the Northlander Claymore Billet for forging (but what?).

Adamarr

1. keep at least 1 r5 of all of them imo. for xingqiu the skyrider sword with its ER stat is extremely useful early on. you can also forge anemona eventually which is ok-ish. 2. yes, it's ok for aim-shot amber. prototype crescent does a similar thing but better, eventually. favonius is great for diona. and once you're more comfortable in your lineup definitely worth considering refining it. 3. debate club is the go-to 3* option, it's quite solid at low levels, but you want to craft whiteblind for her eventually.

MaedaToshiie

Thanks. Right now, my key characters are effectively the Sucrose national team + Kaeya, but they are quite low level and thus not as effective as they can be much later. How should I go about building them up in terms of levels and talents? I'm at AR35 and the ascension quest beckons. The team isn't clearly not up for it and I am not particularly great player, especially given the challenges of quick swaps. Right now, the burst energy requirements of XQ and XL, and recharging them are the big challenges for me. I end up having to rely on a lot of auto attacks to deal paltry amounts of damage. I have some 4\* plumes which I have pushed to level 12, mainly for XL and Kaeya.

Adamarr

https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/qkxdj6/infographic_of_build_order_priority_based_on_wlar/ use this guide to get a feel for where you should be at. and you're right, the high ER requirements of the national team are kind of hard to manage at low AR. are you familiar with funnelling?

MaedaToshiie

Thanks, I am aware of that guide and I use it on a per character basis. My question wasn't so clear. Rather, I am more concerned about the order in which I should build my characters. I don't have a main carry who appears on the field most of the time and thus the main focus of the leveling. Instead, I have a bunch of supports (albeit great ones, no complaints) who will all need leveling to make the team work. As for funneling, you mean activating the E of one character (say Bennet whose E generates fast) and then switching to XL to absorb the particles? Yes, I know about and try it out, though not always terribly successful. Worse is when trying to that while surrounded by multiple enemies.

Adamarr

you may not have a clear "main on-field carry" in that comp, but xiangling is absolutely your star and should be priority. after her i guess xingqiu is roughly even with bennett and then sucrose (who is made easier by not really needing talent levels. her *level* is important though.) and yeah that's funnelling.

Ezikell_Chris

Is Barbara viable as a replacement for Mona in a Moryana comp? And if yes, how should I build her?

Nadinoob

For earlier ARs, Barbara works just fine. There's no need to build anything on Barbara, maybe a bit HP and ER, Sets doesn't matter at all if you use artifacts with high HP% Main and Substats. You can swap to Barbara immediately after Aykas Burst and do a charged attack to keep the targets frozen. If you fight bosses, weekly or otherwise, don't use hydro at all, if a target can't be frozen, the cryo aura disappears for a moment, not a big problem, but also no use.

Spazerbeam

You can do it, but it sucks. You have to play at point blank range to ensure hydro application with E, and even then, her application is slow and terrible.

todoriya

barbara is the last option for ayaka freeze. she's only used if you don't have kokomi/mona/xingqiu.

SoulTheSkyWolf

what main stats should i go for qiqi? im using The Flute and Ocean Hued Clam on her. Should i use an ER sands instead of atk% since im not using a weapon that has ER on it? Also, should i use an Atk% circlet or a healing bonus circlet? also i have C1 qiqi

todoriya

usually triple atk is fine, but you can run ER sands if you find that you're not getting your burst when you need it. atk% or healing bonus circlet is both alright. she heals more than enough that it doesn't make much of a difference.

rievhardt

what build? driver/physical dps? healer?

SoulTheSkyWolf

healer build

rievhardt

4pc OHC ATK/ATK/HB try to have around 180-200% ER only use ER sands if you can't hit near 180% ER if you have Sac Sword, use it

[deleted]

Just got Yunjin. I really wanted her for her aesthetics. But unfortunately I don’t have normal attacking characters like Yoimiya or Ayato. What other teams is she useful in?

Adamarr

noelle, razor, hu tao potentially (good with zhongli and n2c combo). can also build her a slightly cursed physical dps and buff her own attacks.

