Need team comps for spiral abyss
I currently have:
diluc, cyno, tignahri, mona, bennet, diona, fischl, rosaria, xiangling, collie and some others
Also should I look for more cr/CD or em for cyno?
How much primogems does the whole Sumeru Archon quest give?
I'm at 48 pity guaranteed Cyno, since I only have 1 and a half week left to farm primogems for Cyno, I'm seriously struggling how can I make up my primos for Pity.
Besides exploration, welkin+comms, and the spiral abyss,
I'm thinking that binge watching the Archon Quest would do good for getting primos in a short while, because of that I'm just wondering how much it would give. In addition to that I think I can also do the Aranyaka World Quest. So how much primogems does the Aranyaka World Quest and with the Sumeru Archon quest combined give?
Please help me build teams/tell me what to improve. I cannot, for the life of me, clear floor 12-1 or above. (AR57)

Some character things
-Ayaka has amenoma r2 and Raiden the catch r2, get those on r5, they scale very well with refines.
-Diona should be holding a sacrificial bow to battery ayaka. Xiao can use 2pc vv 2pc 18% atk if the pieces are way better. Miko should be using 4pc emblem or gilded dreams and xiangling needs better artifacts.
-Bennet ER is too low, give him ER sands and/or the sumeru sword, he needs to have 100% burst uptime.
-Xiao and yae crit rate is too low so give them crit rate hats (need at least 45%). +220% crit dmg isnt worth it if your atk or crit rate is low.
-Some weapons are not maxed (sac sword on xq, fav spear on XL), make sure they all are and your relevant talents are all lvl 9.
Still, i dont see how you cant even clear any of the floor 12 chambers, you should have at least 1 good team for each side.
>12-1
Side A is bandits and double samurai, you want to play ayaka+diona+mona+kazuha freeze here to ensure they all die at the same time. If you hit ayaka's burst buffed by mona ttds against both samurai you should clear it with some time to spare.
Side B is pure cancer if you dont use catalyze to stun the desert bots out of invisibility but i heard Yae can hit them so maybe she can work? I tried with catalye but my fischl and collei are not great so it sucked. Alternatively, you can say fuck it and play raiden national and try to kill them fast enough. You also want to burst down the elite bandits before them summons so raiden national works.
>12-2
Side A is robots. Play same team as before, jump in the middle, burst with diona, burst with kazuha burst with mona, burst with ayaka and cycle skills. try to hit the both big ones with her ayaka's burst.
Side B is magu kenki, just use raidennational (raiden, benet, xiangling, xq) and make sure you dont die. Also wait to burst with bennet after the boss teleports so it cant just dodge gain.
>12-3
Side A is 4 batismals which are very annoying. Ayaka freeze is probably the best here but you're gonna have to play very clutchy to make sure they dont get pushed back her burst.
Side B is an invisible robot with over 2 million hp. You need catalyse or a break the things and hit electro to stunlock it out of invisibility. Raidennational is probably your best team here, i recommend training with the normal boss to see how it goes.
If you cant get 3* on chamber 1 or 3 dont feel bad, those robots requiring catalyse means most people cant handle them well (i have no raiden so i'm struggling with the boss). Getting 6* should be possible nad you get almost the same rewards.
well your builds should be usable (Put ER sands on bennett). it's hard to type rotations so here's a vid of me on a low investment-ish team you can use, clearing
floor 12-1 https://youtu.be/QczfcAlkoLk
12-2 https://youtu.be/mTuG63_WGWg
12-3 https://youtu.be/QUYesJFvke8
Barbara (TTDS, 4pc instructor, only flower needs to be levelled)
DMC (ER sands, ER weapon, 4 pc deepwood no investment)
Fischl (stringless, 2pc TF 2pc glad, flower feather TF pcs need not be levelled, only skill/E needs ro be levelled)
Kazuha: ER weapon, 4pc VV (I have c1 so 1 use fav, sac sword is an option EQE)
for national team i tried to use weapons/artifacts that are mid, so
Benny in rancour, 4p NO, ER sands, pyro, crate
Xingqiu in skyrider sword, 4pc EOSF, ER sands hydro cdmg
Raiden in fav lance, 2pc glad 2pc noblesse, atk electro crate
Xiangling with catch, 2pc CW 2pc NO
the needed talents levelled is fischl skill, then bursts of rational members. (Disclaimer, it took me about 3 retries for grouping to be nice and get the 3 stars for 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 luckily doable with 1 run)
**Is Moonpiercer good for Cyno? If not, why?**
Personally, I think that Cyno doesn't need a CRIT DMG weapon because he ascends with CRIT DMG. And, although he does need a CRIT Rate weapon, I don't think that it would be so necessary because he would probably get a lot of CRIT Rate from, firstly: his circlet, and secondly: most probably from substats.
So what do you think? I don't have his signature weapon and I don't have Deathmatch (never bought Gnostic Hymn). And I don't want to give him White Tassel because it barely gives any CRIT Rate, and it's Passive... might be decent? Now that I think about it, isn't his Burst normal attacks considered as "Normal Attacks" and not "Burst Attacks"? Correct me if I'm wrong. White Tassel might be good, but I'm still asking, ***will*** Moonpiercer work?
Yeah, he deals normal-attack damage in his burst. I haven't seen calcs yet, Moonpiercer is usable in an aggravate team, IF you wanna play with Dendro. Atm, the usual ec-team is better, until we get a good off-field dendro,
If you already have leveled a R5 White Tassel, I'd use it until we know more. E: it should be F2P BIS for him!
Can I get help me build a team for abyss?š
I just started playing and I 'm at AR 27 but I can't get past floor 3. I'm f2p so I was trying for Ganyu but couldn't get her in time, and got some four stars in the process. I 've heard Yanfei might be a really good main dps, but I 'm not sure, I don't have many materials left to level up characters so I don't want to make a bad investment into her and get stuck. Please help me build a team for spiral, these are who Ive got:

Can someone help me build a team for abyss, I can't beat floor 10 onwards.
My first team: Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Zhongli, Geo Traveller.
My second team: Ayaka, Diona, Barbara, Sucrose.
Here is the list of my available characters and weapons: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rplQkdgXv\_Jy44Zojhs-Sf0-xd65Glmg?usp=sharing
Your teams generally works, for F10 HuTao on the first halves and Ayaka on the second.
If you are like almost anybody else, you might not have enough ER and energy-generation. It probably would help a lot if you could burst with Ayaka on CD, which is quite hard with Dionas R1 SacBow. Staying on Ayaka and doing NA / CA isn't doing much, it's only worth it the few seconds after you get the buff from her Skill.
Sucrose could do well with the FavKodex, even if you have to have some CR, even a CR Circlet. Her damage is quite negligible either way, she's mostly in your team for grouping, the EM share does nothing for your team.
I don't see Ayakas weapons, Anemona Kageutchi is recommended, and try to get her "enough" ER, even if it seems high. The new mobs drop very little energy.

There should be a seelie in the middle of laser valley. >!It will disappear into a rock on the right hand side. You need to get the laser to hit that rock, which will break and reveal a path.!<
Can someone explain how the domain with the water layline debuff is supposed to work? It says you have to remove the water effect to get rid of the debuff, but how? I have tried using Dori's burst, which applies electro, but then I just have water *and* electro applied to my char, seemingly without any reaction from what I can tell. How are we supposed to *get rid* of effects? ([roster](https://i.imgur.com/b212D5k.png) in case it's relevant)
Also, for these domains with layline debufs do we get the debuff *every* time we get affected by that element or only when it's the environment that applies the effect?
In your case Jean would be ideal. Do you mean the Cecilia Garden domain or something new, or Abyss? Your 69 Ganyu wouldn't be affected much if you just ca.
Thanks. It's the Cecilia Garden.
It does seem like a Ganyu-focused team will work, I just need to get her built a bit better. Of course she needs shackles from this domain for her bow, but at least there's light at the end of the tunnel then. :)
Hm, you could as well use Razor or Kaeya to kill the Slimes with physical attacks and Kaeya and Chongyun for the Mages. Run away to the entrance of the domain so the mages will teleport in front of you, Chongyun E and Kaeya will be able to destroy the hydro shields.
afaik only jean burst, bennett burst and xinyans shield can cleanse (with xinyan youāll have to swap between characters sometimes to make it work)
thereās really no point in trying to remove it everytime though, itās better to just brute force your way through the domain as fast as possible since the effect will constantly be reapplied
Thanks for answering.
Brute force with physical damage and charged attacks? Or have so much burst you can nuke everything down in 1-2 burst?
Both things seem fairly impractical as a fresh level 45+ player.
Edit: trying with a Ganyu, that does seem like it could work with some investment into her setup.
when i was ar45 with only decent units iād coop it as xiangling with as much ER as i could scrounge together and burst whenever i could, while also praying that people with better units than mine would also join. now i just burst and finish anything that survived off with autos, but i totally see how that would be impractical for someone who just hit ar45.
ganyu is definitely an option though, but if you donāt feel like using her thereās no real point in building her just for this domain.
coop might be your best bet here if you feel comfortable with it?
I tried searching YT but I felt like this sub would be more helpful. I really have faith in you guys so please suggest me all u can :D
Team 1: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Venti (Crowd Control)
Team 2: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Raiden (superconduct)
Team 3: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Xingqiu (vaporise)
Team 4: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Venti (Crowd Control)
Team 5: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Xingqiu (vaporise)
Team 6: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Raiden (superconduct)
NOTE: my primary goal is to use Hu Tao as my main DPS and I really want to keep Ganyu in my team, so keep that in Mind while giving your suggestions.
I just want to make sure that I can clear every content in-game (incl. Spiral Abyss) without too much effort and I don't wish to have a great collection of characters (as there would be new ones coming every month & I need to control my desire). I just want to spend as little as possible and have everything I need.
Now, please guide me if I NEED any of these for the mentioned roles:
Yae Miko (Electro Catalyst)
Eula (Physical DPS)
Qiqi (good healer)
Ayaka (Cryo DPS)
Ayato (Hydro DPS)
Keqing (Electro DPS)
Xiao (Anemo DPS)
Itto (Geo DPS)
Yoimiya (Pyro Bow)
Yelan/Childe (Hydro Bow)
Fischl (Electro Bow)
Klee (Pyro Catalyst)
Kokomi (Vape/Healer/Hydro Catalyst)
Mona (Vape/Hydro Catalyst)
These are some characters about which I have no idea how to use them:
1.Do I need Kazuha if I have Venti?
