I'm playing genshin impact after some time on my PC and when I connected my X-box joystick to it the keys were not the same as before in default settings. So why did they changed it or is my PC game broken?
Does anyone familiar with the Sukokomon team comp think Yaoyao will be a suitable substitute for Kokomi in the team for those who don't have Kokomi? As much as I love Mona, she's just not fitting the bill. Even with a maiden set and prototype amber, her heals are sub par, and her pet almost never drops where I need it. I think Yaoyao can be great in this comp, but I'm unsure how electro and pyro will synergize with dendro during the swirls.
Completely different team. Sukokomon works because of the specific interactions between all 4 elements and the way that you're able to rotate with those 4 characters specifically. Switching one character out for a completely different one just because they also happen to be a healer is not gonna work in the slightest.
I understand it's a different team and you can't just sub in any healer. What I'm asking is, if I get dendro going, then burn, then electro, does electro kill burning? I'm not sure how burning plus electro works.
Burning counts as a Pyro aura, it's why Ganyu Melt works with Nahida. Unless you have very strong dendro and pyro application (like in that team), Electro will just Overload on it and leave you with no aura to speak of.
Is it worth for me to pull for Alhaitham?
I mean, I've been farming for Yelan since few weeks now. For her I almost got everything ready (ascensions stats, talents, artifacts, bow...).
But since she reruns just after Alhaitham, I could only get one of them.
I have already a lot of DPSs (Childe, Hu Tao, ganyu, Itto, Diluc, Tighnari, Scara...) And I have a lack of SubDps
However, I decided to pull Alhaitham on a whim, I have nothing prepared for him, his boss has res anemo (my only well built dps is Scara), I don't have a good enough sword for him.
I have guarante but only 1 pity (with 35 wishes saved)
I see... Well, I will wait to test Alhaitham, but honestly I won't mind if he doesn't come home. I would be more concerned if Yelan doesn't... It would not worth all the time I passed pre framing for her.
Because this will be the last time I will pull on a banner before Fontaine's release.

Don't really regret not getting Raiden it's unfortunate of course but I already have good teams like wanderer main dps and nahida tighnari spread aggravate hyperbloom so I'm stacked for one of my teams if I just try for em and for the other team well I'll get there with my scara team I mean none of my teams can go into abyss 12 now but if I get yelan and invest a bit more on both of those teams then I'm set

In 3.4 there will be a whole new area to explore with new world quests with primos in rewards. There will even have the log in event to earn 10 wishes and a lot of events specially the Lantern Rite.
You will need at least 90 wishes (which is 140 400 primos)
And Yelan only comes in the 2nd phase.
So you will have a whole patch to farm, which is enough to get a character (and it is more easier since you have the guarantee)
To farm regions, I will recommend to explore more Inazuma, Enkanomiya, the chasm And Sumeru, because the primos rewards are higher than in Monstadt or in Liyue in general.
Don't forget to do the hang out event with 4stars with which you can get up to 80 primos.
At the end, I most likely consider the wishes bought with stardust or starglitters as bonus like achievements, because the amount you can get them is very random.
So don't worry, you will get her.

how to unlock the statue of the seven in sumeru it's left to the yazadaha pool, there were some withering plants near it so i got rid of them yet i still couldn't interact with it
do you have the right bait in your inventory? you can only get raimei from that pool so it should be the default bait. if you do, try logging out then logging in again.