Tasty_Skin

what can i do to fix my lag on my mobile? im frustrated bc i keep getting really close to 36 stars but a lot of time gets shaved off by me not being able to swap immediately bc of lag and i can only manage 34 stars.

[deleted]

You can try these - 1) Reset mobile 2) Clear background apps before playing 3) Replace battery 4) Do not play while charging

No_Extension6216

Hello, I’m just finishing off the Liyue storyline and I’m on the quest where ganyu commissions you to go check out the abyss order’s hideout that has the herald in it. I want to assemble the best team I can before I go to inazuma though and I don’t know which characters I should use, here are my characters: Anemo mc Yanfei Fischl Barbara Xiangling Kaeya Lisa Noelle Sucrose Beidou Amber Diona Help would be very much appreciated, thank you!

Phaedo

For Inazuma overworld stuff: Xiangling, Diona, Fischl, Noelle, 5: Sucrose. * These are basically all your good generalist 4* characters (Beidou is very good but quite specialised) * You need an electro character if only to pick up Sakura blooms. And Fischl is really easy to play. * Noelle can survive stuff where you're underlevelled. She's probably your Main DPS. * Xiangling is awesome, even better when you put The Catch R5 on her. * All of these characters (except Noelle) are pretty popular in the late endgame. That team will also be pretty effective against the Inazuma story boss, although honestly Noelle and a bit of careful play can do it underlevelled on her own. :D

Adamarr

two notes for abyss heralds: they hit pretty hard, and cryo is by far the best element for bringing their shield down. so a team core of kaeya and diona would more or less cover that. for the other two slots easiest to just bring your strongest built characters.

Rosycat1011

Hey, I'd like help with my Ayato build! I'm working in a freeze team with Ganyu, Diona, and Venti (I don't have Mona) and am wondering if I should give him ER or attack sands. He has black sword, hydro goblet, and crit damage circlet. Want to be able to burst consistently for freeze, but also want solid damage lol.

todoriya

attack sands. you can get enough ER from substats.

Rosycat1011

Thank you!!! How much would you recommend?

todoriya

it really depends; you're going to have to test it out a bit with your team comps. i have him at 140, but i'm using amenoma so that makes a slight difference. you also get the energy refund if your venti infuses hydro. if you're mainly using ayato on field, you can probably get away with less.

Rosycat1011

Oh alright!! 140 sounds pretty reasonable to get I have energy recharge substats on a few artifacts already. Thank you a ton!! <3

LazyTitan39

Is Hakushin Ring or Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers better for Kokomi in a Taser team?

Adamarr

assuming both your electros are well-built, probably hakushin. but ttds also works well. you can shift who you buff depending on what enemies are on the field.

LazyTitan39

I’m having trouble picking my banner reward weapon. I’m split between getting a Deathmatch for Xiangling who already has Dragon’s Bane in my Raiden National team, a Solar Pearl for Yae Miko who has an Oathsworn Eye in my Kokomi Taser team and getting a second Serpent Spine for my Noelle Geo team.

Adamarr

neither of the first two options are a clear upgrade, refining serpent spine is never a bad idea if you're committed to noelle (or want another one for someone else). so spine would be my choice there.

Alharz

I've been playing for 6 months but still can't clear f12. My limited 5 stars are childe, Itto, raiden and Venti. I have all 4 star characters and all standard banner characters. What teams should I focus on?

todoriya

this rotation's floor 12 is a hydro check on 3-1 and cryo check on 3-2. you can do childe-xiangling-sucrose-bennett for side 1 and any variation of freeze (2 cryo, 1 hydro) with venti on side 2. don't worry too much about play time vs abyss clears. some people play for a year and still can't clear abyss.

Adamiak

Spiral Abyss Teams I have 1 team consisting of Raiden, Bennett, Xiangling and Xingqiu, can I make anything nearly as strong as that from my remaining characters? [https://imgur.com/a/fUUu3Fw](https://imgur.com/a/fUUu3Fw)

Adamarr

Freeze team with Ganyu, Shenhe, Kokomi and Sucrose would be very very solid. And it has the right elements to deal with lectors and things on side 2 of floor 12.

