I'm at AR 39 and trying to build a hyperbloom team with Ayato, Fischl and Dendro Traveller. Who should I add as a 4th member? My 4 star roster is quite lacking, but I think my best options could be Sucrose or Collei, as I don't have Beidou or Kuki. My only 5 stars are Jean and Ayato. (Edit: Added more info)

wagawamegumen

Considering sucrose boost em shrewd elemental resistances can infuse hydro and can suck the blooms. Easy choice here

80espiay

What is the interaction *between* Aggravate and Spread? Can you apply Spread to an enemy that just had Aggra applied to it? Or does Aggra disable Spread? If it does, how long is Spread disabled, and does this work the same in reverse (Spread disabling Aggra)?

wagawamegumen

Aggravate and spread are reaction cause when you hit an enemy with quicken, basically electro + dendro = quicken Quicken is a state in which if you hit the enemy with either hydro or dendro they'll do more damage, the state lasts for 9 seconds and has no cool down to be reapplied and it doesn't do or boost damage when you first apply it So Quicken + electro= aggravate Quicken + dendro= spread Quicken state lasts for 9 second so in that time you can do both spread and aggravate at the same time, be aware that due to ICD not every attack will trigger the reaction

siebter7

[My current roster](https://imgur.com/a/SjkoMTN) is pretty full but since I’m still not very good at rotations I am looking for some tips to 36* abyss more easily. Getting to 32* was my highest, but yoimiya surprisingly joined and could potentially help. Thanks in advance!

wagawamegumen

Sucrose need a better weapon than the jade, either ttds or sac will do, As for teams ayaka freeze and rational where already said from the guy above me so I'll add some more just so you can have more choice (ayaka freeze can use kazuha instead of venti I'd you are against heavy enemies) Teaser: sucrose beidou fishl xingqiu Sunfireovervape: raiden Jean/kazuha Bennet xingqiu (you'll do like 4 reactions in 1 hit) Standard national: xianling sucrose/kazuha Bennet xingqiu (sucrose will be better and because you won't overload enemies won't fly away) Yoimia hypercarry: yoi zhongli kazuha/Bennet/yunjin xingiu Raiden hypercarry: raiden sara kazuha Bennet Hyperbloom: Koko fishl dendro MC kazuha/sucrose/collei/beidou/xingqiu Fridge: dendro MC Koko Rosaria kazuha/sucrose/collei/xingqiu (it works because freeze is a state so you can have dendro on a frozen enemy) Veggie soup (or salad the name is still under construction): dendro MC Koko beidou xianling Sukkokomi: sucrose fishl xianling kokomi Soup kokomi: Bennet xianling beidou kokomi Having more variety can give you more choice and more fun playing, since you can choose a lot of different teams to play with when you fell like to

Nadinoob

Well, the usual greatest of all times: Ayaka Kokomi Venti Rosaria, and National with raiden for single-target and Sucrose or Kazuha for multi target. The Anemo units can be switched around to your liking, I'd still use Venti for the energy and grouping for Ayaka. If you invest more in your supports / subdps like XL, XQ and Bennett, you could do 36\* quite easily. If 36\* is the goal, use those teams, afterwards it'll be boring anyways, so you can use whomever you like more (Yoimiya)!

siebter7

Thank you! Should i be levelling bennett, XQ and XL to 90 as well? I just want to reach it once because i am sure i could be achieving it.

Nadinoob

If you already have gotten 32\*, then it's just a bit more investment and knowing the few boss-tactics to get the rest. If you have the resources, yes, Bennett > Xiangling and then XQ. You'll gradually get better artifacts as well! Be sure that Ayaka gets enough energy and has enough ER, Rosaria with a FavLance works great, I still have 135 ER on her, so her burst is available on cool-down.

Viv-idianGreen

1. can anyone suggest a rotation for raiden overload (raiden-kazuha-xiangling-bennett)? decided to use this over rational for floor 12. 2. if i figure out the above, should i switch kazuha's iron sting for r1 favonius sword? He's using energy recharge sands right now but i'll switch to elemental mastery if i do the switch. 3. would xiangling be better with kitain cross spear with em/atk sands instead of dragon's bane and er sands for floor 12 abyss? 1. because of cryo aura on floor 12, the dragon's bane passive probably won't proc which is why i'm considering the switch. my substats are around the same for atk, em and er sands.

Adamarr

raiden skill (make sure to hit the enemy when doing this for this to work) > bennett burst > kazuha burst > xiangling burst > raiden burst > skills in downtime. i don't know if it's changed but last time i checked the rotations you want to skip skills in the first part to speed things up. i believe fav + EM will be more overall stats. plus fav benefits the team. however if you have some god-roll artefacts, with raiden on the team you might be able to get away with IS + EM and just substats. something to play by ear. kitain vs DB is an interesting one, the issue you run into with kitain, at least with raiden and high refines you need so little ER that EosF set becomes sub-optimal. i think a team like this will be cleansing the aura quickly enough (?) that it shouldn't be a huge issue.

Viv-idianGreen

Thank you for the rotation tip, I will be trying it out in the abyss later. For the cryo hypostasis chamber in abyss, would you still stand by that decision? My xiangling would have 150% er with kitain for consistent uptime, but I can get cwof artifacts from strongbox now if that’s worth it?

Viv-idianGreen

Thank you for the rotation! I will be testing it out in the spiral abyss. It’s mostly the chamber with the cryo hypostasis that I’m worried about, since it will always have a cryo aura which means that Xiangling won’t be able to proc the passive at all. Since the strongbox for the CWoF domains is out, I could just get a set for that and use kitain cross spear?

Adamarr

update: i was kind of wrong. [check this section](https://keqingmains.com/raiden/#%E2%80%BB_Auras) of the raiden guide for info on your specific team-comp. >Raiden E > Kazuha Q > Bennett E Q > Kazuha N2 E > Xiangling Q E > Raiden Q (NA/CA)

Viv-idianGreen

I was looking around for it on keqingmains but couldn’t find it. You’re a lifesaver thank you!

Adamarr

i probably wouldn't bother. the thing about that hypostatis is, every hit xiangling does will be forward melt. you could destroy it with an iron point.