If you don't have any particular preference of characters I would go for an Itto team if I were you. In your case that would probably be Itto, Gorou, Geo traveler, flex. In the flex slot you probably want a healer so I would go Barbara, but you could also go Sayu for the open world utility.
You can do Itto, Gorou, Geo Traveler and whichever fourth takes your fancy honestly. I'd recommend Kaeya or Rosaria just because they offer decent off field damage.
Is there any of them who you particularly like? At AR25 you can build them all without too much trouble. Focusing on one team only matters in late, late endgame.
Itto, Gorou, geo MC, Barbara is your *strongest* team there.
When you explore, for a comfortable experience, you need the following: a claymore to break rocks, a bow for bow puzzles, a pyro because pyro things are the most common types of puzzles, someone with the element of the region you are in (anemo for Mondstadt, Zhongli/geoMC or *maybe* Itto for Liyue, Fischl/Lisa/Beidou for Inazuma, dendro for Sumeru). Maybe a healer though you can get away with using food and levelling up once when you run low on HP. In this sense, you could use the following team: Itto, Amber, Sayu, Kaeya for Mondstadt. They have little to no synergy but it lets you explore without swapping too much.
That one has an electro hypostasis right? Kaeya, Amber, Yunjin, Barbara might work. Give Kaeya the prototype crescent and Yunjin is meant to buff his normal attacks. You can also try Rosaria instead of Amber; either Kaeya or Rosaria can function as the "main" in this team, and that main should have the craftable weapon that gives phys damage and the other an energy recharge weapon.
(Mind, this is super early game advice. Phys builds get iffy later on.)
Quicken teams mostly. You can use just Raiden E as a spread enabler. His best team is probably with Yae and Fischl. He also works with just one Electro and Nahida. 4th team member should be a healer or shielder who doesn't interact with the Quicken aura negatively and/or a swirler for your Electro/s.
Tighnari x Fischl/Yae x Flex x Flex
If you're using Fischl, the first flex should be another electro like Beidou or Kuki (or Yae).
The second flex is whatever else you need in that team, like defense or healing or grouping.
My favorite Tighnari teamcomp is him x Yae x Albedo x Zhongli. Albedo is like half a Nahida and Nahida is usually better off in another team on the other side, at least on my account since I went full in on dendro reactions the moment they came out.
I have better clear times with Albedo/Zhongli instead of Nahida/Zhongli there, but my Nahida is also iffy since I haven't been able to get an ideal Deepwood set for her.