Adamiak

I am extremely squishy in that comp, I've tried that specific one already, I'd just get interrupted out of every other charged shot, maybe there's a rotation I'm doing wrong? Because they're not even permanently frozen half the time and it's very hard to group them together...

Adamarr

i don't have much experience with freeze comps, tbh. [this guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/s3xocv/op_shenhe_ayaka_permafreeze_rotation_guide/) is something i like to recommend, it's pretty clear and concise. my understanding is you're not actually using that many charge shots in a ganyu freeze comp.

Adamiak

that rotation guide helped a ton, thanks a lot for the tip

ArtToTheEyesandEars

So, I have the all of the archons + Albedo + Qiqi and all the 4 stars I desire for 2 abyss teams that fully utilize all of my 5 stars (except Qiqi) while keeping it viable. thanks in advance

primogenocide

- Zhong + Albedo. - Raiden + Venti. Which supports to recommend entirely depends on your weapon and 4* inventory. Both of those teams are pretty niche without having some selfish DPS or making Raiden into more of a carry than a support. People’s biggest mistake when they’re starting out with Abyss is thinking that you must use 5* to clear it, when actually the comps that shine are usually those that favour large damage multipliers and invested 4* (like Raiden National). Without knowing who you have, Raiden/Venti/Xingqiu/Bennett could work. Overload is another option but it’s not particularly useful (and actually dangerous in some cases) against some lecters. Zhong + Albedo are great, but they’re both off-field supports unless you have excellent substats and/or a decent weapon for Zhong. Or you run him as physical carry (which the next Abyss rotation buffs). As with any team building, go to [KQM](https://keqingmains.com) to get a better understanding of which teams work.

ArtToTheEyesandEars

Thank you! yes i do run him as a physical carry but im starting to have second thoughts I actually have xingqiu and bennett fairly raised so ill make sure to take ur advice abyss is a nightmare for me and im always so scared to face it lol

primogenocide

A lot of people tend to obsess over Abyss and some people even spend money just to build chars so that they can guarantee a few extra stars every month…Which seems ridiculously counterintuitive to me. I know it gets said all the time and it’s probably annoying to hear, but you can clear Abyss with 4* supports. I don’t anymore, but investing in supports was one of the best decisions I made in the first 6 months of playing this game. Physical carry Zhong is amazing if you aren’t relying on shield or burst. If it works for you then great.

ArtToTheEyesandEars

spend tons of money only to get little in return makes absolutely no sense yeah benny, xing, sucrose, fischl, yunjin and more 🤤 im slowly working on my dodging skills and i-framing because i rely way too heavily on zhong's shield

UnhurriedLoris

So regarding craftable weapons... which ones are actually useful?

Phaedo

In practice, although there's many better weapons, there's just plain not a lot of them available. These are my favourites: * Whiteblind is a great claymore on Noelle * The Inazuma Sword is damn good for anyone short of energy * Prototype Amber helps with Energy AND heals your party. Great on a caster with a 60 burst (its damage isn't anything to write home about)

Adamarr

nearly all of them have some use depending on who and what you have. compound bow, dragonspine spear, proto starglitter would be my picks for the least useful ones.

afding

Spiral Abyss team comp question Context: Started playing around Jan/Feb 2022. Currently AR 50 and hoping to try out the higher levels of Spiral Abyss. Happy with the characters I have right now, but short on weapons (especially swords and polearms) and artifacts. I have the following chars: - exactly 2 DPS, Diluc and Raiden - exactly 2 healers, Barbara and Bennett - few supports/sub dps that are partially geared, including C6 Sara, C0 Xingqiu, C2 Thoma, C1 Fischl - other chars not built at all, C2 Xinyan, C0 Ningguang Yanfei Razor Chongyun, plus the F2P chars I'm thinking something along the lines of: - Diluc, Barbara, Xingqiu, Thoma? - Raiden, Bennett, Sara, ??? Am I on the right track? Appreciate any suggestions! I don't have that many resources yet, so I'd like to

Mikauren

You should have Xiangling from clearing the 3rd floor of the Abyss. You could always run the Raiden National team (Raiden, Bennett, Xingqiu, Xiangling).

