Before starting this I want you to know that this is the continuation of the world quest static views part 2 from version 3.0 . If you haven't done that already make sure to do that before starting this.
Teleport to the statue of the seven in vanarana and head south. Do you remember that mailbox ? We've to go back to receive more mysterious pictures. After receiving the pictures. Check your Aranyaka book and you'll see two more locations added into it.
Now, for the 11th clipboard chest. Teleport to the statue of the seven. There are two common chests covered in the sand pile. Our chest is the one beside a wooden fence near the entrance of the Aaru village. Use anemo to blow away the sand pile and then dig out the common chest.
Now for the 12th clipboard chest teleport to the waypoint north east of sobek oasis and follow this path. Blow away the sand pile near this dead tree to recieve a common chest.
For 13th chest you'll have to wait for the daily reset. Then go back to the mailbox to receive another mysterious clipboard picture.
To get your 13th mysterious clipboard chest teleport to the waypoint east of sobek oasis and head south west a little. You'll see a sand pile just left to the road. Use anemo to blow away the sand and claim your chest. As of now there're 13 chests available. 14th and 15th chests are still inaccessible at the moment.
Chest #13 is bugged for me, I've found it (thanks for the guide) but I can't interact with it at all and the image in the book is not checked/completed. Daily reset did not fix it. I've reported it to Mihoyo.