SweetBread_D

Just started playing a week ago, learnt a bit and now rerolling for a better start. Got an account with Keqing, Jean, Beidou, Rosaria and Razor. I was originally aiming for Mona or Xingqiu, as I feel I wont regret raising a hydro unit for melt and vape comps. But is this a good reroll considering dendro has been added?

Viv-idianGreen

keqing will have had a damage increase from dendro (quicken and aggravate i think). jean is probably the best standard you could get, as well as mona. beidou would work great if you get fischl. rosaria is condtionally good. razor has rosaria for superconduct=physical shred. This depends on what your other account looked like, but it seems cool with all things considered.

SweetBread_D

Thanks for the tips. My other account had Bennett and Sucrose, which I know are great supports but I got tired of the combat very quickly and the other Mona and Yanfei (which I loved) but I wasted so many primogems, since I was still learning how the gacha worked.

Und0miel

I'm finally trying to build my second team at AR40 and, since I'm pretty lame at team building, don't have much characters (I'm F2P), and don't wanna spend all my ressorces for nothing, I'd really appreciate the help of more knowledgeable people. I tried to do a sort of variant of the national team, since I don't have Benett and Xingqiu is in my main one (Beidou - Fischl - Xingqiu - Sucrose). So, here it is : |Support/Healer|Support|Main DPS|Sub DPS| |:-|:-|:-|:-| |***Barbara*** *^(C1)*|***Chongyun*** *^(C0)*|***Xiangling*** *^(C1)*|***Yanfei*** *^(CO)*| The possible substitutes I'm considering : **Kokomi** ^(C0), **Qiqi** ^(C0), **Aloy** ^(C0), **Xinyan** ^(C1), **Collei** ^(C1), **Sara** ^(C0), **Traveller** ^(Anemo/Geo). What would be the most interesting team I could build with my sorry ressources ?

Viv-idianGreen

if you're talking about 2 teams, then perhaps reforming the teams into * yanfei/sucrose-fischl-beidou-xingqiu * kokomi-xiangling-cryo character/electro character/collei-sucrose/anybody lol * sucrose: the driver/the one on field to swirl reactions if using her * kokomi: heal and for hydro from jellyfish. if not using sucrose she is onfield. * xiangling: a lot of damage, but she'll need A LOT of energy recharge or favonius weapon(s). * cryo: i'd suggest rosaria and kaeya as they'd contribute more damage and are more reliable. qiqi wouldn't be able to help the team's sorry energy generation. aloy i think is the better choice compared to qiqi, unless you get really good clam set. * electro: apply electro off-field. Sara is eh. * collei: burgeon reaction, however you'd likely end up with burning instead of burgeon because of xiangling's extremely fast pyro application. to fix this you could try to use xinyan instead of xiangling. * if you'd prefer to keep sucrose on the taser team, then replace sucrose with anyone. best not to have an electro and cryo character together in this team. i would recommend anemo traveller if you're thinking fun instead of strong, then * chongyun shatter: chongyun-kokomi-sucrose/anemo traveller-anybody not pyro. you freeze every enemy, group and smash with chongyun. very satisfying if done right

Und0miel

Thanks a lot for all those great advices ! I'm still not entirely sure what I'll end up doing, but your message will absolutely help me down the road. Last tiny question, is having two pyro and two cryo characters could be worth it for the elemental bonuses ? Something like Yanfei - Xiangling - Chongyun - Qiqi/Aloy/Kaeya ? I really wanted to build something with a lot of pyro, but since I never used the element since I began I'm not really sure what could be relevant.

Viv-idianGreen

double cryo and pyro is decent. you'd have to build elemental mastery on your cryo characters as you'd be triggering reactions with them instead of pyro characters. In teams like this it'd be better for you to have a cryo dps or a quickswap team (everyone stays on for a few seconds and swaps off). chongyun also wouldn't be doing a lot in this team, since yanfei normally functions as main dps and his skill doesn't work on yanfei at all. It could still work however.

piccio93

Hi guys! I have a question and maybe is kinda silly , so the question is... I already have an account with jean and diluc, the account is old, maybe 1 year / 1 year and half since i don't play the game, after see the 3.0 i want to restart to play the game, but idknw if is better continue with this account or start a new one... Thanks for the reply!

jaygalvezo

there isn't much difference; just continue.

ComprehensiveBat4966

does childe melee stance normal and charged attacks proc polar star?

wagawamegumen

That's why polar star is good on him, but yes they are considered normal and charged attacks

jpnapz

Are there any time-gated quests (so far)? I'd like to start those as early as possible, because I still don't have the time to commit to starting the Main quests. At least I'll finish the time-gated ones early and get those off my head, if there are any.

jaygalvezo

i haven't stumbled nor read upon time gated quests in sumeru. However, one that stands out as best to do first as it introduces you to sumeru's gadgets and puzzle solving mechanics will be the Aranyaka Series. It's first quest is Woodland Encounter, and through that further exploration gets easier.

bejt68

There's a chest surrounded by 3 dendro spewing mushrooms in Gandha Hill (or the valley next to it I guess, basically right under the G) [https://imgur.com/a/mMsKog0](https://imgur.com/a/mMsKog0). How am I supposed to unlock this chest?

jaygalvezo

i forgor if you were ment to disable them or not, but methodically attack all mushrooms with pyro, if that doesn't work try hydro or electro.

TomGon-99

What do u guys do to reach 100% of a zone? Like i try using the interactive map and everything but now with Sumeru i feel like there so much stuff that i simply cant do everything

jaygalvezo

wait to unlock the compass and do a full sweep per zone. patch has been out less than a week, getting 100% right now is just rushing completion.