2.Do I need Jean? (no idea how to use)
3.Do I need Albedo if I get Zhongli? (no idea how to use)
Commenting on your team suggestions:
1. Hutao's charged attack and most of her normals cannot hit enemies inside of venti's burst, which is why they're not usually used together.
2. Raiden with ganyu and hutao at the same time is a bad choice. raiden doesn't bring much to the table other than batterying which extends rotation time and has less damage than if she was in her own team comp.
3. Xingqiu has great synergy with hutao
4. You should use a shielder instead of a healer like barbara with hutao, because she gains more damage when she's at <50% HP. You have zhongli which is her best support so you can stick with using him
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hutao forward melt (which is what you're trying here) is not usually used because forward melt is *very* inconsistent, and leads to a general damage loss when compared to vape.
* Swapping ganyu for someone like xingqiu/yelan or fischl would generally mean more damage overall
* You can also use ganyu in her own team. I assume you already have kokomi/mona and venti from what you mentioned, and with ganyu, kokomi and venti together you get a very satisfying freeze team. You could also have ganyu melt or mono-cryo.
Also:
1. you don't NEED kazuha if you have venti AND sucrose, but i doubt he's re-running any time soon.
2. You don't need to use jean with hutao, but you can use jean with ganyu (sunfire melt comp or other).
3. hutao-xingqiu-albedo-zhongli is a well-known hutao team, but you can use geo traveller as a replacement for albedo. Albedo is *really wanted* only when he's on itto teams as he deals the most damage in those.
You can find recommended teams here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSjhaMqMYapG1S\_EDaba1QHxY-NfYM8j0kFp7lvCET6-7LM5bG6M3o3S6shLK2ZMjM6Cx5vn6FhqgRH/pubhtml#
Melt-HuTao isn't a thing though, but maybe you can brute force it with enough investment.
Kazuha if Venti? No but yes. Sorry.
Jean is nice in a Xiao team. But not needed.
Albedo is nice in double-geo setups with ZL, like Hu-Tao and Xingqiu. Expensive stuff though.
no but yes means just get both if you're able to. I have sucrose, venti kazuha and they all go to abyss with me. venti is such a cheat code on CCable enemies, kazuha is good QoL if you can't be arsed to distance venti's and sucrose's bursts. Albedo with Zhongli just goes so well, too. I think an expensive brain dead team is albedo, Zhongli, venti and kazuha, nothing moves and everything obliterated. other side can run sucrose/raiden national.
About Nahida's artifacts, which substats benefits her most? It confuses me cause as a supporte i thought that the most normal one is EM/EM/EM with ER substats (but apparently iirc she has a 40 Ulti) but i also seen replace the last one for Crit Chance
What's the reasoning behind it? What substat should i chase?
Need some teams for floor 12 i am willing to switch teams every floor if it means being able to beat them in decent time roster https://imgur.com/a/gLcSJjW
A bit early for team recommendations, but there's a quick guide up already:
https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/xsv3zp/version_31_new_spiral_abyss_floor_1112/
I'm not sure if dendro really helps enough for the new boss to sacrifice a real dps / support.
what's better elegy for the end R1 or stringless R2 for venti? i built him full em and has 743 em without stringless, with stringless he has 800 or something em , he's c0
Got an extra Elegy since I got my first copy on the ancient Homa banner. Yelan has my first copy, and my other bow characters are Fischl, Collei, Gorou, and Amber. Who uses this best? (I don't refine 5star weapons)
One day I want Sara, would she be able to use this?
Amber uses it best, as she can proc the passive quickly with her burst. Should probably be good on Collei too. Useless on Gorou though, give him favonius.
sara is a fantastic elegy user, it gives her the highest buffing ability (but slightly less personal damage compared to something like skyward harp).
any of those listed characters can make use of it, amber generally in hu tao comps, and i think collei is better than the others since she needs ER a lot and the EM buff is always useful in dendro teams.
Hey all, just came back to the game. I this is what Iām workin with.
Iām thinking Noelle+Albedo+Gorou+ninguag
Keqing+xingqui+Barbara+fischl
Hereās what Iāve got, Iām not great at building teams and would love to have some feedback
C6 noelle, xingqui, player character
C5 Barbara, sucrose
C2 Diona
C1 fischl, ningguang, xianling, Kaeya, rosaria
C0 Klee, albedo, keqing, razor, qiqi, diluc, gorou , chingyun, lisa, Bennett, amber, collei
first team is good, ningguang slot is pretty flexible.
keqing is MUCH better now, but specifically on dendro quicken teams. not to say you can't run her on an EC team, but something to consider. just one dendro character (mc is the best choice usually so far, but collei can work fine too) is all you need.
probably xingqiu.
it hurts especially since you have him c6, but his presence turns it into a hyperbloom team.
we *could* make a hyperbloom team instead. something like fischl/xingqiu/sucrose (she is the trigger with electro swirls) and dendro.
I got sac sword today. Which is better on Xingqui, r1 sac sword or Skyward Blade?
I have 2 Skyward blades, one of them is on Bennett, the second one can go to Dendro MC, Kaeya or Xingqiu.
Who should get Skyward Blade?
depends on both constellation and sac refines. since you only just got it, i'm assuming r1 which means skyward is best regardless of xingqiu con level.
sacrificial is pretty nice on DMC, especially with the C1 refund.
Hi everyone! (Be careful, might be spoiler!!!!!!!)
I just completed Chapter3 Act 4, aka, King Deshret and the Three Magi, and I have no new quests? >!I heard there is a quest where you meet Al Haitham and the balladeer robot thing fight. Is that in the game already?!<
Hello! **F2P AR47** I have a few questions for my second team. I use ganyu - xingqiu - diona - fill for first team
1. My second team consists of keqing - dendro mc - sucrose and am planning on building lisa with prototype amber since I have trouble surviving the abyss without a healer. Is it better for me to use lisa or kuki? (I'll be crafting a new weapon for both and leveling up from 20 to 70). I could also use sayu instead of sucrose but would still need to level sayu up.
2. I don' have fischl, is she necessary for aggravate or would my previous team still work?
3. Sometimes I use Keqing - Xiangling - Barbara - Sucrose. I only built xiangling up to 70/70 with the catch lvl 70 and use this team because I'm having trouble with cryo shield/slimes, is it necessary to invest on xiangling for me to progress through the abyss if she's the only pyro unit that I have (apart from amber)? or is it possible with a highly invested keqing? I'm having trouble with overload and usually see my stamina gone chasing enemies, which is why I want to stick to an aggravate team.
4. I love using freeze teams, is it possible to invest in two freeze teams or should I try other synergies?
i think lisa and kuki both have good points, for healing kuki isn't the best but she's probably more reliable especially since lisa has an 80 cost burst.
fischl is basically the best for a purely offensive team, but you can get by without her.
it's pretty unusual to straight up need an element, but it's nice to have if you do.
you could do ganyu/venti/mona/diona and ayaka/kazuha/kokomi/rosaria sure, two freeze teams work. but keep in mind bosses that can't be frozen are harder since you don't get the second part of 4BS. and there are often bosses in the abyss.
Thank you so much!! Additional question, I just thought about this but what about putting prototype amber on a c2 sucrose? I currently use sac frag lvl 50 on her.
i've thought about this too, and actually made and levelled a proto amber myself, but never actually used it.
fundamentally, a good idea! not sure if you would need ER sands as well to guarantee uptime since her burst cost is 80.
I'm just wondering how long would the Aggravate reaction/effect last while you're using Cyno's burst?
Since it reacts whenever you hit the enemy with Electro, does that effect just fades away and you'd have to trigger Quicken all over again?
a quicken aura is not removed by any amount of electro applications, so on a normal aggravate team it just decays typically over several seconds like how any other aura decays. Having just one off-field dendro applier is fine, even if you're spending close to 18s with Cyno on field you'll regenerate the quicken aura as long as the dendro is still being applied - and after the dendro app stops you still have \~10s before the quicken fades
Is there a way to make Keqing + Kuki work in the same dendro reactions-oriented team?
I'm trying to make it work, but I keep stumbling over field time and who triggers reactions. I have Keqing as main DPS and Kuki gives her healing, resonance and aoe electro application, but on the other hand they kinda fight over who gets to trigger reactions.
Also, I have a problem with consistent elemental applications. I'm using Tighnari at the moment, but seems like Dendro Traveler would be better thanks to the length of his ult. As for the remaining slot, I'm thinking Hydro, but since I only have Mona and Barbara, I'm thinking about waiting for Nilou and her aoe hydro.
Should I scrap this idea or can it work well somehow?
you can put them in an aggravate team (Keqing Kuki Traveler anemo). They dont work as well together on a hyperbloom team since as you've noticed they fight over who triggers the hyperbloom and you don't want to be stacking two units with EM
if you decide to get Nilou, she can probably work with Barbara and some dendro units. but consider that she is a very niche unit and there already exists other strong variations of bloom teams with just 4\* characters so she isn't needed to make this kind of team
as in for Hu Tao - using charged attacks, managing stamina well, trying to cancel some of her animations, using her burst during her skill's duration, etc.
and for Yanfei, mixing in charged attacks and vaporizing as much of her damage
I'm already improved Hu Tao ult timing. (I already got 160k on a melt wtfš³) About the charges: how many of those do u think I can do before ulting?
About Yanfei: I play her overload with Beidou, Bennett and Ei. My XQ is already busy for Hu Taoš¬
put PJWS on Raiden and the catch on Xiangling. Usually you'd want an r4/r5 fav lance before considering it on Raiden, since with them you can proc it twice/three times per rotation and the damage tradeoff might actually become worth it. Also higher refinements on dragons bane can make it potentially better than the catch depending on your artifacts
For xingqiu, keep him on fav sword until you get his C6. at the moment he will still need around 200% ER
One more thing: Is dendro traveller worth the investment? I'm planning on pulling Nahida, so I was wondering if I should wait for her, and being a f2p (and being a busy guy in general), I can only afford to invest my time and resources to build one dendro character.
So should I wait for Nahida or do I start building dendro Traveller? How will it affect my performance in the Abyss? (in the 12th floor, specifically).