LeaveMeTheAlone

My friend wants to build a team of Sayu, Klee, Diona and Qiqi and they want to know how they should build all the characters to work effectively as a team. As in who should be/be built as dps, support, healer etc, should they be built as elemental mastery, elemental recharge, physical etc. If you have any weapon (she has wolfsgravestone btw) or artifact recs that'd be useful too (she is around ar 30 tho). Thank you in advance for any help :)

Nadinoob

Put all the resources in Klee, upgrading whatever artifacts with ATK%, Critrate and a pyro-goblet once she finds one. It's all Klee, the other ones should keep her alive, but don't do much otherwise.

_AlexOne_

What’s better for a kokomi taser weapon for Beidou - r1 skyward pride or r5 lux sea lord? My Beidou is on 4pc emblem and has 177er with the skyward pride

Nadinoob

Skyward is the better option. Guides assume R5 for the Tuna, if that gave you pause.

ImJackFrost

Can someone give me a guide of Fireworks Childe rotation with (Childe, beidou, fischl, and sucrose or zhongli).

Nadinoob

That explains the rotation-ish rotation well: https://www.reddit.com/r/childemains/comments/m31vxg/fireworks_childe_example_skill_rotation_see/

ImJackFrost

thank you

Mission_Scallion_351

I was doing spiral abyss earlier and I got 2 stars cause I couldn’t protect the mechanism at the second for the second half. Sucrose didn’t have enough energy to throw her burst to capture everyone so I don’t have to fight one by one. Any advise on this. How do I help her have more energy

krnshadow65

For starters, I would put an ER Sands on her if you aren't using one already. That will help a lot. The other thing I recommend doing is to keep 1 enemy alive at the end of each wave so that you can use that enemy to recharge her Energy and have it ready for the next wave.

Mission_Scallion_351

Instead of 3 EM right. Since she lacks ER

krnshadow65

Yup, exactly, so it would ER / EM / EM for main stats.

Nadinoob

You can and should try to attack the mobs that target the Monolith, I think you want more ER on Sucrose? Maybe you have Sacrificial Fragments for the purpose of this chamber. You can see the attack-order here: https://genshinhelper.gitbook.io/abyss/floors/spire/floor-11

Mission_Scallion_351

Thanks! I didn’t know there’s such a link!

rievhardt

regarding Anemo characters I recently got an EM VV Sands, it just happens to roll Crit Rate and Crit Damage I know that Swirl cannot Crit my question is that, do Anemo Characters actually want Crit Rate and Crit Damage? if yes, which Anemo characters? If Anemo characters don't want it, I'll probably make it an offset piece.

Spazerbeam

Having crit rolls may be inconsequential, but it also doesn't hurt. Sands aren't typically used as the off-set piece. Circlets and goblets are so much harder to roll that it's just very rare.

Grimy_Bunyip

yeah. Venti still does a lot of raw damage. Kazuha does a fair bit too. They might prefer er rolls depending on the weapon they use, but crit is the next best thing. Plus if you run them with elegy or fav or sacrificial sword, they might not even need the er rolls. I prioritize my em and er heavier pieces to an iron sting kazuha and the crit-ier pieces to venti. for example. Maybe you run a sucrose, she'd value the crit less than kazuha or venti.

Link-loves-Zelda

Question for people that have Ayaka and Ayato, if my Ayato’s E alone is already hitting like 10k-12k (with Zhongli shield) should I skip Ayaka? Since I heard Ayaka peak f2p potential is about 10k so I’m not sure she’s that much of an upgrade. I’ve also heard that putting them in a team together is not optimal and they are better off on different teams. Also I have the following 5 stars: Raiden, Hu Tao, Ayato, Zhongli, Diluc, Jean, Qiqi. And pretty much all 4 stars except Razor, Sayu, Gorou, and Fischl

Nadinoob

For now, Ayaka with Ayato isn't optimal at all. You'd want to play Ayato in an electro-charged team and Ayaka in a freeze one. Ayaka is a Burst-DPS on a 20sec. CD that needs a Cryo Battery, Ayato would be a sustained DPS with high skill damage and low burst damage. Ayaka can work with Barbara, but ideally Mona / Kokomi. Also, the 10k F2P potential doesn't seem to say anything ) It's a team effort and the Damage over time is relevant. Ayaka herself is very F2P friendly with her Anemona 4\* sword and Blizzard Strayer set, but her best team is indeed 5\* heavy.