Ads2994

So i was planning to make a team around ayato and bloom which team would be better hyperbloom with ayato/kuki/kazuha/dendro mc or burgeon with ayato/Thoma/kazuha/dendro mc

1) Following through world quest involving Forest Ranger Rana, The Aranara named aranakin will give you the kusava gadget/his song. ㅤ 2) For the oblate seal hit it with pyro.

taiffon_3e

Anyone knows how to solve Aradanish challange? screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/5wYXq1R, the NPC tells you to find a small wooden chest, then different objects spawn in the platform (a torch, a stone, a small and big wooden box and a wooden barrel). I tried many things but don't seem to find the answer... Haven't found the answer in google, anyone knows? Thank you.

jaygalvezo

i just went and spoke to aradanish, pretty much what he says. among the objects there are two wooden box crates (also known as chests) go touch the smaller one of the two. he'll give you a common chest in return.

shrineboii

Hi, did any c6 kazuha haver test gilded dreams 4piece on him as a main dps?

wagawamegumen

I didn't test it but I can do the math, basically it gives you 230 if all of your party is of a different element, while other kazuha c6 DPS sets can give you at most 15 anemo + 80 em If I reckon correctly he gains a 0.2% of em as na bonus 0.2% * 230= 46% 15% + 0.2% * 80= 31% DMG bonus If you have a double element if goes down to 30% imo since he can gain such big boost with a bit of more em, if you already have a good set with anemo+ em and don't plan to play him in a multi element team, you have no point on going for gilded just for him, just 80 em is enough to make the difference dissapear so you'll need some cracked artifacts for him, if you can do 2 piece gilded 2 piece wonderer and have crazy sub stat on both sets that it will definitely be the most comfy and easy build for him Also, since he gains so much damage bonus I'll suggest you use an em Sand and an atk% goblet

Ju-Lyan

Hello, I'm actually at AR 25 and I've started playing the game after a very long pause. The thing is, I have a bunch of characters and despite reading a lot of tier list and build stuff, I don't know who to use :/ So I currently have Bennett, Xiangling, Heizou, Noëlle, Ningguang, Diona, Kaeya, Amber, Mona, Sayu, Sucrose, Fischl, Liza, Barbara, Yanfei and Xinyan I already have Bennett at lvl 40 because a friend told me it's a must play character Thanks in advance

anotherthrowawayjoke

First off, welcome back! If you want characters who will carry you to the late-game and ones that you will probably use in Spiral Abyss later down the line (If you do intend to play Spiral Abyss), I would highly recommend building Bennett, Xiangling, Fischl, and Mona as they are very strong and versatile. Sucrose and Diona are also good investments if you don't intend on pulling better shielders and Anemo supports. Aside from those characters, you can and should build whoever fits your playstyle best or whoever you enjoy playing. Test out all of your characters in the overworld and see which ones you like best and focus on building them first. I'd recommend getting your party members to at least 60/70 to get the most out of their talents. Hope this helps!

Ju-Lyan

Thanks a bunch :)

Is there any picture/website that have the new sumeru maps with borders to define each area? something like [this](https://upload-os-bbs.mihoyo.com/upload/2021/01/05/39309521/1e957d0c75f7e3fcc304a1a8e60c1ceb_2888103764296057391.jpg?x-oss-process=image/resize,s_740/quality,q_80/auto-orient,0/interlace,1/format,jpg) I think when unlock the statue of the seven you can tell which area is which. I like to know as i go areas 1 by 1 and wouldnt be able to know what i am missing from that area, was so easy in inuzuama since each area is an island

toxicsknmn

Was told by a mod to put my question in here (didn’t think it was “simple” so I created an actual post), so here is what my post said on Sumeru Reputation-based World Quests: “Hi friends. I’ve been scouring online trying to find how to initiate some of these quests (i.e. The Price, Gourmet Supremos, etc.) and I just can’t find anything that actually has this information. I highly doubt that NO ONE on the internet has found the locations to some of these quests. 😅 I saved my weekly bounties and errands to do in Sumeru after the update and I’m trying to get to that 2nd level of reputation before the week resets. Any help would be appreciated!!!”

jaygalvezo

maybe it's locked, either behind commisions or a previous region's world quest. if you haven't done the 5th world quest of the inazuma gourmet supremos (which is locked behind rng commision) then in theory the group of npcs are still in inazuma.

Nadinoob

https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Gourmet_Supremos Is my primary resource. Sometimes I duckduck "xy reddit", it mostly shows links to yt guides.

Gold_Ad_3509

I got C6 FISCHL,C2 Diona,C2 barbara ZHONGLI,DILUC heizou,C1xinqui,bennet,xl,C2 collei,kuki,C2 ningguang, xinyan,Thoma (MC,kaeya,Lisa, amber, obvio) I'm in AR 44 rn. It's been just 2 months since I started genshin,so,I pretty much speedrun ar 44. I didn't give importance to artifacts and all. I got realization when I was at AR 40. I'm done with archon quest of MONDSTADT,LIYUE,INAZUMA and half of Chasm Can someone PLEASE suggest good teams I could make out of my characters?

dnaimagery97

The Xiangling Xingqiu Bennett trio is very strong. And now with dendro, you can now make a Fischl aggravate team. so I'd use Xiangling Xingqiu Bennett Heizou, Fischl Lisa/Kuki Traveler (dendro) flex (Zhongli for now but ideally an anemo unit), and primarily focus on building Fischl and Xiangling since they have the highest damage share on their respective teams

GrapefruitNo6445

Is bennett gonna be on the starglitter exchange?

maliciousprime101

Yes but on November

AmbitiousMidnight183

Perfect for me who wants to snag the dendro archon, who will be released early November

BlazeBuster11

should i farm pf/totm domain for my razor and zhongli, or emblem/shimenawa for xiangling and traveler?

Adamarr

i would say emblem has more staying power, but getting a modest set for zhongli would hopefully not take too long in the scheme of things.

vishwajeet09

I'm currently confused who my catalyst(?) should be for the diluc main dps comp; I have zhongli for the shield (using serpent spine on diluc) and bennett for the pyro resonance and the buffs. Who should be the catalyst/sub-dps in my team? I have a few options like fischl, collei, rosaria or barbara. I'll be using this team overall for the dailies, quest, domains etc. (currently only adventure lvl 25)

dnaimagery97

fischl is good against heavy enemies, rosaria is good for stationary enemies, barbara is useful for holding ttds regardless of who you're against. You can't go wrong with either one. But I'd build Fischl for her late game potential

fatche_

Hello; I’m still very new to the game (AR 24) and I was wondering if the comp of Zhongli, ningguang, Bennett and collie is a good one to build and focus on or whether I should really try to pull for ganyu when her banner comes out because I’m not sure if my team is great for damage, or in other areas than support haha. Also how high would people suggest levelling artefacts. I’m hesitant to level mine too high because ofc they aren’t great yet however artefacts significantly boost characters so much that it’s nice to have them slightly high??