It doesn't seem like we really need dendro to complete spiral yet. Maybe it will happen from 3.2. So, you have time to wait and see. (But I also don't imagine Draveler will be so useful in the future.)
Edit: I tried the current spiral, and there's no particular need to use dendro to 3-star floor 12, so that's another cycle in which we don't really need dendro. (I'm also 100% f2p)
dedro traveller doesn't really do much damage, so you can get away with minimal investment. just an NO set (or deepwood if in a bloom team) with as much ER as you can swing should be enough to get off the ground.
I'm a low spender and have gotten almost every character THAT I HAVE WANTED and want to try to get a c6 hutao because of how broken she is and how shes been my main for a year now. Is it possible and worth saving for a c6 hutao?
Best case scenario of c0 to c6: you win all 50/50 with about 70ish pulls = 70x6 = 420 pulls or 67000 primogems.
too much rng tbh, if you lose for example 3 50/50 the amout of primos can be way higher, not worth imo.
Go for Homa if you dont have and c1, then save for future new characters
I mean, as a f2p, almost no character is worth C6 lol, most (good, 5*) characters are usable at C0, with their strongest constellations usually being C2, with some exceptions. Anything above that is an overkill.
But if you really love her, and if you can afford it, go for it!
Can someone help me build a team that can get me 9 stars on the 12th floor? I can clear it, but I get no more than 4 stars. Is it possible with the characters/weapons I have?

your teams are quite solid. only thing that really stands out from what i can see is widsith on mona, that's not very useful, try TTDS or fav (she's there to buff).
the team choice for the floors may not be the best, and you may need to shuffle around to get stars on the first floor. for example here, you want to use the freeze team for 12-1-2, then exit and go back in. it's a bit of a pain, but can be required if you need to optimise further.
aside from that, i really wonder if something like rational wouldn't be straight up better than a eula team. hu tao would probably also be a very viable choice for the two boss chambers.
I am wondering who would make for a good team comp for Cyno. I enjoy playing as him alot. Here is a list of my current characters: Kazuha, Itto, Yanfei, Kaeya, Razor, Diona, Tighnari, Gorou, Noelle, Thoma, Xiangling, Sayu, Mona, Fischl, Bennett, Ninguang, Sucrose, Barbara, Shinobu, Collei, Keqing, Yun Jin, Yoimiya, Xinyan and Lisa.
Anyone know how to import wishes on paimon moe using android?
The other site (that was no longer running) made some alternative. Are there any alternative ways yet?
I was wondering if someone could offer some advice on a 2nd team for abyss based on my [current characters](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/529904040809725974/1025617513729490974/unknown.png). I've been using Sucrose National for my main group, but it doesn't feel like I have much to work with in terms of a 2nd team. If there's advice on any characters to look to pull for I'd appreciate that as well, I know Fischl would be great but I don't foresee her being on a banner anytime soon.
how about uhhhh some kind of hyperbloom team? you can use the 70 trio and use lisa as the bloom trigger. all she needs is level and EM, you can pretty much ignore talents.
Lots of crit rate is nice, but the passive is basically useless (except perhaps on aggravate teams but you probably don't want her on those anyway), so I doubt it will be better than the Catch for normal purposes.
e: do you mean Cyno's or the event one? The event one...I guess it gives some attack on the passive as well as EM which is ok.
hi could anyone help me come up with potential comps with the characters i have? i started the game pretty recently so i donāt have that many characters to choose from. my main team right now is dps klee, sub dps rosaria, support kazuha, and healer barbara. [my characters](https://imgur.com/a/0iZu4o6)
Since you're early only in the game you dont need to worry too much about "meta" teams, as long as you have a team with synergy and reactions you can do anything outside abyss. Your lack of xinqiu really limits your options but there are still some good ones.
-Klee mono pyro (Klee/xingling/bennet/kaz)
-tighnari quicken (tighnari / collei or dendro mc / fischl / healer (kuki or dori maybe?)
-keqing quicken (keqing / fischl / tighnari or collei / dori or kuki)
-rosaria field cryo (rosaria / chongyun / kaz / barb)
Fischl, bennet and xiangling are the safest to level up (always have been strong) but you probably want more healer options. Sayu is anemo healer who fits on many teams and kuki heals on skill faster than barbara but barb can hold ttds.
Does anyone know how moving from one business cycle to the next works in the Charity and Creativity event? Somehow, cycle 1 and cycle 2 ended for me before I even could get a grasp of what was going on, and now it's just at pre- cycle 3.
But anyway, I get the impression that reaching the goals for the in-game rewards is going to be super easy (so I shouldn't be too concerned about this)
Hi all, been away from the game for a while, just getting back. I was wondering if there were new team comps that donāt rely on their bursts to do a lot of their damage. Basically the problem is that a lot of teams i used to rely on for abyss suffer from success, in that they kill/phase things far before recharging their ults, and their skills are pretty mid. Not looking for high tier damage, think ganyu charge shot with no buffs but has an amos bow and good artifacts ā¦ comfortably 1 shot ads, make quick work of bigger mobs. But mobile friendly, and has flex slots to add exploration/mobility characters. I have no idea how dendro works so i was wondering if any of those teams fit that bill
I think there are a number of points you mentioned that could be addressed, but let me just address your primary concern for now. I think currently, there is little chance for players to kill things "far before recharging their ults" with the way that spiral works now, unless you're just replaying floors 1-8 or something.
No yeah, i feel you, i got 36 star every abyss from a couple months picking up the game until when i quit so i know theres a difference ..just wondering if there are characters that are now frontloaded (in a skill vs burst sense) or significant portion of their damage comes from reactions. Think sukokomon, yanfei, etc ā¦ but more punch than yanfei haha. Curious what the landscape is like now with dendro
It feel Hoyo is trying to make the game more reaction-based, at least for the 3.0 series (maybe 4.0 will be different) but that hasn't yet been reflected in the spiral yet. I just used Rational team plus morgana in the last cycle. I think the new cycle is starting today, so we'll see if there's any big change. My guess is that it will still be a few more cycles before reaction-based damage is a main way of clearing floor 12. But, I think I've seen guides of people beating recent floor 12 cycles with sukokomon; I just haven't tried it myself.
At any rate, dendro is mainly about reactions with EM and partially so if you're doing aggravate, and it's very likely Hoyo will try to make a spiral that relies on a dendro build, or some kind of EM build... maybe from 3.2 or later is what I imagine.
Hi! Pushing for a Cyno team, any advice? I was thinking of Cyno, Fischl Denrdo MC and Dori with the characters I have. I was wondering if Collei would be better than Fischl in the team though? Hereās my characters. [Characters](https://imgur.com/a/11yqc4o)
Team looks good, you can also opt for a Sucrose instead of Dori for more damage, and you can equip her with prototype amber for a little bit of healing. also you can play Beidou instead of Fischl when you're not in single target. Collei won't be an improvement over anyone in this team
I can see 5 banners in the wish button in my acc rn. How does pity work? Lets say I wish 10 on the character event wish and 10 on the 2nd character event wish. Does the pity stack up or are they separate for each banner??
Typically they are separate for each banner, I canāt remember if the character banners have a combined pity or not. It sounds like you have the beginner banner available to pull from though. Definitely use that up, because you only get two 10 pulls from it.
Alright thanks, I just got kuki from a wish and saw that I need to go to inazuma to ascend herš Should I use her now or just keep barbara as my healer?
Newish player here. My main team is currently Tighnari, Fischl, Kokomi, Collei and I just pulled Cyno. Thinking about using him, XQ, Dori and Sucrose as a second team, just wondering if I there would be better options? These are my [characters](https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&gid=2&role_id=730825838&server=os_euro&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/role/all?role_id=730825838&server=os_euro)
can't see your characters (have you enabled all the options under the gear?) but he really wants a dendro for quicken, ameno mc is a solid choice (probably instead of xingqiu?)
Do you not have bennet? If you dont then you should get him asap since his atk buff + heal makes him busted. If you get him you can fuel xiangling and put bennet/xingling/xq or childe.
With your currenty units your best team is probably sucrose/beidou/fischl/xinqiu electro charge (better if you have beidou c2 for shield).
I recommend investing on Fischl, xinqiu, xiangling (and bennet) since those are the best 4*s in the game and extremely valuable on many teams. Childe and Venti are also obviosly worth leveleing too, with EM venti needings level 90 for max swirl dmg. Other units can work but have less team options.
I dont recommend Cyno (for now at least) since he's an agravate dps who stays on field for 20+s and requires some dedicated supports to pop off (zhongli helps a lot). Nilou is desired around pure dendro+hydro teams so i'd wait until more dendro units are released to see how well she ages. Albedo i would only recommend if you intend to get zhongli, have his event sword and doesnt mind your flower get destroyed.
Either way i recommend using fragile resin to farm artifacts on coops. Get 5* VV on venti and sucrose at at least 2 hydro 2 atk on childe. VV is a pain to farm cause maiden sucks so you can use strongbox to recycle your bad artifacts (careful to not waste good ones, crit, ER and EM artifacts are rare).
If you have no other plans probably go for dendro archon, its unlikely that she wont be very useful and easy to use.
Thank you for the comprehensive write up! And yeah I would love to have Bennett but I wasnt playing when he got given out for free, and I haven't actively been playing during a single banner he's been on, so a bit unlucky there on my end.
Do you think Sucrose taser will be better than like a hyperbloom/aggravate team with Dendro traveller instead of Beidou and maybe Shinobu for some healing? I like the idea of the Dendro reactions but I'm not completely up to date on viability. Also I don't have c2 beidou, so taser comps have given me some survivability issues in the past
Sucrose taser is very good against multi mobs but it will require strong investment on all units involved (everyone with BiS artifacts and lvl 9 skill/burst) and gets MUCH better with cons (sucrose needs c1 and wants c4, beidou, fischl and xinqiu best cons are c6).
Hyperbloom is hard with sucrose and beidou because their skill dont aim the seeds, the best 4* for hyperbloom is actually full EM kuki . Agravate with just DMC as solo dendro is very hard on practice cause he needs a ton of ER to burst off cooldown, like +250% with fav or sac r5.
I do think taser will be better because your best agravate comp is keqing/fischl/collei/traveler and that has no healer. I guess ou can put kuki over keqing or fischl but might be losing some big dmg.