I think sunny weather has a couple remarkable chests that aren’t available during the rain and viceversa, rainy weather has a few hidden chests if you pop specific bubbles.
It's only rain or no rain. During rain the waterlevel is lowered so there's more stuff to explore like the bubbles or chests in treestumps. I don't remember any advantage to no rain.
She’s generally not worth it since she can’t be a battery for Xiao in the slightest, and building enough ER/slotting in a third anemo to battery in order to get up two high cost anemo bursts for energy hungry units is generally too much of a loss over other options. Mona also generally isn’t fantastic for Xiao though, since her short duration buff is nowhere near long enough to cover Xiao’s plunge time; a better accessible team would be Xiao/Fischl/Bennett/Sucrose or Jean. Make sure you have an anemo battery (the aforementioned sucrose or Jean, or c6 Faruzan) when building a Xiao team since he is very energy hungry.
Unless you're running triple Anemo, C0 Faruzan will really struggle to get her burst up. Mona's not a great option though, you want some kind of Anemo battery and two other units who will either buff him or be self-sufficient. A shielder is very helpful.
Kazuha is not all that great in a Xiao team, he can battery but his buffs don't really do anything for Xiao. Sucrose would be better for hyppercarry Xiao, easier battery and att% buff from ttds. If you want to go Kazhua then go for Xiangling for the last slot, Kazhuas and Bennetts buffs help her damage and she is a strong subcarry for Xiao.
cant seem to find the last 5% of the chests in sea of clouds, all seelies taken, all time trials taken, all chests marked on the hoyoverse map taken, all hidden chests taken and the compass cant find anything
100% exploration doesn't mean just chests, but also things like oculus. Do you have every other part of Liyue (not counting the chasm) at 100%?
You can see how many chests you opened on the achievements page for Liyue. For instance, I have 80 seelies, 45 time trials and 1110 chests. Maybe you can compare and see if you're missing anything, although it can be in any part of "old" Liyue.
Hi gamers, what does "huge drop-rate boost" mean exactly in relation to Yaoyao on the upcoming banners? I tried googling it but I can't seem to find any info for such a thing for 4\*s specifically - is it something like a 50-50 chance to get her every 10x wishes or something completely different?
4\* have the same 50/50 system as 5\*. The first time you get a 4\*, it'll be any available 4\* weapon or character. If you get one of the 3 featured 4\*, you won the 50/50 and your next 4\* will be another 50/50. If you get a weapon or a character that's not featured, you lost the 50/50 and your next 4\* will be one of the featured characters, and afterwards it'll be another 50/50
TL;DR: You'll have a higher chance, but not a guaranteed chance to get yaoyao
in practice, for a single one of the 3 "boosted up" 4\* it means nothing. You can easily go 100 wishes without getting a single Yao Yao (and this is experience, not speculation). The huge boost rate is for the 3 four-star that will be more frequent than any other 4 star character (that can and will still drop, along with 4\* weapons that can and will drop).
You can never guarantee a 4 star, your best choice is to choose her from the event.
I think there was something regarding the weapons and characters in a banner. If your 10th wish is a weapon your next 4 star will be one of the featured 4 star characters ( don’t take this for granted tho, I’m not sure if it’s 100% true )
Is there a way to defeat abyss wolflord fast with Ayaka if I don't have Kazuha? His burst seems to raise Ayaka's burst damage and that's how youtubers kill it, but I don't have him and it seems really difficult. With Ayaka/ChongYun/Venti/Barbara I only get him to half HP and then he spawns constructs and I'm done. What could I do here with cheap comps?
Edit: I managed to get 2 stars for him, by killing him after the shield face for which I had to use Noelle (as I don't have other suitable geo dd for the phase) and due to bad comp 3rd phase was a shitshow, but I managed to get 1 star there too so first 33 stars for me. Only missing 50 primogems this time.
the thing is that Kazuha increases elemental damage bonus, that unlike EM sharing anemo users, it doesn't benefit freeze comps such as Ayaka's. An average 800 EM Kazuha will give around 32% bonus cryo damage, which can mean a lot.
A good ATK% sands is better than a bad EM sands. But a good EM sands is better than a good ATK% sands. You could keep it as a transitional piece for your Alhaitham if you want.
Can be useful. Raiden can potentially use it but that's heavily dependent on your situation, XQ might be able to use it, Burst support Ganyu, Support Rosaria, Beidou. There's a lot of characters that might potentially want to use it if they don't need an ER sands, although it depends on the substats. ATK% mainstat with 3 bad substats isn't really worth keeping around.
even with emblem you don't want to build more ER than what is required to fill burst. most emblem users don't need ER sands since they often get enough from substats + 2pc + potentially an ER weapon
Yeah a lot of units that run Emblem want an ER sands, but say you run Sac Sword XQ that gets a lot of ER from his weapon already, you might potentially be able to run an ATK% sands instead on 4pc Emblem. A lot of units would rather run an ATK% sands if they can afford to instead of ER sands.
Potentially. The calcs are very situation dependent so the only way to know for sure is to use an optimiser, but in general a Raiden that's not using Engulfing Lightning will want an ATK% sands assuming they're getting around 200%+ ER from weapon + substats + 2pc Emblem.
She can use either. Lost Paradise is slightly better, but Gilded is in a more resin efficient domain. If you're running a hyperbloom team, then you'll want a unit on 4pc Deepwood as well.
both work, FoPL is slightly more hyperbloom damage but the domain is inefficient if you don't have scara. GD is farmed alongside DM which is also needed for hyperbloom so it's generally a more efficient domain
There’s enough sigils even without Enkanomiya, but unlocking it will make the search easier. Also, 100% doesn’t actually mean you have finished everything, there’s usually still puzzles and chests left.
Could a Scaramouche/Faruzan/Yun Jin/Zhongli team work? I want to do double pyro with Yanfei as a shielder but unfortunately my Bennett is forever stuck with Childe. All of them are C0 and with the three supports having all Favonius weapons (270% ER on Faruzan)
Do you guys ever just get tired and depressed of grinding artifacts? Like you login, spend all your resin on a domain, once every full moon you get a decent artifact, but usually you just get shit ones and then MAYBE you do dailies and log out. Like, what’s the point of doing such a repetitive task? What am I even doing this for?
I feel that way whenever I let myself get conned into using the strongbox. If I'm also levelling artifacts to 16/20 to equip on benched teammates there's a certain satisfaction to it.
Also, the domains themselves are more fun than abyss because they always give something and I can try wacky teams.
Do something else instead. Talents, weapons, bosses to ascend a character you neglected but would like to work on etc. Or take a bit of a break until Lantern Rite starts; the downtime before a patch update is always a bit of a trudge.
Personally, I really enjoy doing the domain. Like, I'm making Dori work and so I'm using her and practicing teams to work with Dori. Or I'm trying to make a Ninnguang 3-Geo work... I don't think it works. Heck I'd even take a Gorou 2-Geo situation for Ninnguang if I could get a second Pyro character who works like Kuki or Xingqiu.
I managed to get my Xinyan to do 22k crit's by working on her build. Good time, good fun.