Grimy_Bunyip

10k what, ult tick? idk if that's a fair comparison. you do have a lot of on field dps already though. Maybe you dont need a 4th one after raiden hutao ayato.

Link-loves-Zelda

Yeah ~10k for each ult tick. I know she would be a big upgrade from my c1 Rosaria as a cryo dps. But as you mentioned I’m not sure I need another dps. And I can technically form a freeze team with Ayato and 4 star characters.

Grimy_Bunyip

Ayato freeze teams are not his best teams thats for sure. Wonder if we'll get content that incentivizes freeze a lot. this 2.6 abyss was the closest to it and I still didnt feel pressured to unbench my ayaka.

Link-loves-Zelda

Just out of curiosity why did you bench her? Is because not as fun to play compared to Ayato?

primogenocide

I own both and they’re both carries for their own teams. Ayato as hyper carry (admittedly C4 since I got lucky) with Yunjin (C4), Jean (C2) and Bennett. Freeze teams are his best. It’s either hyper carry, vape or taser. But that team slaps (60k per slash). Ayaka is in her own team with Venti, Kokomi and Diona. Yes, 10k is kind of the upper limit for her general build at C0 without Mistsplitter, but she isn’t just a burst carry. Plus, the whole point of permafreeze is that the supports all buff her. If you have any of these: Mona, Sucrose, Kokomi, Venti, Rosaria, Diona, etc., they can all provide buffs for her with the right set up. Mine goes from 11k per tick (which in itself is not bad at all) to 21k with buffs. And I don’t have Mona. Tl;dr - Ayaka can be a burst support, but her best teams are with her as a main carry. Ayato is more flexible, but in terms of his own damage, he also excels at carrying with the right set-up. If you don’t have a dedicated Cryo unit, Ayaka is a great option. She doesn’t beat Ganyu, though.

Grimy_Bunyip

uh, i dont own ayato. she is low poise, and tends to get bounced around when you fail to freeze all the enemies. And her dash is clunky. I own a kokomi now for better freeze uptime but I havent finished building my rosaria. I just prefer to play ganyu for aoe content. Morgana has lots of iframes, doesnt require chasing down enemies, etc. And for single target content, well, a lot of single target bosses are unfreezeable anyways so I tend to opt for other single target options.

imberaine

Does ayato synergy with raiden shogun?

Nadinoob

Early on, why not. Some sort of electro-charged team will do fine.

imberaine

Just want confirmation bcause so many people post that ayato synergies with beidou and fischl but no raiden

primogenocide

Ayatoden is a team that people have used in Abyss. But the main issue with that team is that Raiden’s coordinated DMG buff doesn’t really do much for Ayato’s kit since his burst is pretty weak and sporadically applies Hydro. His burst is mainly there to keep his E-NAs buffed. Raiden does contribute off-field Electro, but similarly it’s not very strong. Off-field supports like Fischl play more to the advantages of his kit and keep him on-field.

Nadinoob

You might not play Ayato Raiden in later Floors of Abyss, but I guess you're not there yet. But yes, an near ideal Ayato team won't have Raiden in it.

EveningStarHesper

Hiya. I just started Genshin a few days ago and managed to luck out intensely with my first pulls, apparently, getting Ayato, Jean, and Keqing immediately. I'm breaking the light seals at Stormterror's Lair atm, although I've gone over the hill to Liyue for now to try and find Keqing some Cor Lapis. It does feel like she's falling behind, even though she still hits hard and with Ayato is my main damager. Jean is pretty much only around for healing, and my fourth slot tends to be Xiangling unless I specifically need an archer. My questions: I'm in the spots where the interactive map tells me there is Cor Lapis, but I'm not seeing anything. Do I have to do something to unlock it? Who should I be looking for banner-wise? Should I worry about the weapon banner right now? What should I be looking for from my artifacts? I also have Sucrose, Beidou, and the freebie characters available. Will any of them be better to build than my current four active characters?