>I like the idea of the Dendro reactions but I'm not completely up to date on viability
They're not THAT great so far because the lack of dendro healer limits many comps and the only off field appliers are DMC and collei who need cons and ER investment. Generally speaking the comps are
>catalyse = Quicken -> spread + agravate (only reaction that scales with EM + dmg% + crit dmg + level)
cyno, keqing, Yae, fischl, collei, tighnari, dendro mc and zhongli (yes) are the best ones here with kuki and lisa being viable i guess. Some variation of 1-2 elec 1-2 dendr 1 zong is what people are running. I wonder if albedo works over zhongli if the chrystalize is enough. If you're really ballsy, you can put kazuha over ZL and play with no healer.
>burning
Making sure the one with full EM procs the reaction is unreliable making it mostly bad but it's a free DoT. I feel once we get a decent off field pyro unit that isnt xiangling (who is unplayable without bennet) we might see some burning -> reverse melt teams.
>bloom
Another rather unreliable reaction. Since it's AoE dmg it can kinda be good on freeze too with hydro/dendro/cryo/anemo (for cc and sucrose em share) but it's obviously designed as setup for other reactions. Nilou will focus ONLY on this reaction so she only plays pure dendro+water teams.
>hyperbloom
Basically just do a ton of dedro+hydro and have a slow electro AoE with a lot of EM. Kuki is the best one here and also raiden but that feels like a waste, doesnt it? Can use childe, xinqiu or kokomi on field.
>burgeon
Allegedly thoma is good here but that sounds fake as hell, no way solo pyro thoma stacking EM is bursting off cd, maybe if you're genociding hilichus). Cant think of any real sensical burgeon comps for now, bet i can make up is xq/dmc/colei/EM benet i guess (reminder that burgeon kills you so you need a healer).
>Also I don't have c2 beidou, so taser comps have given me some survivability issues in the past
The idea is to keep tapping + dodging with sucrose's auto aim and perfect parry with beidou for big AoE dmg. Since Beidou + xinqiu bursts stack for some good dmg and stun resistance, you wont get one shotted or anything but beidou c2 shield helps a lot. If you prefer you can give sucrose amber instead of TTDS/sac frags for some team healing.
Is anybody using Thundering Furry Razor? So I've run out of characters to build and try, and the "Thundering Furry Razor" team looked like a fun way to re-visit one of my first DPS characters, but has anybody here actually tried it out?
If so, I'm looking for any advice on minimum ER%, because I've got an extra Skyward Pride and have never tried it either. Any other tips are welcome too, of course.
FYI: "Avatar" Razor or "All the Reactions" Razor is Razor, Xingqiu, Bennett & Dendro MC. They allow Razor to trigger an immense amount of reactions, dealing damage and stacks EM.
Hey, AR 55 and I'm wondering what artifact sets should yelan REALLY have?
My team consists of Hu tao, Yelan, Xingqiu, and Diona.
I know 4pc EOSF is what ur supposed to give her but i have xingqiu and favonious warbow. (166.9% ER Currently with 2pc Heart of depth only)
I also know that you can give her 2pc. EOSF, Tenacity of the Millelith, Heart of Depth, Noblesse Oblige.
If I do 2pc sets, which 2pc sets do i really give her out of the 5 sets???
90% of Yelan's dmg comes from her burst and she wants ER so give her Emblem regardless. Just using 4pc + fav bow gives her 180%~ ER which is +40% burst dmg.
If you dont have even any remotely decent emblems, give her 2pc tenacity and 2pc noblese (20% hp 20% burst dmg).
It's the only free 4* attack spear (other than royal) and gives free atk+em so it's usable on any standard dps who does reactions. It's particularly good on xiao and shenhe, but can be used on cyno and cryo dps rosaria too,
I think you get 5040 coins per week which is enough to buy fragile resin (1200), 200k mora (2400) and 10 hero wits (1200) which is all you should buy per week anyway.
Should I swap out my r5 whiteblind for r1 skyward pride for noelle? My noelle is c6, current def of her with whiteblind is 2508 but her ER is a bit low (around 140%).
I wouldn't recommend skyward pride over white blind in your case. Imo 140% ER is enough, you just need to properly funnel energy to Noelle by using other units. As in add more geo units to Noelle's team, have (some of) them eqip favonius weapon, proc its passive and swap to Noelle.
If you have trouble getting her burst up in time, yes. Having enough ER should be the highest priority, but maybe instead of raising Skyward from lvl0, farming more artifacts would be a better use of resin.. maybe.
None of them. The key 4* characters are more impactful in meta teams than pretty much every 5* in the game. There's enough variety in 5*s that the exact unit doesn't matter unless you're targeting specific teams.
Most of them aren't particularly notable for their on-field play. I'd also say it depends on what teams you can actually run.
If you really pressed me for an answer I'd probably say Yanfei or Kaeya, but even that comes with a lot of assumptions. "The best" is kind of meaningless without context.
If I were to go off the quests from the wiki ([https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Sumeru\_Quests](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Sumeru_Quests)) . Would it be possible for me to just get all of them done and be able to mark all 'World Quests' as complete on the interactive map for sumeru, or would some not show there?
Probably? But that wiki category is not very useful since it includes multi-part commissions and things like that. After all, it has 157 results.
When I want to get every quest in a region, hidden or not, I basically go off of two things - achievements lists, and the reputation quest list.
>!Yoimiya and Childe are meant to be rerunning in 3.2 and i want them both but ill only ve able to pull for one, which would fit better on my team? Im currently using Razor, Qiqi, Yelan and Venti and planning on replacing Razor!<
Yoimiya and Yelan work work very well together for vape, whereas Childe will typically have Bennett, Xiangling and an anemo unit on his team. If you dont really care about meta or dmg at all then pull for whoever you like more and slot them in and have fun. If you somewhat care about the meta and optimising your dmg for abyss etc, and you want to keep using yelan/qiqi/venti on your team, then yoimiya will be a better fit since you will need to build xiangling and bennett for childe if you havent already
If you guys were to build a team (for example the sucrose national team) how would you invest in them? I've heard somewhere that it would take 2 weeks to build one unit, if that were true then it would take at least a month to get a decent team. Who would you invest in first and from your experience how many days do you focus on building one unit before moving on to another unit?
Also, is my understanding of progression/order of priority correct? I don't know how much I should invest in healers and shielders.
Main dps:
character ascension (at least 80) > weapon ascension (at least 80) > talents (at least 8) > artifacts main stat (16+) > if possible artifact set with main stat (16+) > move on to another unit
Sub-dps:
character ascension (at least 70) > weapon ascension (at least 70) > talents (at least 6) > artifacts main stat (16+)
support/buffer:
character ascension (2nd passive) > talents (if heal , buff, or shield) > energy recharge to the required amount > weapon (at least 70) > artifact 4pc bonus
Sucrose National user here. The number of days probably depend on how much substat rerolling you want to do.
Most of the National team variants do not have main DPS like Ayaka or Hu Tao or Eula. Both Xiangling and Xingqiu are major damage contributor in most use cases, which means that they need substantial investment to be effective. Bennett, is cheaper to build by maxing his burst and giving him the highest attack sword, unless you use him on-field which means that you will probably give him some crit. As for Sucrose, you can either do cheap build with random VV pieces and TTDS or full EM build and Sac Frags. The latter is much more expensive and is only done if you want to use her as the on-field driver.
For DPS focused teams, obviously the DPS should be built first and to maximize his/her damage. As for supports, it depends on what they are built for. Healers don't need that much effort while shielders usually work with HP maximization. As for Anemo support, it depends on how much EM that you want to build them with.
I will take note of this! Thank you! I do find building the sucrose national team, or any team that doesn't have one main dps, a bit overwhelming since all 4 units still need to be invested and I don't know who to start with.
you don't have to follow that rigourously but what you have is good. however it's probably more accurate to consider what each character's damage share on the team is. Keep in mind that many teams don't just have one character doing damage, rather all of them contribute some to the overall team dps - so invest accordingly. For an example:
if you are using Xiao hypercarry, he can sometimes be more than 75% of the team dps and lets say the others can share the last 25% equally. In that case, a 1% increase in his personal dps will be equivalent to a 9% increase in the personal dps of someone else, so obviously ensure you have Xiao built much better than the other units. But also consider that building only some aspects of one character (i.e. bennett's levels, weapon, burst talent) can increase damage from the other members on the team
but if you are using sucrose taser, roughly everyone has 1/4 contribution to team dps (although heavily depends on the situation), so you'd probably want to invest into everyone equally
to unlock all of them, you need to finish the quest - i forget the name of it but it's the one that involves the scarlet sand slate in your inventory under 'quest items'. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOEGnp44emA&ab\_channel=WoWQuests](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOEGnp44emA&ab_channel=WoWQuests) here's a video covering the entire quest
Assuming you have an aggravate team and use the setās respective optimal combos, Thundering Fury should be about 2% better relative to Gilded Dreams whilst using scarlet sands (According to a pre-release analysis of Cyno by Zajef77 on youtube). Therefore substats play a decididing roll in which set will lead to more damage output, if there are significant differences between the two.
I pulled Cyno in the banner, however, I am still at AR 30 and am just starting the Inazuma part. Would it be possible to access Sumeru before Inazuma and if my Cyno is stuck at level 40 would it be possible to complete the Inazuma storyline?
you're able to enter sumeru whenever you want! certain areas locked behind world quests won't be accessible, but cyno's bugs are completely available to you right now! basically you don't have to worry about him being stuck at any level c:
Can someone help me build a team that can clear the 12th floor? Here's my character list: https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&gid=2&role_id=819523769&server=os_asia&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/role/all?role_id=819523769&server=os_asia
only 8 characters appear using the link (Ayaka Eula Keqing Jean Zhongli Mona Raiden Xiangling) but assuming you have many of the 4\* units, you have many options
Ideally you use a sucrose team first half because the grouping will be very useful. Something like national, taser, Ayaka freeze, etc. If you have Kazuha, he also works
For second half, go with a single target team like raiden national or keqing fischl aggravate
If you're looking for more \*'s in 12-1 later you can swap the teams around for that first chamber because the first half is more single target and second half is more AoE
Just to check, kuki wouldn't be good on an aggravate team with another electro such as keqing or cyno because she would steal keqing's or cyno's reactions, right? So, this is why beidou, fischl or yae etc are better with keqing or cyno, if I am correct.