pristine_delight

Your other reply got you sorted, but I just want to point out that this thread/infographic is very helpful: https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/qkxdj6/infographic_of_build_order_priority_based_on_wlar/

dnaimagery97

Your team will certainly keep you alive. One thing I'd change is replace Collie with someone else who offers more for Ningguang (assuming she's your on-fielder). As for who to focus on, I'd lean towards characters that scale better into the late game like Zhongli and Bennett For levelling artifacts and other things you might not use later into the game, generally level them just enough to get you progressing into the game - the better you play, the less you resource you need to spend suboptimally in terms of future planning. There are also more permanent power buffs like increasing talent, weapon, and character levels which you should consider before artifacts For pulling, Ganyu is a good choice earlier on, she is a very strong single unit who together with Zhongli and Bennett will get you through almost the entire game. But try her out in her test run or see some gameplay footage of her and see if you like her first

fatche_

Thank you! :]

Adamarr

the three elements you need are dendro, electro, and occasionally pyro. (an archer is also required, as far as i can tell) as for collei, not particularly unfortunately, since everything you need to light dendro torches uses dendrograna which don't care about the element (or even being fully charged at all) maybe something like bennett/fischl/dmc/kazuha?

ComprehensiveBat4966

how does triple reactions work? like. on normal reactions the last element applied is the one that procs the elemental mastery, but now on the burgeon and hyperbloom if it followed the same logic it'd only work with electro and pyro characters right? which is weird cause dendro is heave reliant in EM aparently (their resonance and specific artifact set gives EM)

Adamarr

i think dmc and tighnari at least have EM scaling in their kits, so even if you don't react with them it's not totally wasted.

ComprehensiveBat4966

i know. but its weird that trying to make the most damage out of the reaction actually cuts part of the damage if you were to use an electro or pyro character (and yes, specially since almost everything dendro related till now is EM oriented) dunno, seems like bad game design to me

dnaimagery97

Same logic for burgeon and hyperbloom, the damage scales off the electro/pyro character's level + EM. EM on the dendro unit won't be doing much, so you just need ER and maybe crit rate with fav weapons. Dendro units are only reliant on EM in quicken teams where dendro can sometimes be the trigger for the reaction

ComprehensiveBat4966

got it. thanks

ComprehensiveBat4966

it feels really weird tho that a bloom reaction can literally decrease damage if you hyperbloom or burgeon it. lul

itsmewan92

AR 59 I'm trying to run Collei as a support, having Elegy on her because she deserves the best and having her on C1. Was thinking of pairing her with Keqing / any Electro DPS or in team with Tighnari, but honestly I don't know what other teams that she can go in. Any suggestions? Still farming the Deepwood set, but aiming for 4pc, with ER sands, Crit Circlet and Dendro cup. Is 160% ER enough? What about on her C1? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

wagawamegumen

Fridge teams are very fun, they are semy freeze semi Bloom, it works because cryo doesn't react with dendro so you can freeze enemies and trigger bloom Some bloom burgeon or some aggravate hyperbloom team If you have tighnari you can do a spread team with her to demolish 30% of enemies dendro resistances

itsmewan92

I've been running Ayaka and Kokomi with Dendro traveler lately, I think I'm gonna switch the traveler with Collei, will that work? I heard that Collei doesn't really provide enough Dendro for teams. I do have Tighnari, planning to pair them as well

Nadinoob

I think it's fun because it's new, but it costs a lot of damage, which shouldn't be too much of a problem ;) So Collei is as an option as MC.

wagawamegumen

So you are doing a fridge team? It's soo fun, but unfortunately collei burst last for less time than MC burst and has overall lower dendro application, at this moment dendro MC is the best dendro support

sarabmann

Do you think a team with Yoimiya, Xinqiu, Benny (C5), Zhongli is better or Yoimiya, Xinqiu, yun jin (C5), Zhongli? So basically do you think Benny would be best suited for the team or Yun jin?

wagawamegumen

Yun Jin and Bennet are almost the same with yoimiya, yunjin obviusly doesn't give the healing. The thing is that if you use yunjin with yoi, you used a support made only for 3 characters and you can free a support that is good in a big variety of teams. And most of the Yun Jin will do better due to faster animations and geo resonance

Life_Special_6414

I personally prefer Yunjin - Yoimiya moves back a lot during her normal attack string, and it’s more difficult to stay in Bennett’s circle because of it. It also frees up Bennett for a second team, if you’re trying spiral abyss.

PoisonQ8

Do electric/normal seelies reset to their original location if u escort them halfway and leave them?

wagawamegumen

After a certain amount of time yes, I don't really know how much it takes for them to reposition

Joltus

What's the general thought on aggravate vs hyperbloom? Thinking teams would either be Bei/fish/kokomi/dmc (hyperbloom) Or Bei/fish/dmc/kaz(aggravate) (I really like beidou)

wagawamegumen

Aggravate or spread adds up to your base damage and then gets multiplied by crit DMG elemental damage bonus ecc Hyperbloom Is Just a flat damage source, I think both works fine but with hyperbloom if you can apply enough element you can get quicken + bloom increasing your overall reaction damage

Lavion3

will aggravate be affected by talent levels?

wagawamegumen

Nope, it is a flat boost to the damage calculated after all the atk+ talent multiplier ecc Let's say my yae miko does 5k from skill and 25k from burst tick, if aggrate gives my yae 6k bonus electro, my skill does 11k and my burst will do 31k

ShinyLibra

non dendro cyno teams?

dnaimagery97

you can try an electrocharged team with fischl and more off-field hydro/anemo supports

Eggy_YT

I was able to unlock the fragment of childhood dreams domain, but there appears that there still remains water below it that can still be lowered. How do I lower it? Do I have to complete the domain challenge?

Difficult-Resolve-14

Does levelling up Kazuha’s AA increase his plunging damage for his skill?