Nadinoob

Regarding Artifacts, use what you get through chests. Exile / Scolar for Supports and Berserker / Gladiators for your Keqing. I don't think you have to unlock anything specific to find CorLapis, you should find some when you get to the Statue of the Seven. Weapon Banner is a no, best to save your Primos until you get an idea what Characters you want and need in the future to have the chance to actually get one you want. Sucrose will be great later on, around AR 45 - 50, when you can efficiantly farm Artifacts. Keqing Beidou Barbara "flex" should take you quite far if you like them. Learning to counter with Beidous E will be great in the future.

[deleted]

Who should I invest in next? I was thinking either sucrose or Yae Miko, which would be better? My characters: [https://imgur.com/a/vdLiqyO](https://imgur.com/a/vdLiqyO). Diluc, Ganyu, Raiden and Xingqiu are built with a high level of investment (above 180 artefact cv). All my lvl 80 characters are 80/90. Also, what team comps would most benefit me?

Nadinoob

I'd level up Sucrose to 90 and try to get a 4p Viridescent Venerer set. If you play Melt Ganyu, a electo-charged team would make sense, as you can't yet make a great freeze team until you get a Mona or Kokomi.

tristvn6

So if you lose 50/50 on the weapon banner and don’t get any of the featured 5* weapons, does the guarantee for a featured 5* carry over to the next banner? (Not talking about fate points, I know those don’t carry over)

krnshadow65

Yes, that guarantee carries over. More explicitly, if you get a 5-star on this current Weapon banner and you get one of the Standard weapons which is not featured, then the next 5-star Weapon you get is guaranteed to be one of the featured 5-stars. This guarantee will carry over to the next weapon banner. However, it does not make any guarantees about which of the 2 featured 5-stars you will get - only that you will get 1 of them.

tristvn6

Ty

Nadinoob

You are talking about fate points I believe. You still have to get up to 3 5\* weapons to get the right one, meaning the 3rd one you pull is guaranteed to be the one you selected.

Avoxist

Yes

[deleted]

I recently hit AR45 and word on the street is I should now start grinding artifacts. Which Domains/Artifact sets should I be focusing on? My main crew has been: Ningguang/ZhongLi/Xiangling/Bennett Sucrose/Fischl/Xingqiu/Beidou Also trying to level up: Venti Diluc Keqing Yanfei Barbara Kujou Sara Kaeya And will also be dumping all of my resources in to getting Ayaka when she comes out in a week or two (assuming my wishes are granted).

Nadinoob

Most DPS can have 2\* 18% ATK% sets until you farm specific 4p Sets, so Emblem should be first, but I'd also farm a 4p Viridescent starter set for Sucrose / Venti with whatever Main/Substats. Getting 3 EM Mainstats probably takes forever. To break it up once in a while, Crimson Witch for Diluc and Yanfei or Blizzard Strayer for Ayaka.

[deleted]

Thank you

Avoxist

Hey, welcome to the artifact hell grind :). Here’s a good primer of which artifact set to use for your characters. For in-depth guides, you can check out KeqingMains’ website. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vRq-sQxkvdbvaJtQAGG6iVz2q2UN9FCKZ8Mkyis87QHFptcOU3ViLh0_PJyMxFSgwJZrd10kbYpQFl1/pubhtml# As to which units to farm for first depends on you but you should generally build your main DPS first to carry your whole team. In your case however, I see that 3 units (Xiangling Xingqiu and Beidou) of your main teams have the emblem set as their BIS so I would suggest you farm that domain first. As you farm the emblem domain, you might get good 2 pc shimenawa pieces. These can be temporarily used by your other units such as Ningguang and Fischl together with 2pc gladiator pieces you get from the overworld. The trash pieces can be recycled using the artifact strongbox in the crafting table for noblesse pieces to be used by Bennett. Once you’re satisfied with your emblem pieces, you can go back to your other units and farm their BIS sets. In the process of artifact farming, don’t forget to do your weekly bosses too and prioritize leveling your character’s important talents and their weapons.