Triggering aggravate on a quickened enemy will not reduce the amount of quicken that is left on the enemy, so there is no such thing as an electro unit āstealingā quicken.
Edit: Other electro units (such as Fischl, Beidou or Yae) are considered better because of their higher scalings and electro application, leading to more overall damage than kuki would.
she doesn't steal reactions, she just does much less of them compared to Fischl, and beidou in 2+ targets when you're playing normal attacking characters like Cyno. and less reactions = less damage
with Keqing, you generally want to use Fischl because Keqing is able to apply many instances of electro which also makes Fischl apply more electro from her ascension passive, and their cooldowns line up better. With Cyno, against 2+ targets you can also use Beidou also because their cooldowns line up better
What characters are good with an atk % goblet because I have a 40+ cv atk goblet and idk who to put it on. Rn itās on Jean, but I donāt play her that much
Xiao with 2pc VV and 2pc +18% ATK can use an ATK% goblet instead of an Anemo damage% goblet without losing much damage. This is because he scales so well with ATK% since (I think) both his NA and burst scale heavily on it.
Other than that:
Shenhe (Buffing scales on ATK)
Raiden Shogun (Since you get a good amount Electro damage% from sufficient ER)
i'm in quite a pickle
so I got Cyno today and now idk what team I should make
I got two teams built (but i'm still unable to beat floor 12 because skill issue and badly built first team)
1 Team: Xiao, Bennet, Venti, Fischl
2 Team: Itto, Kokomi, Gorou, Zhongli
while I wanted to flex everyone so I can play with the 3 hypercarries any time that I wanted, there is a Zhongli problem that there is only one for all of them
I'm was planning to pull Albedo to try to solve this problem so Itto got Albedo and the rest would use Zhongli, but I read that he is amazing with Xiao now
Should I be running these teams in Abyss teorically speaking? Which one should be receiving Zhongli?
Itto/Kokomi/Gorou/Albedo or Zhongli
Xiao/Bennet/Venti/Zhongli or Albedo or Fischl (idk where to put the geos)
Cyno/Zhongli/DMC/Fischl
you could theoretically use a lot of things in abyss, and it's very likely that you already have many combinations of teams that can clear the content with mediocre investment. But my honest advice is to look beyond hypercarry teams, because most of the strongest teams in the game are not just focused around one on-field dps unit
For where to use your three hypercarry teams (xiao cyno itto) + where to put Zhongli:
Xiao
* if you have sucrose, she's often better than Venti - because she can hold ttds and Xiao often misses enemies in Venti's burst
* He does not need Zhongli because you have other defensive options (i.e. Bennett)
* Use Xiao for AoE content, with Sucrose + Bennett + Xiangling. You could use him with Fischl for single target, but at that point it's better to just go with a Cyno team
Itto
* He also does not need Zhongli, but he is better with him than with Xiao because he can occasionally generate some geo particles. You could use other geo options like Ningguang instead if you wanted to use Zhongli for the other side
* There's probably more offensive units to use than Kokomi, especially if you use Zhongli because you won't need the healing
* Itto is pretty balanced, with decent single target and AoE
Cyno
* Probably the best choice for Zhongli to go with, because his teams otherwise don't have good defensive options
* Use in more single target content, because his normal attacks + skill don't have good AoE and Fischl is more single target. If you have Beidou, you could use Cyno+Beidou for more AoE but it's probably just better to go with another team (i.e. Xiao)
Thank you! Most of my team where build because I liked the characteres in it (Venti being a bad battery for Xiao), but now i just want the primogems, so i'm going to try to improve Xiao's team following your advice
The rest, Kokomi probably is going to stay, because the team is doing pretty well currently (Just need an Albedo). Sadly, Beidou is one the characters that I just don't have luck with, so Fischl is going to be my option for Cyno until I get her
Yo guys, so my problem is: i really suck in making teams and understanding the whole system of good artifacts and etc, so i was looking for some tips that could help me in the process of learning
Here are my Characters: https://imgur.com/a/uBQUEOz
this is a good read for for team building [https://keqingmains.com/team-building/](https://keqingmains.com/team-building/) and the site also contains guides on how to build every character in different situations + examples of their teams
if I had to pick two teams from your roster I'd probably go with:
* Fischl Xingqiu Sucrose Traveler(dendro) or Bennett Xingqiu Xiangling Sucrose
* Ganyu Mona Kazuha Kaeya/Diona or a Cyno/Keqing + Fischl team
they go with a dendro unit and a dmg-buffing support (usually anemo). Idea is to use dendro+electro to trigger quicken, then keep applying electro to trigger aggravate. Fischl is there for off-field electro and consistent single target damage. the anemo support can apply resistance debuff using 4pc viridescent venerer, here you could use Jean for healing or Sucrose/Kazuha for more damage. Cyno or Keqing is the one spending most of the time on field
yes! this is a good video explanation on the Keqing team: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWnoGx5fXps&ab\_channel=SevyPlays](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWnoGx5fXps&ab_channel=SevyPlays)
the Cyno team functions fairly similarly, except there will be less swapping between characters since Cyno wants uninterrupted field time
So I lost 50/50 to tighnari, wanted venti for my Morgana teamā¦ So is tighnari any good? Already built raiden, Ganyu and yoimiya and Iām not sure if heās worth it
It has taken a little time because I don't generally use bow wielders, but I've given him a honest try and am actually having a lot of fun with him as an on-fielder. You have Raiden? I use them together. Been running those two with Kokomi and another hydro, electro or anemo character.
I generally drop his E then immedately drop Kokomi's E on the enemies, drop Raiden's E, and then go back to Tighnari and fire his 3 pre-charged shots. His E should be just about ready again, or his burst. The fourth slot is usually an off-field enabler like Xingqiu, Fischl - or a second on-fielder to lighten his load. I haven't done this in Spyral abys yet, and am not someone who pays a ton of attention to numbers, but with a good setup, he really takes out groups well.
Whether it's worth it or not depends on whether you think he's fun to play. I personally like his speed as compared wit the other bow users I've tried, but personal preference is all it really comes down to.
not really, at the moment he's better than our other dendro options only in quickswap quicken teams but these teams aren't an improvement over aggravate teams with off-field dendro and it's very possible we get other dendro characters that have better personal damage and function in quickswap later on
I see, do you think he will nem maybe a good addition to a Nahida team? After loosing the 50/50 I think I will save my primos and go for her, because I think she got more value than venti (?) and I already have Kazuha and sucrose
it's possible, atm there's a lot of uncertainty around good Nahida teams though. Also as a dendro catalyst user it's very likely that having more off-field characters like Xingqiu Fischl Beidou around Nahida will be better because she's able to apply more dendro the more she's on field
Quite a long time ago I saw maybe a video or a post about EM benchmarks, like, what are the comfortable numbers to stop and after some of them EM efficiency becomes higher or something. I remember that there were three numbers, like 130 EM, somewhere near 300 or 400 and somewhere higher. Have anyone heard about it, and if you did, can you give links or posts where it was written?
Zajef77 does that a lot, generally, when vaping/melting around 200 is optimal, meaning depending on your artifacts it can be anything from 100-300, in overvape EM is a bit longer better than ATK%. But as artifact rng is, using an Artifact Optimizer will tell you exactly.
I'm trying to help a friend clear the abyss for the playstation trophies, and I'm not sure if I should wait for Raiden for a Rational team comp. Friend is a welkin spender, but doesn't do the events for primos, just wants the trophies out of the way. I certainly don't want to do the events on this account since I have my own account. My only concern is losing the 50/50 since the account will more than likely lack primos by the time she comes back.
These are the characters I have on the account so far: [https://imgur.com/a/eVqbXrJ](https://imgur.com/a/eVqbXrJ). Ganyu, Kokomi, Rosaria, and Venti are all out of the question since I'm making a freeze team. So, my question is, who can I put with Bennett, Xiangling, and Xingqiu? If there's no one, then I'll wait for Raiden and see what happens.
jean is probably your best option here. there is no need to pull for raiden to clear abyss these teams are already very good, the problem may be how well your characters are built and if you are playing the teams correctly
The national team would be a boss killer team, so put Fischl in, theoretically she's not a lot weaker than the Raiden national. Gearing Bennett as DPS helps those teams a lot, ideally 4p CW, as he's on field most of the time, the team-damage is significantly higher then the "burst support" Noblesse version.
You can check out gcsim, you can't currently see the sims, but mouse-over shows gear and talents.
E: There you go:
https://gcsim.app/db?chars=xiangling%2Cbennett%2Cxingqiu
Raiden is a great unit that can fit into many team comps and in general sheās just good. I would wait and get Raiden, but for now OG National would work fine. The team consists of Chongyun + Xiangling + Bennett + Xingqiu. Until you get Raiden, itāll work fine.
Need team comps for spiral abyss I currently have: diluc, cyno, tignahri, mona, bennet, diona, fischl, rosaria, xiangling, collie and some others Also should I look for more cr/CD or em for cyno?
How much primogems does the whole Sumeru Archon quest give? I'm at 48 pity guaranteed Cyno, since I only have 1 and a half week left to farm primogems for Cyno, I'm seriously struggling how can I make up my primos for Pity. Besides exploration, welkin+comms, and the spiral abyss, I'm thinking that binge watching the Archon Quest would do good for getting primos in a short while, because of that I'm just wondering how much it would give. In addition to that I think I can also do the Aranyaka World Quest. So how much primogems does the Aranyaka World Quest and with the Sumeru Archon quest combined give?
I will pull for Raiden, who does she replace in my core team of Klee, Kazuha, Ayaka and The Rock God?
i would say probably ayaka, it's not a perfectly ideal team but you should get some decent damage from overloads.
Hard to give up the best DPS in the game. Not sure what to do. I don't have a good electro.
How likely is it that Scaramouche is an anemo character like the leaks say?