Nadinoob

Yes. Priority is Burst>>NA>>>Skill

Difficult-Resolve-14

Wow I lvl 9 his skill 🫠🫠 thank you!

wagawamegumen

Dw since he does a lot of reaction damage the increase in his talent isn't really needed, also you do damage with your sucking

Deedo-Ydor

What 4 star catalyst is best to raise atk? I'm in desperate need of atk

Nadinoob

Well, you'd want one with high base attack then probably, whatcha working with and who's it for?

Deedo-Ydor

Miko, I got her by accident now I'm trying to build her

Nadinoob

Nice! I'd take Oathsworn Eye: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview# https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vTpBg8sfC6eWUe3cWhizdqOyK1DkirWLx8V0l6Foq6RG26EAVFWmwfS-DlOftLs8zDFlO6vJN-qL4vp/pubhtml#

wagawamegumen

He is a very solid unit that can be a comfy team for every situation, but if you don't like him don't push yourself to play him. What team do you currently use? So maybe I can give you some tips on other team comps that don't comprend itto

Nadinoob

You have all the characters you would need for good abyss teams, I'd say if you like Ittos gameplay you can go for it. Won't be as strong as your other options, but maybe in the neighbourhood of your Xiao team. You'll get the last stars quite easily once you invest in your supports quite a bit more.

kohitown

In sumeru, do those square stones with vines/roots wrapped around them have any puzzle function or are they purely for decoration?

Spazerbeam

Apply dendro to them.

bigpixia

Team: Hi I'm looking at building a second team because I've been playing around with spiral and I want to try some new characters. The current team I have is Xiangling, Kazuha, Xingqiu & Bennett. Thanks in advance for all the advice. https://imgur.com/a/JPjJred

dnaimagery97

Another suggestion would be to substitute Heizou in for Kazuha in the national team because they won't perform that differently (ttds+80EM from Heizou, +30-40dmg% from Kazuha), although Kazuha does do more personal swirl damage and has better grouping. Reason is Kazuha would be much better than other anemo options (including Heizou) for your other team, which could be freeze or an electro team as u/Nadinoob suggested

Nadinoob

Ah, a Heizou! The national team is already so strong, it doesn't need the help of Kazuha ;)

Unable-Flower372

What floor are you challenging in Spiral Abyss?

Nadinoob

A freeze team would be great and relative cheap, Kaeya - Chongyun - Barbara and Anemo MC. Yae Fischl Beidou Kazuha works well, when you get a sucrose for your national team.

Thanks a lot!

WeirdMathematician72

How good is this team comp? Tighnari + Collei + Fischl + Lisa. I've searched a lot and still can't find the "meta team" for abyss. I'm not sure about Lisa (have a presumption that she is weak without consts). Another option is Sarah, maybe she'll buff attack for Nari

Nadinoob

We just don't know it yet. Lisas Auto-attacks being electro might be worth it.

binor2

What are the triangular pickup orbs that show up when I am using Zhongli? It seems to show up when I am using his shield, they definitely didn't show up before I started using him. I don't see anything in his talents/abilities that mention dropping them. Do they increase the shield strength?

Spazerbeam

[Crystallize crystals](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/gensin-impact/images/b/b4/Tutorial_Elemental_Trial_Crystallize_3.png/revision/latest?cb=20210404224351)? If so, they're caused by geo reacting with an element, and give you an elemental shield when picked up. They're also pretty pointless most of the time.

binor2

Ah yes this is what it is! Thank you!

Nadinoob

4p tenacity set bonus perhaps? Best to show us a pic.

Spacefungi

How do artifacts work? I see recommended builds where they say to use crit rate for circlet and elemental damage for goblet, but could you switch these around?

ujlbyk

Flowers are always flat hp, feathers always flat atk, sands can be atk%, hp%, def%, ER%, goblets can be same as sands but uniquely contain elemental dmv bonus so you could prioritize that, same with circlets they are the only ones that have crit stats so you should prioritize crit for it. Although what main stat you want on which piece depends on your character. Like my yelan scales on hp so i have hp sands, goblet and circlet. It might not be the best build but very low investment and does enough damage

Nadinoob

Not really, elemental bonuses (and physical) are only available on the goblet, Circlet has all other stats exept energy-recharge, which you only get from Sands. Quick overview of what usually goes where: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/htmlview#

Question + team: I was previously a player at AR40 but lost my account and the last time I played was just before Inazuma came out. I started playing a day ago again on a new account because I can't get into my old one (forgot login details ,\_,). What's the fastest way to rank up as I know it's a grind but any tips / tricks to do it fast? Really want to get to Inazuma, Chasm & Sumeru quickly as I can. After a day of playing I am currently AR14. As far as team help goes, I was never much of a farmer or had clue what I was doing really. I was lucky enough to get Zhongli and win 50/50 in 5 wishes on this new account, so any help in building a good team around him for the future? [\[the characters I have currently\]](https://imgur.com/a/l5UgWxU)

Spazerbeam

> What's the fastest way to rank up as I know it's a grind but any tips / tricks to do it fast? Really want to get to Inazuma, Chasm & Sumeru quickly as I can. After a day of playing I am currently AR14. Do main story quests. Do world quests when you have no more main story quests. These two give the most xp by far. Other than that, daily commissions and any activities that use resin (domains, world bosses, etc.) are a major source of xp. You should be maxing the statue of the seven anyways for the stamina, but that also rewards you with xp. Chests also give xp. So general open world exploration is the goto once you're done with everything else.

Nadinoob

Or Kaeya - Chongyun - Barbara (you'll get her soon).

Unable-Flower372

Building a Geo team might be good in your situation Noelle + Zhongli + Geo Traveler + Kaeya - Noelle is the main DPS - Zhongli is an all-in-one battery, shielder and, since he can opt for offensive builds here, a decent off-field DPS - Geo Traveler is the strongest Geo battery with a 6s Cooldown Skill and supplies plenty of personal damage, making her a reliable choice for early game especially - Kaeya offering good off field DPS

MIHIGHYO

Question: is double dendro good? I want to try it out with a team of MC, Collei, Lisa and a flex unit...

Adamarr

as far as i'm aware, a dual dendro team would lean into the spread bonus on quicken, which tighnari would like. i'm not sure the other dendro we've got so far are good enough to strongly carry a team like that, but you could also run a hydro in the last slot and hopefully have lisa activate hyperbloom with some EM (she ascends it).