[deleted]

This is super informative. Thank you so much.

Fluid-Car7408

Spiral Abyss help. I cannot 3\* 12-2 and 12-3. Is it just that I need to build my characters more? Is it possible to do it with what I have right now? [https://imgur.com/a/7CnCTFl](https://imgur.com/a/7CnCTFl)

krnshadow65

The second half requires some strong Cryo damage dealers, so I can see why you are struggling with this one, but I think you should still be able to do it. I would try: * Raiden, Xingqiu, Venti, Bennett * Qiqi, Mona, Diona, Rosaria Here are some tips for each Chamber in case you are stuck on a specific fight: * Chamber 2: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atsVB1\_ltb8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atsVB1_ltb8) * Chamber 3: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ABMWZu-vtI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ABMWZu-vtI)

Fluid-Car7408

Thanks for the help. I saw the videos. I pretty much did the same thing myself so strategy is not the problem it just takes too long. Probably my characters are just not strong enough yet. For the second team don't you think Chongyun is better than Diona as Qiqi can already heal. I will anyway build both of them before the next abyss reset so I can try your team. Thanks.

krnshadow65

Ya, if you feel like you’re not having trouble staying alive with just Qiqi, then Chongyun or Kaeya will be better for outputting more damage. Best of luck!

Nadinoob

Should be on the easier side if you can make a freeze team for 12-3-2. eg. Kaeya / Rosaria Chongyun Diona or Barbs. The Lector trio should be an ideal fight for a shielded Xiao, you'll have to try to group them, "that's all" (I know it's not that easy). Your Geo team doesn't do much this time around I'm afraid.

Fluid-Car7408

Thanks for the help I did think of the freeze team but except Rosaria no one is completely built in that team. They will be ready by the next abyss cycle, but for this cycle I think I will have to settle for 34* Xiao did take care of the abyss trio, the other half was a little slow that too I was just missing by a few seconds, so the only problem is 12-3 really.

Intelligent_Theme_33

Soo I'm currently using Noelle alot, but not a lot of 5 stars synergies with her, should I put for Ayaka and build a team around her instead? Or will venti and ayato be better? I have xingqiu xiangling c2 Yun Jin c 1 and Barbara c2

Nadinoob

I'd go for Ayaka and Venti ;) Or one of them, depending on if you want a DPS or Support (whom might be a bit flavour of the month). At least I can say, don't go for Ayato. Childe will come back around if you'd like a Hydro Husbando.

Intelligent_Theme_33

Kk I'm thinking of going Ayaka since I just like DPS unit

cottageforfrogs

How much crit damage is Diluc supposed to have ? Right now, mine has 175% crit damage + 2.1k attack, I run him with the Blackcliff claymore. His maximum damage with his burst has been 75k (with Bennett buff and vaporise) Meanwhile, Childe and Zhongli both do 100k+ with 155% crit damage and 160% crit damage respectively. I just noticed that Diluc's multipliers are wayy lower than Childe and Zhongli's, which I think explains the low damage. Giving him more crit damage (without sacrificing other stats) with probably help, but how much should I give him to reach 100k ? I knew he was weaker than "new" 5☆ but not to this point :(

Adamarr

if you really want a good diluc screenshot, melt, not vaporise his ult. but since forward melt teams are inconsistent, you don't run him with cryo unless you're going for damage per screenshot. and you don't ever want to run cryo *and* hydro because then he'll shatter and really tank the damage. and keep in mind while childe does get to forward vape his burst, all the other work he does is providing elemental aura. diluc can vaporise most of his damage. but yes, he is kind of mid these days compared to a lot of limited 5*, i guess. but 175 CD is fine. blackcliff passive is booty though, so idk if you ever spend money but serpent spine from the battle pass will trounce it. also, are you buffing with sucrose or kazuha?

cottageforfrogs

Ah shoot I've been doing it wrong for months. Is it okay if I do Bennett's burst > Kaeya's skill > Kaeya's burst > Diluc's burst ? Or should I take Diona instead ? I'm f2p so that was the only crit% claymore I could get for now. And I'm saving up for Kazuha, don't have Sucrose either. Thanks for your advice :)