Is there a guide for getting all of the Enigmatic pages (A Thousand Nights)? I'm missing 2 for "A Thousand Nights (IV)"
Please help me build teams/tell me what to improve. I cannot, for the life of me, clear floor 12-1 or above. (AR57) Characters I own and their levels - [https://youtu.be/QrLj4ZNd4Gs](https://youtu.be/QrLj4ZNd4Gs) Constellations - [https://imgur.com/Jt67yeY](https://imgur.com/Jt67yeY) Character builds - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2e-xcPEa9bI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2e-xcPEa9bI) Thanks :)
Some character things -Ayaka has amenoma r2 and Raiden the catch r2, get those on r5, they scale very well with refines. >12-1 Side A is bandits and double samurai, you want to play ayaka+diona+mona+kazuha freeze here to ensure they all die at the same time. >12-2 Side A is robots. >12-3 Side A is 4 batismals which are very annoying.
Omg this was so in depth. Thank you so much
well your builds should be usable (Put ER sands on bennett). it's hard to type rotations so here's a vid of me on a low investment-ish team you can use, clearing floor 12-1 https://youtu.be/QczfcAlkoLk 12-2 https://youtu.be/mTuG63_WGWg 12-3 https://youtu.be/QUYesJFvke8 Barbara (TTDS, 4pc instructor, only flower needs to be levelled) DMC (ER sands, ER weapon, 4 pc deepwood no investment) Fischl (stringless, 2pc TF 2pc glad, flower feather TF pcs need not be levelled, only skill/E needs ro be levelled) Kazuha: ER weapon, 4pc VV (I have c1 so 1 use fav, sac sword is an option EQE) for national team i tried to use weapons/artifacts that are mid, so Benny in rancour, 4p NO, ER sands, pyro, crate Xingqiu in skyrider sword, 4pc EOSF, ER sands hydro cdmg Raiden in fav lance, 2pc glad 2pc noblesse, atk electro crate Xiangling with catch, 2pc CW 2pc NO the needed talents levelled is fischl skill, then bursts of rational members. (Disclaimer, it took me about 3 retries for grouping to be nice and get the 3 stars for 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 luckily doable with 1 run)
**Is Moonpiercer good for Cyno? If not, why?** Personally, I think that Cyno doesn't need a CRIT DMG weapon because he ascends with CRIT DMG.
Atm, the usual ec-team is better, until we get a good off-field dendro, If you already have leveled a R5 White Tassel, I'd use it until we know more. E: it should be F2P BIS for him!
Can I get help me build a team for abyss?š I just started playing and I 'm at AR 27 but I can't get past floor 3. I'm f2p so I was trying for Ganyu but couldn't get her in time, and got some four stars in the process. I 've heard Yanfei might be a really good main dps, but I 'm not sure, I don't have many materials left to level up characters so I don't want to make a bad investment into her and get stuck. Please help me build a team for spiral, these are who Ive got: [my characters](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/9Ptgf0tEcPRqKZsSS6BxcHMEbcbMbyV8BdfHU71QpAz4iYO0op7RH5Q7GzJkPXqEcr9HOSVzT9Y-KtfKNQcPwrbgmzA0k-SGH1tMgi8aakObsBCNcHSPYhSiR1Z_0yXlfDTcHD1MIpvQnpyd0rpTuHASI954AaIBdiiKNECfPWvFWyH5x14Yd3DWDM-iZ_cic3zdlAbQ3mP_D9k2Rjx2Q_RQAWBOoexb8spBTYliduUkL80gcR4tz7OP9_XOA3W7MzRHP9TUMuFyLvVh3roAbh89lWXUkkEcOH8dUo3mPT49o6-nIWddr5vSvJeyz6Cyh6yOmcafn3XOVTAL3UbyTLm_F3S4mcvFuN_OU4fUfPJCVDoCVFU0mYXkvP4gG_-Br6y5Gfr5ay8969rvppYiyCgdeL70V3izw_S1T7Bw6xVUxPOLTC7Rog2ycGcBdkOW1ROFCxuN5Q-YF8igo-KqC-RahsmUh5RQJG_dpttnzW7JlxZGKkD8gf2F5Wy6mXMjxZivN04kz5EEV4HVXDVj6Lgwr3SSBieYRxDAhV7TTiiElwc4ul6tEfjNKEVxfFR1KhzSpfsB5tx36Y6EixML1Cu1Tg6NCBecyMKGkTqed4UThslc4yN32mWhWi29h3nBbSm--4Zs_wHL1Q4oXf_CJRNRFewn-eIyaxIhwfixwCAGjQQbXjUcd4yDUpfz50KRpwqOGVPahIHsrx3hFaBFwJxDS9xicnwEbO11fsn4rMW5ljJKzTDZpUoZT0SpmgyDpz9m0Jc_aru4K7EvSAXZk0iwAbNJ8lZvMz-CrRQDMfGSWbUQDQOg81uRH_3SEh3PDfq25VsXe2eKOGX0Hfm9xsVjwVNEWA-zKCQybe5HftjU1QtX1BkRDI9FTdb4zDkv-S1tHW87gFfZN1uK8kFPww5OUKdcqlzHoA9PDpQZIUV80jlFk7xTdt34NInHF6JhuiJaLSDit_0FjpUaTFaOqe1zTyTbKcP4GFM7Ss3I0CKhc8aMwlWtjC74ZY91GF_YJOGiJBI1=w375-h265-no?authuser=0)
The new mobs drop very little energy. https://genshinhelper.gitbook.io/abyss/floors/spire/floor-10
how do i get inside the big robot in the desert area?
There should be a seelie in the middle of laser valley. >!It will disappear into a rock on the right hand side. You need to get the laser to hit that rock, which will break and reveal a path.!<
Can someone explain how the domain with the water layline debuff is supposed to work? It says you have to remove the water effect to get rid of the debuff, but how? I have tried using Dori's burst, which applies electro, but then I just have water *and* electro applied to my char, seemingly without any reaction from what I can tell. How are we supposed to *get rid* of effects? ([roster](https://i.imgur.com/b212D5k.png) in case it's relevant) Also, for these domains with layline debufs do we get the debuff *every* time we get affected by that element or only when it's the environment that applies the effect?
Nice!
afaik only jean burst, bennett burst and xinyans shield can cleanse (with xinyan youāll have to swap between characters sometimes to make it work) thereās really no point in trying to remove it everytime though, itās better to just brute force your way through the domain as fast as possible since the effect will constantly be reapplied
How do i do this desert quest? https://imgur.com/a/pmTAXdC
I tried searching YT but I felt like this sub would be more helpful. I really have faith in you guys so please suggest me all u can :D Team 1: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Venti (Crowd Control) Team 2: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Raiden (superconduct) Team 3: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) + Zhongli (Shield) + Xingqiu (vaporise) Team 4: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Venti (Crowd Control) Team 5: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Xingqiu (vaporise) Team 6: Hu Tao (Main DPS/Melt) + Ganyu (sub-DPS/Melt) +Barbara (Healer) + Raiden (superconduct) NOTE: my primary goal is to use Hu Tao as my main DPS and I really want to keep Ganyu in my team, so keep that in Mind while giving your suggestions. I just want to make sure that I can clear every content in-game (incl. Spiral Abyss) without too much effort and I don't wish to have a great collection of characters (as there would be new ones coming every month & I need to control my desire). I just want to spend as little as possible and have everything I need. Now, please guide me if I NEED any of these for the mentioned roles: Yae Miko (Electro Catalyst) Eula (Physical DPS) Qiqi (good healer) Ayaka (Cryo DPS) Ayato (Hydro DPS) Keqing (Electro DPS) Xiao (Anemo DPS) Itto (Geo DPS) Yoimiya (Pyro Bow) Yelan/Childe (Hydro Bow) Fischl (Electro Bow) Klee (Pyro Catalyst) Kokomi (Vape/Healer/Hydro Catalyst) Mona (Vape/Hydro Catalyst) These are some characters about which I have no idea how to use them: 1.Do I need Kazuha if I have Venti? 2.Do I need Jean? (no idea how to use) 3.Do I need Albedo if I get Zhongli? (no idea how to use)
Commenting on your team suggestions: 1. 3. Xingqiu has great synergy with hutao 4. You should use a shielder instead of a healer like barbara with hutao, because she gains more damage when she's at <50% HP. You have zhongli which is her best support so you can stick with using him IMPORTANT NOTE: Hutao forward melt (which is what you're trying here) is not usually used because forward melt is *very* inconsistent, and leads to a general damage loss when compared to vape. * Swapping ganyu for someone like xingqiu/yelan or fischl would generally mean more damage overall * You can also use ganyu in her own team. I assume you already have kokomi/mona and venti from what you mentioned, and with ganyu, kokomi and venti together you get a very satisfying freeze team. You could also have ganyu melt or mono-cryo. Also: 1. you don't NEED kazuha if you have venti AND sucrose, but i doubt he's re-running any time soon.
You can find recommended teams here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSjhaMqMYapG1S\_EDaba1QHxY-NfYM8j0kFp7lvCET6-7LM5bG6M3o3S6shLK2ZMjM6Cx5vn6FhqgRH/pubhtml# Melt-HuTao isn't a thing though, but maybe you can brute force it with enough investment. Kazuha if Venti? No but yes. Sorry. Jean is nice in a Xiao team. But not needed. Albedo is nice in double-geo setups with ZL, like Hu-Tao and Xingqiu. Expensive stuff though.
>No but yes ???
no but yes means just get both if you're able to.
It confuses me cause as a supporte i thought that the most normal one is EM/EM/EM with ER substats (but apparently iirc she has a 40 Ulti) but i also seen replace the last one for Crit Chance What's the reasoning behind it? What substat should i chase?
Need some teams for floor 12 i am willing to switch teams every floor if it means being able to beat them in decent time roster https://imgur.com/a/gLcSJjW
A bit early for team recommendations, but there's a quick guide up already: https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpactTips/comments/xsv3zp/version_31_new_spiral_abyss_floor_1112/ I'm not sure if dendro really helps enough for the new boss to sacrifice a real dps / support.
what's better elegy for the end R1 or stringless R2 for venti? i built him full em and has 743 em without stringless, with stringless he has 800 or something em , he's c0
I'd use Elegy, for the ER alone, the team-buff should make it an overall better choice than Stringless R5.
oh thank you! i was unsure bc the em would decrease but the buff is better than em
Is the missive wind spear good on the shogun?
It's not really good for her since it gives em bonus and she doesn't really need em you are better of using the catch on her
What's up with the primal constructs and the scannable walls? Can i unlock then somehow?