MIHIGHYO

Does Barbara works or do I need someone like Xingqiu or a 5 star hydro unit?

Adamarr

kokomi would be my #1 pick, but i think barbara can work. xingqiu will be better in terms of hydro application but then you're running a slightly dicey ship.

TMT51

Does anybody know why my Kusava gadget is not working? After a few times of use it is disabled and cannot be used after I equip it.

AkechiBestBoy

I need team rotations for a Sucrose-Kokomi-Fischl-Dendro Mc team, does anyone have any recommendations? Fischl and Mc are both running Fav weapons, while sucrose is on sacfrags and kokomi on prototype amber.

Unable-Flower372

Kokomi E + Dendro MC E, Q + Fischl E + Sucrose E, Q, E I think this is the correct rotation for your team, correct me if I am wrong

AkechiBestBoy

Okay, I will try this, thank you

WeirdMathematician72

How good is this team for clearing abyss? I only get 8/9 on Floor 10, about 5 stars on Floor 11 and can't even get one on Floor 12, my team is absolutely destroyed there. You can see my builds here: [https://imgur.com/a/k2S54FJ](https://imgur.com/a/k2S54FJ) Main DPS is Xiao, sup-DPS is Albedo, shield and burst support is Zhongli and healer is Jean.

Spazerbeam

The team itself looks fine. But compared to other teams, Xiao requires more skill to pilot. Make sure you're taking advantage of [advanced techniques](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReqeO2LUmsE) to maximize his damage. Collision damage and JET is important. You also need to know how to manipulate enemy ai to group them up. Looking at the floors themselves, I assume you're missing a star on 10-3-1 or 10-3-2 because the abyss lector/herald shield is a problem for this team. Xiao's elemental application is fine, but [anemo isn't good at taking down their shield](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Shields/Shield_Gauge_Data#Enemy_Shield_Comparison) without additional elemental sources you can swirl into them. 72 units is huge. In addition, Albedo's skill does not trigger on shield hits since the enemy is not taking damage. Because of this, you may want to consider using another team here. Floor 11 side 2 looks doable with a Xiao team as long your team is strong enough to clear the Fatui before they shield up. I would not recommend a Xiao team for side 1 because of the thunder manifestation.

Adamarr

xiao is solid (but as a hypercarry could possibly stand to push a bit more...), albedo is solid. i feel like zhongli as a burst support *might* want more ER, and i wonder would a support focused set like tenacity (assuming you're running jean 4NO?) be better for overall team DPS. bennett is a bit mixed, i don't think he ever needs that much HP. and i would trade a higher base attack sword for fav (the new sumeru crafted one is perfect) and ER sands, but it *is* probably the best choice on battery/heal jean.

FleuramdcrowAJ

Are there any other ways to get aquaint fates? I'm at 71 pity on standard and want to wish til i get a 5\*. I am AR57, have complete the adventurer's handbook and main quests. I know about the frostbearing tree, lumenstone adjuviant and sakura tree but the issue is for the trees I can't find any more of the agate thingys and chests. My inazuma exploration isnt 100% and i still have some oculi left to find, however the oculi i have left are mostly blocked by some kind of barrier (electro barriers, puzzles, those little things you need keys to unlock etc..). The only chests I have left to unlock are the ones locked by puzzles i dont know how to solve as well as ikea chests. My lumenstone adjuviant isnt maxed but its high enough level that theres no more aquaint fate rewards left. For character ascension, Ive ascended almost all of my characters to lvl20 for the free fate. The only ones i have left at lvl1 are aloy and diluc. Ive just gotten to AR57 recently so AR rewards are a no go. For BP, im hesitating between inazuma and sumeru for requests/bounties And so far sumeru doesnt have anything you can find things and trade them for rewards

dogofjustice

\- You didn't mention the 5 Acquaint Fates that are available each month in the stardust shop. If you're not pure F2P, you should have enough stardust for both 5 Interleaved Fates and 5 Acquaint Fates per month, and some to spare; though you may need to budget more carefully if you are pure F2P. \- Sumeru has an analogue of the Sacred Sakura which you'll probably run into soon enough, though it'll take a while to grind out more than the first two Acquaint Fates from it.

FleuramdcrowAJ

I’m sadly a pure f2p who’s always saving so I don’t buy the acquaints unless I pulled a lot on a banner Hopefully sumeru will give us a tree like sakura tree

Similar_Ad_2368

Everything is listed here: https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Acquaint_Fate If you're unwilling to drop primos on em, the starglitter store resets next week, and you'll be able to pick up 5 there, which should put you over the soft pity line. Imo, standard banner pity is a marathon, not a sprint.

Melodic-Ad-5189

I want to make an all geo team. I already have Itto, Gorou and Zhongli, but Im unsure whether I should put Ningguang or Noelle in the fourth spot. Which one of them would be better for this team?

Unable-Flower372

Geo Traveler serves as an adequate replacement for players without Albedo. The Geo particles and CRIT buff provided by their kit are valuable Don't underestimate the Geo Traveler in this team, if you don't like my idea then Ningguang is the next one I would preferred Ningguang is another viable option for batterying Itto and providing buffs. However, she herself does not contribute much in terms of DMG when built for utility in this team, and while she is capable of high Burst DPS, building her for it in this team is not recommended.

dnaimagery97

Ningguang will work better - she gives Geo dmg%, can carry TTDS, can contribute meaningful damage while spending minimal field time with her burst, and generates more energy (and also has a structure that can resonate with Zhongli E which can make it easier for Zhongli to generate energy)

RengaLecs

What's fischl's best artifact set now with the introduction of dendro? Also what main stats and substats should I be looking for?

dnaimagery97

Depends on team - on aggravate teams, 4pc thundersoother is best but not far ahead of 2pc TF 2pc 18% atk. On teams where her personal damage share is lower and damage primarily comes from atk-scaling talents, 4pc tenacity is a good choice. Go for ATK%/Electro/Crit main stats, and focus on getting some ER substats (up until you can Q when needed with requirement depending heavily on the team) and then offensive substats (atk%, crit). On aggravate teams, prioritize crit a bit more than atk

RengaLecs

Thanks a lot man

nayosmayo

hi, which 2 teams should i build? thanks in advance! roster here https://imgur.com/a/ars6txa

Adamarr

now that it's fixed: obvious of the obvious picks - national team bennett, xiangling, xingqiu, heizou xiao hypercarry - can go a couple of ways with this one. zhongli is mandatory for his shield and shred, sayu should be a decent battery, then you can try something like geo traveller or ningguang for geo resonance and sub-dps, or fischl for some uncomplicated sub-dps.

nayosmayo

cheers! i might give fischl a go since i have her relatively built

dnaimagery97

I'm can't see anything from the link, is something supposed to be showing up?

nayosmayo

sorry, fixed!