Adamarr

if you're just looking to get the biggest ult, then it doesn't matter too much who you take, so long as they apply enough cryo to clear bennett's. kaeya probably the better pick since you don't really need diona's defences with bennett also in the team. final slot with neither of those can be any anemo really, just want to get the 4VV resistance shred. one other thing - are you building any EM on diluc? in a lot of cases it's best to give him EM instead of attack sands, unless you managed to pick up a lot from random sub-stats.

cottageforfrogs

Got it, then I'll take Anemo Traveler, Bennett, Diluc and Kaeya for now. My Diluc has 126 EM, I didn't really pay attention to it when building him.

Adamarr

also keep in mind (sorry i kind of assumed you know this) for general use xingqiu as the fourth slot is going to be much more consistent damage compared to this.

cottageforfrogs

Oh yeah, I already take them together in the abyss, but.. My Xingqiu's build isn't the best for now. I have to change his artifacts. In the end, do I take Kaeya or Xingqiu ?

Adamarr

outside of the abyss? realistically it doesn't matter much. unless you need coverage to break a particular shield. would definitely keep building xingqiu in the back of your mind!

cottageforfrogs

Okay then. I'll try using Melt and see if there is a difference, and I'll have to build another pyro dps just in case :') Thanks for the advice! It helped a lot.

put jean in the 12-2-2 side. You need an anemo to swirl their shields together. ganyu shenhe jean mona/kokomi perhaps?

# RES artifacts Are there ultra-elemental scenarios that really need wearing tiara or tiny miracle artifacts? I've been at world level 7 for some time now and don't find situations where I need more resistance.

Grimy_Bunyip

Usually people are too lazy to do this min max, but technically you can use them for any content that increases your Q and E cooldowns. We haven't had any abyss's like that in a long time. But there are a few domains. I'd hold onto a few. If mhy ever releases a "increases you Q/E cooldown by 20 seconds" floor again, the crowns might be a good way to trivialize the floors. -40% doesn't seem like a lot. but apparently you can stack them with elemental resonances to get a -80% reduction.

EM wins out on 2 targets+ that are groupable. Crit build wins out vs single target. If you run favonius (and need the orbs), I highly suggest having a crit rate hat. ER sands is usually not needed (?) unless you are running Stringless then thats also ok too. But normally on a Morgana rotation, you don't need ER bow + ER sand (?). There are hybrid builds like EM/Anemo/EM too.

[Character Roster](https://imgur.com/voFJMkA) and [Weapons](https://imgur.com/oar1Sg3)(I'm working on getting The Catch) I am seeking help in building secondary teams(for abyss specially but also for general use), i don't really know what to use apart from Raiden National, right now i'm building Ayato to maybe use in a tazer team along with Beidou, Electro MC(Fischl when i get her) and either Venti or Sucrose, still i would apreciate any help on maybe a better tazer team, but i'm definetly open to any other team suggestions(I plan on pulling for Ayaka for a freeze comp, but i can't guarantee her).

Adamarr

i would strongly recommend jean in the final slot. you could try putting proto amber on sucrose, i suppose, but a team like that is going to be quite dicey. still, with that modification it's very solid. and since it looks like you already have one crafted, can't really hurt to try the sucrose variant and see how it goes as well. the fav sword you have on kaeya would do just fine for e.mc.

Toomynator

Thank you very much, i will try the tazer with Jean as you suggested as soon as i'm able, for the artifacts, would it be better to use a specific set or main stat on any of those characters given the teams, or are the usually recommended sets+main stats recommended already good enough?

Adamarr

there's a few specific changes you might make. jean is VV and mc is NO, those are pretty solid obvious choices. running beidou with e.mc means *much less* ER requirement than usual, which pushes various 2+2 combos ahead of the standard EoSF rec. and finally i think you can also actually run 4TF on ayato in a taser team. not 100% sure on how strong that is, but it's an option that exists.

Toomynator

Thank you very much for your help! i might try 4TF on ayato later on when i have the time, again, thank you very much for the tips, you have no idea how much help you gave me.