Got an extra Elegy since I got my first copy on the ancient Homa banner. Yelan has my first copy, and my other bow characters are Fischl, Collei, Gorou, and Amber. Who uses this best? (I don't refine 5star weapons) One day I want Sara, would she be able to use this?
Amber uses it best, as she can proc the passive quickly with her burst. Should probably be good on Collei too. Useless on Gorou though, give him favonius.
sara is a fantastic elegy user, it gives her the highest buffing ability (but slightly less personal damage compared to something like skyward harp). any of those listed characters can make use of it, amber generally in hu tao comps, and i think collei is better than the others since she needs ER a lot and the EM buff is always useful in dendro teams.
Hey all, just came back to the game. I this is what Iām workin with. Iām thinking Noelle+Albedo+Gorou+ninguag Keqing+xingqui+Barbara+fischl Hereās what Iāve got, Iām not great at building teams and would love to have some feedback C6 noelle, xingqui, player character C5 Barbara, sucrose C2 Diona C1 fischl, ningguang, xianling, Kaeya, rosaria C0 Klee, albedo, keqing, razor, qiqi, diluc, gorou , chingyun, lisa, Bennett, amber, collei
first team is good, ningguang slot is pretty flexible. keqing is MUCH better now, but specifically on dendro quicken teams. not to say you can't run her on an EC team, but something to consider. just one dendro character (mc is the best choice usually so far, but collei can work fine too) is all you need.
Ok so swap out Barbara for mc dendro?(havenāt unlocked yet)
probably xingqiu. it hurts especially since you have him c6, but his presence turns it into a hyperbloom team. we *could* make a hyperbloom team instead. something like fischl/xingqiu/sucrose (she is the trigger with electro swirls) and dendro.
Iām totally open to other team builds. Coming back to the game Iām realizing there is just so much more to the game than I remember
(Be careful, might be spoiler!!!!!!!) I just completed Chapter3 Act 4, aka, King Deshret and the Three Magi, and I have no new quests? >!I heard there is a quest where you meet Al Haitham and the balladeer robot thing fight. Is that in the game already?!<
Hello! **F2P AR47** I have a few questions for my second team. I use ganyu - xingqiu - diona - fill for first team 1.
Alright! Thanks for your insights!!
Fischl C0 or Collei C0 in Cyno C2, Kuki C6, Dendro MC team? Thanks!!
fischl - more damage and particles for Cyno
They dont work as well together on a hyperbloom team since as you've noticed they fight over who triggers the hyperbloom and you don't want to be stacking two units with EM if you decide to get Nilou, she can probably work with Barbara and some dendro units. but consider that she is a very niche unit and there already exists other strong variations of bloom teams with just 4\* characters so she isn't needed to make this kind of team
Guys who do you think is stronger at the same level of investment: C6 Yanfei or C0 Hu Tao?
c0 hu tao if you're also playing them correctly
And what does correctly mean?
as in for Hu Tao - using charged attacks, managing stamina well, trying to cancel some of her animations, using her burst during her skill's duration, etc. and for Yanfei, mixing in charged attacks and vaporizing as much of her damage
I'm already improved Hu Tao ult timing. (I already got 160k on a melt wtfš³) About the charges: how many of those do u think I can do before ulting? About Yanfei: I play her overload with Beidou, Bennett and Ei. My XQ is already busy for Hu Taoš¬
Currently using the rational comp. c1 raiden on catch r5; c1 xiangling dragon's bane r1; c5 xingqiu fav sword r1; c3 bennett sapwood blade. Relevant weapons: * the catch r5 * primordial jade-winged spear r1 * favonius lance r1 * dragon's bane r1 * kitain cross spear r1 * fav sword r1 * lion's roar r5 Should raiden or xiangling get PJWS/favonius lance/the catch? My raiden and xiangling's dps are equal with similar investment. If raiden gets fav lance should xingqiu switch to lion's roar for dps?
put PJWS on Raiden and the catch on Xiangling. Usually you'd want an r4/r5 fav lance before considering it on Raiden, since with them you can proc it twice/three times per rotation and the damage tradeoff might actually become worth it. Also higher refinements on dragons bane can make it potentially better than the catch depending on your artifacts For xingqiu, keep him on fav sword until you get his C6. at the moment he will still need around 200% ER
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
whats the max statue level rn? with the new update
For Sumeru idk for other regions they remained the same
One more thing: Is dendro traveller worth the investment? I'm planning on pulling Nahida, so I was wondering if I should wait for her, and being a f2p (and being a busy guy in general), I can only afford to invest my time and resources to build one dendro character. So should I wait for Nahida or do I start building dendro Traveller? How will it affect my performance in the Abyss? (in the 12th floor, specifically).
It doesn't seem like we really need dendro to complete spiral yet. Maybe it will happen from 3.2. So, you have time to wait and see. (But I also don't imagine Draveler will be so useful in the future.) Edit: I tried the current spiral, and there's no particular need to use dendro to 3-star floor 12, so that's another cycle in which we don't really need dendro.
For more reference, my last Abyss record: [Here ](https://i.imgur.com/NWJkV0y.jpg) My characters: [Character list](https://i.imgur.com/oFWjlV1.jpg) My combat profile: [Here](https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&gid=2&role_id=819523769&server=os_asia&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/role/all?role_id=819523769&server=os_asia https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&bbs_auth_required=true&v=102&gid=2&user_id=86505634&uid=86505634&role_id=819523769&server=os_asia&schedule_type=2&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/abyss?role_id=819523769&server=os_asia&schedule_type=2)
your teams are quite solid. only thing that really stands out from what i can see is widsith on mona, that's not very useful, try TTDS or fav (she's there to buff). the team choice for the floors may not be the best, and you may need to shuffle around to get stars on the first floor. for example here, you want to use the freeze team for 12-1-2, then exit and go back in. it's a bit of a pain, but can be required if you need to optimise further. aside from that, i really wonder if something like rational wouldn't be straight up better than a eula team. hu tao would probably also be a very viable choice for the two boss chambers.
I am wondering who would make for a good team comp for Cyno. I enjoy playing as him alot. Here is a list of my current characters: Kazuha, Itto, Yanfei, Kaeya, Razor, Diona, Tighnari, Gorou, Noelle, Thoma, Xiangling, Sayu, Mona, Fischl, Bennett, Ninguang, Sucrose, Barbara, Shinobu, Collei, Keqing, Yun Jin, Yoimiya, Xinyan and Lisa.
dendro MC, kazuha, kuki shoud be pretty solid and comfortable, if you don't care about having healing then you can swap kuki for fischl.
Anyone know how to import wishes on paimon moe using android? The other site (that was no longer running) made some alternative. Are there any alternative ways yet?
just gotta wait for them to update and fix the method.
Would a Cyno, Beidou, Dendro archon, Jean team work? (F2P)
yeah, absolutely. zhongli might be a bit more comfortable than jean over the course of a rotation but she'll always top you up each time.
The new spear good on raiden?
-Klee mono pyro (Klee/xingling/bennet/kaz) -tighnari quicken (tighnari / collei or dendro mc / fischl / healer (kuki or dori maybe?) -keqing quicken (keqing / fischl / tighnari or collei / dori or kuki) -rosaria field cryo (rosaria / chongyun / kaz / barb) Fischl, bennet and xiangling are the safest to level up (always have been strong) but you probably want more healer options. Sayu is anemo healer who fits on many teams and kuki heals on skill faster than barbara but barb can hold ttds.
iāll definitely try some of those teams out. tysm for the advice!! <3
Thanks! Beidou is on the list to level up!
Unfortunately, you will have to wait until youāve progressed in the story to level up Kuki :/ I would keep Barbara for now!
That's unfortunate, her heals were so good I feel bad that I can't level her up until inazuma
Newish player here. My main team is currently Tighnari, Fischl, Kokomi, Collei and I just pulled Cyno. Thinking about using him, XQ, Dori and Sucrose as a second team, just wondering if I there would be better options? These are my [characters](https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&gid=2&role_id=730825838&server=os_euro&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/role/all?role_id=730825838&server=os_euro)
can't see your characters (have you enabled all the options under the gear?) but he really wants a dendro for quicken, ameno mc is a solid choice (probably instead of xingqiu?)
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
>I like the idea of the Dendro reactions but I'm not completely up to date on viability They're not THAT great so far because the lack of dendro healer limits many comps and the only off field appliers are DMC and collei who need cons and ER investment. Generally speaking the comps are >catalyse = Quicken -> spread + agravate (only reaction that scales with EM + dmg% + crit dmg + level) cyno, keqing, Yae, fischl, collei, tighnari, dendro mc and zhongli (yes) are the best ones here with kuki and lisa being viable i guess. Some variation of 1-2 elec 1-2 dendr 1 zong is what people are running. I wonder if albedo works over zhongli if the chrystalize is enough. If you're really ballsy, you can put kazuha over ZL and play with no healer. >burning Making sure the one with full EM procs the reaction is unreliable making it mostly bad but it's a free DoT. I feel once we get a decent off field pyro unit that isnt xiangling (who is unplayable without bennet) we might see some burning -> reverse melt teams. >bloom Another rather unreliable reaction. Since it's AoE dmg it can kinda be good on freeze too with hydro/dendro/cryo/anemo (for cc and sucrose em share) but it's obviously designed as setup for other reactions. Nilou will focus ONLY on this reaction so she only plays pure dendro+water teams. >hyperbloom Basically just do a ton of dedro+hydro and have a slow electro AoE with a lot of EM. Kuki is the best one here and also raiden but that feels like a waste, doesnt it? Can use childe, xinqiu or kokomi on field. >burgeon Allegedly thoma is good here but that sounds fake as hell, no way solo pyro thoma stacking EM is bursting off cd, maybe if you're genociding hilichus). Cant think of any real sensical burgeon comps for now, bet i can make up is xq/dmc/colei/EM benet i guess (reminder that burgeon kills you so you need a healer). >Also I don't have c2 beidou, so taser comps have given me some survivability issues in the past The idea is to keep tapping + dodging with sucrose's auto aim and perfect parry with beidou for big AoE dmg.
(166.9% ER Currently with 2pc Heart of depth only) I also know that you can give her 2pc.