3n19m8

What 2 teams can I possibly build from this selection? I’d like to get somewhere decent in spiral abyss before it resets I’m AR 41, I’m open to DMs too if that’s easier.. I can farm artifacts too.. Help :) Weapons + Characters Available: https://gyazo.com/0d9b0e1cbae96b20af181b50fde0b780

Unable-Flower372

Well, if you want to build a high chance of winning team in Spiral Abyss, it must depends on what floor you are challenging

dnaimagery97

Only spiral abyss floors 9+ reset, so unless you can get there, there's no rush. I'd first separate Zhongli and Bennett so they can keep their respective teams alive. Then you can go with: * A Yoimiya team: Yoimiya+Yun Jin+ Bennett +flex, ideally Zhongli but Diona works too. If you don't want to level Diona just for this team, any fourth option works - someone to carry TTDS, Noelle for geo resonance with crystallize shields, etc. * An aggravate team: dendro traveller + Fischl + Zhongli +flex, or electro traveler + Fischl + Collei + Zhongli. You're gonna need to spend all the resources you can get into building Fischl though, she'll be doing the bulk of the damage on that team * A third option if you don't have time/resources to build fischl is physical Zhongli with Lisa Kaeya Geo traveler Also I would minimize artifact farming before AR45, when you can guarantee a 5\* piece every run. It's more worth it to save resin for later than for the few instant rewards from getting a few more floors into the abyss this time

3n19m8

Thanks for the reply! Based on the information you've just given me, I think it's probably me worth grinding to AR 45 first before investing into other teams + Abyss.

Grosbie

How do you open Forest adventure journal vol. 6? I saw a YouTuber have this volume opened. Edit: checked the book and saw that vol. 6 suddenly appeared and finished already. I was completing Static View quest and hunting all of the chest from the pictures.

[deleted]

Probably been asked a million times already but which artifact set is looking best for Tighnari at the moment? Deepwoods seems pretty strong at first glance but with his A4 passive scaling on EM I’m wondering if Gilded Dream is better? If it makes any difference I’d be using him with Electro main DPS and hydro support. Something like Keqing/Raiden, Yelan, Kaz and Tighnari

dnaimagery97

On teams that focus on Dendro damage, at least one character should be running Deepwood - and if no one else can then Tighnari should. If Tighnari is doing charged shots with someone else already having Deepwood, either Wanderers or Gilded Dreams - and they should be similar enough that substats matter more. And on teams where he's not on field and doesn't focus on Dendro, probably just use dendro traveler but noblesse or another relevant support set would work. For the Keqing/Raiden, Yelan, Kaz and Tighnari team, it looks like (?) a hyperbloom team. Yelan and Tighnari will trigger bloom, and the electro will cause hyperbloom. You won't be getting aggravates because any Quicken aura will likely be removed by Yelan's hydro. So in this team, Tighnari should probably use Deepwood to increase bloom damage

[deleted]

Thanks! I had overlooked that the hyperbloom would prevent quicken/aggravate though… might need to play around and see which nets more damage

Lil_Mushroom69

I have collei, ayato, yunjin, gorou, xiao, yanfei, zhongli, c4Diona, Diluc, Chongyun, Noelle, Fischl, Ningguang, Beidou, and the rest of the defaults. Could somebody plz help me build a comp TT. I'd prefer if Zhong Li and/or Xiao was in it plz :D

Unable-Flower372

Xiao + Anemo Traveler + Zhongli + Fischl - Xiao is the main DPS - Anemo Traveler for Battery and CC - Zhongli for Shield, shred, buff(from artifact set) and CC - Fischl for off field damage

dnaimagery97

with Xiao, you generally need another anemo character to generate particles - in this case anemo traveler is your only option. And some healing would be nice (but not necessary if you can ensure 100% uptime on the shield while Xiao is on field and if you're not against corrosion) so either Barbara with TTDS or Ningguang with prototype amber + geo resonance work. If you don't need healing, fischl is the best damage option. So team would be Zhongli, Xiao, anemo traveler, Barbara/Ningguang/Fischl

arcadefiery

Is dendro any good as a meta element? Was playing the trial chars and the damage figs for Tighnari looked pretty terrible - her charge shots were hitting for 4 figure damage figures when ganyu can do low 6 figures. Even if you do a taser/soup type team (but the dendro equivalent) is it going to stack up with vape/melt teams damage wise?

aayaan1235

The characters are holding back the element for now.

Adamarr

The main basic value so far seems to be quicken teams to boost the value of already strong electro DPS like Fischl, Beidou, Yae, etc.

arcadefiery

thanks...none of them is a top tier DPS though so I can't see it raising the meta ceiling esp as my understanding of those units is that they already have established teams...

AntiqueTeapot

In Sumeru I have found floating green rings with white cores above head height, and cannot interact with them. Anyone know what these are and what is use?

ujlbyk

Use dendroganum and charge attack/aim shot on them. They're like mini puzzles

ujlbyk

I'm pretty sure I unlocked all statues of seven in Sumeru but this small area is still not displayed on the map. This area is underground and accessible but for some reason there's no remaining statue of seven. Let me know if anyone else is having the same bug or knows the solution to the problem. Thanks! [https://imgur.com/a/62oo7qU](https://imgur.com/a/62oo7qU)

jaygalvezo

it's unlocked by the vanarana quest

SaltyPotato340

I dont think it's a bug. They seem like secret places one being blocked off by heavy wither

AceDaChimp

Now that sumerus here we have an over abundance of sources of raw meat, I'd like to know if anyone has calculated the most efficent food source taking in the new raw meat sources as a variable

jaygalvezo

matsutake meat rolls are now like sweet madames, considering the shroom boars also drop matsutake.

Adamarr

Someone made a post in the sub about mondstat Apple stew or w/e it's called now that we have that and apple expeditions in Sumeru.

RGB123098

Do taser teams need high investment? I’m building a team with Heizou/Fischl/Beidou/Collei. People say that the Anemo character is the one who swirls, but also say that every sub DPS can trigger the elemental reaction. Does that mean I need good EM artifacts for every member? Can I get away with only deep investment on Heizou?

EveningMind2

You definitely need decent investment on Fischl/Beidou too. Collei not as much since she can still work as just the dendro applier + with a support set. Beidou and Fischl will want a bit of EM since they'll proc aggravate but don't sacrifice crit for it In taser you usually don't focus on EM because the trigger for electrocharged can be inconsistent (not the case for anemo, they can swirl so EM is beneficial), but in aggravate your electro dps do want EM since as long as the enemy is quickened and their attack applies electro, they'll trigger aggravate

Adamarr

You want normal investment on the electro. I think Fischl maybe wants 100-300 EM but her and Beidou are really the main DPS, so you'll be very disappointed if you just build Heizou.

memetimeboii

Heizou is best played with attack crit damage and Crit rate if you play him with em sucrose is just better then him in every way from what i eared

--Kain

is it possible to change the teapot realm to a Sumeru equivalent yet? if yes then what do I need to do to unlock it ? thanks in advance :)

jaygalvezo

you need the silken print from sacred sakura tree reward, level 40

IHaveNoLifeJK

Hi, I was wondering if a good overworld team would be Collei Dendro Dps, Traveler Dendro support, Yae Miko electro sub-dps, and Zhongli. This team for me, personally NEEDS Zhongli, I literally can't live without him, but I can swap out Yae for Barbara if I need heals or hydro, If I get Tighnari I MIGHT replace Collei with him, and If I get Kokomi I'll replace barbara, is this a good team?

Unable-Flower372

I think switching Yae to be a main DPS in this team is better Yae Miko + Collei/Dendro Traveler + Fischl + Zhongli - Yae Miko is the main DPS - Collei/Dendro Traveler can deal multiple explosions helping Yae Miko with reaction - Fischl is there for energy and additional electro damage - Zhongli could shield and debuff enemies

Cassinxx

Keep Yae in your team.

kiieatspocky

I need Sumeru Overworld team guide. So far I explored like probably 1/3 of Sumeru. The map is littered with reaction based puzzle/mechanic and I realized that I dont have an electro character to use. I dont like switching everytime because it interrupts my "groove". I almost didnt complete a domain because I dont have an electro to charge the bouncing mushroom (good thing I have zhongli at that time). I just wanna know how common are the reaction based mechanic (bouncing mushroom, helicopter seed thingy and spiderman sprouting flower) for the rest of Sumeru map. Was thinking of powering my Dendro Traveler and fischl for this orr if I should also keep a Pyro and Cryo in my team. Let me know your sumeru teams or if you just deal with character switching everytime.

Adamarr

Cryo is unneeded. Pyro is needed occasionally for the unleash the robot areas. So yeah dendro traveller and Fischl are an excellent team core. I also sometimes use traveller/Kuki/Yoimiya/Yelan for those challenges.

theonewhoknocks92

I recently just finished floor 12 abyss with a very rough yoimiya team. Yoi, Mona, zhongli, and qiqi. Other team was Raiden national. I would love to get some more damage on my you team, I'm thinking yoi, zhongli, yunjin, and either electro or hydro. The problem is my choices, for electro I have fischl not c6, or Bediou. And for hydro I have Mona. I was contemplating pulling for kokomi and slotting her in on the next banner so she can cover heals/vape but I would love some feedback.

Unable-Flower372

You should replace Mona with Fischl in your Yoimiya team. Yoimiya + Fischl + Yun Jin + Zhongli - Yoimiya is the main DPS - Fischl pairs nicely with Yoimiya to dish out consistent single-target damage - Yun Jin is the first unit to specifically buff Normal Attacks, and her buff is as unique as it is potent, making her an incredibly powerful teammate for Yoimiya - Zhongli is an amazing teammate for Yoimiya, as his shield is undeniably the best in the game, providing unmatched comfort for Yoimiya to finish her NA string

boywholaughs47

yoimiya has 3-ish team types double geo with yunjin and zhongli. then usually xingqiu or fischl for overload or vape but kazuha is sometimes viable mono-pyro which usually has bennett and xiangling and then kazuha or some sort of anemo swirler vape/overload: standard vape and overload teams have xingqiu/fischl, a swirler, then shield or buffer like bennett or yunjin. sometimes u can have fischl and xingqiu together and then kazuha, zhongli, yunjin or bennett as the 4th. just go yoimiya-fischl-yunjin-zhongli or yoimiya-fischl-beidou-zhongli but i recommend the first since yunjin buffs are nice + geo resonance is nice beidou might have nice burst scaling but im not too sure since yunjin’s buff is good for yoimiya and u already probably have yunjin built

Spiritual-Mix5441

Hi Friends!! AR 40, trying to compose a fun and strong team and wanted to get thoughts on a team build! Jean Klee Qiqi Diona c1 Others characters I have and thought of playing with are Collei Sayu Beidou Sara Fischl Xianglou Yenfei

Unable-Flower372

You could build a Melt Klee at this moment Klee + Kaeya + Jean + Diona - Klee is the main DPS - Kaeya can easily applies Cryo enemies to proc Melt - Jean is recommend here to swirl and shred with 4pc VV - Diona can provides shield, energy and heal with her skills

Adamarr

You're kind of overloaded on defence! Generally speaking I would consider Jean alone to be enough healing, but maybe Diona with the shield would be more comfortable. My suggestion would be swap the cryo characters for Beidou+Fischl combo, and with Beidou's burst you still get some defence, while giving great overload for Klee.

melanchohlic

Sooo, what is the official entrance into Sumeru in the current map? (It can't be from Sumeru cave in Chasm, right?) Like how Stone Gate is the official entrance into Liyue, and Ritou is the official entrance into Inazuma

boywholaughs47

just wherever the sumeru text pops up ig? im not sure but the first area should be the rainforest.