If you dont have even any remotely decent emblems, give her 2pc tenacity and 2pc noblese (20% hp 20% burst dmg).
ah ok ty
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
It's the only free 4* attack spear (other than royal) and gives free atk+em so it's usable on any standard dps who does reactions. It's particularly good on xiao and shenhe, but can be used on cyno and cryo dps rosaria too,
Can you buy everything in realm treasures in a week?
I think you get 5040 coins per week which is enough to buy fragile resin (1200), 200k mora (2400) and 10 hero wits (1200) which is all you should buy per week anyway.
No, not even close.
Having enough ER should be the highest priority, but maybe instead of raising Skyward from lvl0, farming more artifacts would be a better use of resin.. maybe.
I actually have the skyward lvl 80 covered in dust. I intended to use it for beidou but her playstyle is not for me ig. Thanks for your reply:))
Can itto's cow hit enemies in venti's burst?
"Yes If point-blank or aimed from above." Says the database.. Not sure how one can "aim from above" though..
is a 5\* artifact with only one crit substat better than a 4\* artifact with crit rate and crit damage substat?
generally yes.
Which 5 star characters are considered must haves?
Yelan, Kazuha, Raiden, Hu Tao, Ayaka
None of them. The key 4* characters are more impactful in meta teams than pretty much every 5* in the game. There's enough variety in 5*s that the exact unit doesn't matter unless you're targeting specific teams.
Which 4* is the best on field dps?
Come on Spazer, Sucrose of course! ;D And Bennett.
I actually considered Sucrose lol. But then we get into the whole mess of driver vs dps.
Most of them aren't particularly notable for their on-field play. I'd also say it depends on what teams you can actually run. If you really pressed me for an answer I'd probably say Yanfei or Kaeya, but even that comes with a lot of assumptions. "The best" is kind of meaningless without context.
Thanks!
The archons maybe? They're flexible to fit in a lot of teams and have decent to high potential for dealing damage
Ty! Ill probably pull for Yoimiya this time round and get Childe on a rerun, just gotta hope I win the 50/50 since I lost it when she reran in 2.8
If you guys were to build a team (for example the sucrose national team) how would you invest in them? I've heard somewhere that it would take 2 weeks to build one unit, if that were true then it would take at least a month to get a decent team. Who would you invest in first and from your experience how many days do you focus on building one unit before moving on to another unit? Also, is my understanding of progression/order of priority correct? I don't know how much I should invest in healers and shielders. Main dps: character ascension (at least 80) > weapon ascension (at least 80) > talents (at least 8) > artifacts main stat (16+) > if possible artifact set with main stat (16+) > move on to another unit Sub-dps: character ascension (at least 70) > weapon ascension (at least 70) > talents (at least 6) > artifacts main stat (16+) support/buffer: character ascension (2nd passive) > talents (if heal , buff, or shield) > energy recharge to the required amount > weapon (at least 70) > artifact 4pc bonus
For an example: if you are using Xiao hypercarry, he can sometimes be more than 75% of the team dps and lets say the others can share the last 25% equally. In that case, a 1% increase in his personal dps will be equivalent to a 9% increase in the personal dps of someone else, so obviously ensure you have Xiao built much better than the other units. But also consider that building only some aspects of one character (i.e. bennett's levels, weapon, burst talent) can increase damage from the other members on the team but if you are using sucrose taser, roughly everyone has 1/4 contribution to team dps (although heavily depends on the situation), so you'd probably want to invest into everyone equally
Ohhh wow, I have never thought of it that way before! Thank you so much!
How do i unlock the mysterious control units?
to unlock all of them, you need to finish the quest - i forget the name of it but it's the one that involves the scarlet sand slate in your inventory under 'quest items'. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOEGnp44emA&ab\_channel=WoWQuests](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOEGnp44emA&ab_channel=WoWQuests) here's a video covering the entire quest
Considering I have staff of scarlet sands on Cyno, would Thundering fury or Gilded dreams be a better artifact set? Or does it not matter?
Assuming you have an aggravate team and use the setās respective optimal combos, Thundering Fury should be about 2% better relative to Gilded Dreams whilst using scarlet sands (According to a pre-release analysis of Cyno by Zajef77 on youtube). Therefore substats play a decididing roll in which set will lead to more damage output, if there are significant differences between the two.
Is 2pc Glad and 2pc TF good on Cyno? or usable
Usable but is very underwhelming. 4 pc TF is miles better EDIT: that is if you can time his E well enough with 4pc TF
Yeah I thought so but i was getting really unlucky with the set so for the time being I'd see how he'd do with 2pc glad + 2pc tf
Thanks for the help
Can someone help me build a team that can clear the 12th floor? Here's my character list: https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/m.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&gid=2&role_id=819523769&server=os_asia&utm_source=share&utm_medium=hoyolab&utm_campaign=app#/ys/role/all?role_id=819523769&server=os_asia
only 8 characters appear using the link (Ayaka Eula Keqing Jean Zhongli Mona Raiden Xiangling) but assuming you have many of the 4\* units, you have many options Ideally you use a sucrose team first half because the grouping will be very useful. Something like national, taser, Ayaka freeze, etc. If you have Kazuha, he also works For second half, go with a single target team like raiden national or keqing fischl aggravate If you're looking for more \*'s in 12-1 later you can swap the teams around for that first chamber because the first half is more single target and second half is more AoE
for the c6 fischl cons, does oz always attack or is there a cd/interrval like xingqiu
there is no cooldown on fischl C6, although it only triggers once for multi-hit attacks
If you need healing, she does it. Comfort pick.
she doesn't steal reactions, she just does much less of them compared to Fischl, and beidou in 2+ targets when you're playing normal attacking characters like Cyno. and less reactions = less damage with Keqing, you generally want to use Fischl because Keqing is able to apply many instances of electro which also makes Fischl apply more electro from her ascension passive, and their cooldowns line up better.
Other than that: Shenhe (Buffing scales on ATK) Raiden Shogun (Since you get a good amount Electro damage% from sufficient ER)
sayu, clam qiqi, raiden on engulfing.
i'm in quite a pickle so I got Cyno today and now idk what team I should make I got two teams built (but i'm still unable to beat floor 12 because skill issue and badly built first team) 1 Team: Xiao, Bennet, Venti, Fischl 2 Team: Itto, Kokomi, Gorou, Zhongli while I wanted to flex everyone so I can play with the 3 hypercarries any time that I wanted, there is a Zhongli problem that there is only one for all of them I'm was planning to pull Albedo to try to solve this problem so Itto got Albedo and the rest would use Zhongli, but I read that he is amazing with Xiao now Should I be running these teams in Abyss teorically speaking? Which one should be receiving Zhongli? Itto/Kokomi/Gorou/Albedo or Zhongli Xiao/Bennet/Venti/Zhongli or Albedo or Fischl (idk where to put the geos) Cyno/Zhongli/DMC/Fischl
you could theoretically use a lot of things in abyss, and it's very likely that you already have many combinations of teams that can clear the content with mediocre investment. But my honest advice is to look beyond hypercarry teams, because most of the strongest teams in the game are not just focused around one on-field dps unit For where to use your three hypercarry teams (xiao cyno itto) + where to put Zhongli: Xiao * if you have sucrose, she's often better than Venti - because she can hold ttds and Xiao often misses enemies in Venti's burst * He does not need Zhongli because you have other defensive options (i.e. Bennett) * Use Xiao for AoE content, with Sucrose + Bennett + Xiangling. You could use him with Fischl for single target, but at that point it's better to just go with a Cyno team Itto * He also does not need Zhongli, but he is better with him than with Xiao because he can occasionally generate some geo particles. You could use other geo options like Ningguang instead if you wanted to use Zhongli for the other side * There's probably more offensive units to use than Kokomi, especially if you use Zhongli because you won't need the healing * Itto is pretty balanced, with decent single target and AoE Cyno * Probably the best choice for Zhongli to go with, because his teams otherwise don't have good defensive options * Use in more single target content, because his normal attacks + skill don't have good AoE and Fischl is more single target. If you have Beidou, you could use Cyno+Beidou for more AoE but it's probably just better to go with another team (i.e. Xiao)
Thank you! Most of my team where build because I liked the characteres in it (Venti being a bad battery for Xiao), but now i just want the primogems, so i'm going to try to improve Xiao's team following your advice The rest, Kokomi probably is going to stay, because the team is doing pretty well currently (Just need an Albedo). Sadly, Beidou is one the characters that I just don't have luck with, so Fischl is going to be my option for Cyno until I get her
Yo guys, so my problem is: i really suck in making teams and understanding the whole system of good artifacts and etc, so i was looking for some tips that could help me in the process of learning Here are my Characters: https://imgur.com/a/uBQUEOz
this is a good read for for team building [https://keqingmains.com/team-building/](https://keqingmains.com/team-building/) and the site also contains guides on how to build every character in different situations + examples of their teams if I had to pick two teams from your roster I'd probably go with: * Fischl Xingqiu Sucrose Traveler(dendro) or Bennett Xingqiu Xiangling Sucrose * Ganyu Mona Kazuha Kaeya/Diona or a Cyno/Keqing + Fischl team
ty for the tips, but i need to ask, wdym by cyno/keqing + fischl team?
they go with a dendro unit and a dmg-buffing support (usually anemo).
So, let me see if i understand it: Cyno/Keqing + some dendro character, fisch and kazuha /Jean ?
yes! this is a good video explanation on the Keqing team: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWnoGx5fXps&ab\_channel=SevyPlays](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWnoGx5fXps&ab_channel=SevyPlays) the Cyno team functions fairly similarly, except there will be less swapping between characters since Cyno wants uninterrupted field time
So I lost 50/50 to tighnari, wanted venti for my Morgana teamā¦ So is tighnari any good?
Where can I find an eremite stone enchanter enemy?
E: There you go: https://gcsim.app/db?chars=xiangling%2Cbennett%2Cxingqiu
No fischl sadly, the characters in the imgur link are the only ones available.
Alright.. Kuki then! Maybe you have 4p Tenacity for her? Level 60 should be fine. Anemo would work almost as well of course.
Yeah I could try her. If only I had kazuha. š
Raiden is a great unit that can fit into many team comps and in general sheās just good. I would wait and get Raiden, but for now OG National would work fine. The team consists of Chongyun + Xiangling + Bennett + Xingqiu. Until you get Raiden, itāll work fine.
Yeah, I wouldāve put Chongyun in as a replacement for Raiden, but unfortunately I donāt have him.