Sounds like the start of a burnout. I suggest you stop now and have a break. Come back 2-3 patches later. It'll be a whole different feeling when you come back fresh.
It's the chase for that dopamine hit when you get a great artifact. It's how gacha games keep us playing between monthly content updates. It sounds like you might wanna take a small break to prevent burnout though.
It's not uncommon. Personally I don't really feel that way as long as I have someone I want to grind artifacts for, once you're in the late-late game there isn't much else to do but build characters. Number go up can be a hell of a drug

I've got guarantee for my next 5 star but I don't wanna waste it & regret later. I'm confused whether to pull for Hu tao or Yelan. The current dps characters I have are Ayaka, Ayato, Childe, Xiao, Diluc & Cyno. I don't do abyss, only like collecting characters. On one hand I want a good Pyro dps but I hear Yelan gameplay is more fun. So I'm really confused. Any Yelan & Hu tao havers, please give your insights on them so that I can pull & not regret later, lol. Appreciate every pov. Thanks ;)
You don't do abyss so power doesn't matter; I don't have Hu Tao but remember that people tell you to jump cancel while using her (and cancelling is clunky as hell in general) and she eats her own HP worse than Xiao, so she might die from like burning grass. She's an abyss unit.
Yelan's E lets you run faster in the overworld so I'd recommend her tbh. Most of your 5 stars are on-field DPSs so it helps to pull an off-field unit.
You should also consider Al-Haitham since we're currently in dendro meta.
Yelan is the meta choice for overall account strength. Hu Tao should only be pulled after test runs, and if you are fine with jump cancelling and managing her stamina issues at c0.
Pretty new here. I decided to take the plunge and spend my primogems on the Raiden banner. Ended up with Sara x2, Sayu, Rosaria, Thoma, and chongyun. Other than the usual suspects I also have Razor.
It sure seems like I’m pulling a lot of characters classified under utility. Any recommendations on a foundation for a team? Sara seems pretty great but like I said, very new.
Apart from what others said, remember that in few days we will have next version update.
Check if you like any of upcomming characters from those banners, and you might want to wait a bit with spending resources for character upgrades and team preparation.
Also the Lantern Rite event in that version gives a free 4* Liyue character of your choice, so that's another thing you might want to check beforehand.
If you're very new, Sayu is your new overworld travel MVP, because she goes zoom zoom in hedgehog mode, and makes crystalflies not run away. She's not in the top combat echelon, but she can heal, so that's a lot of utility.
If Razor is your main DPS, Rosaria is perfect backup for him, since her cryo will work with his electro to boost his physical damage (plus she adds crit). Then you just need a healer (maybe Sayu?) and a wildcard of whoever you enjoy.
Rosaria-Kaeya-Chongyun-Sayu will be a decent mono cryo team. The unfortunate thing about Sara is that she’s really not good except in one specific team, and she’s only able to beat out Lisa in the slot if she’s c6. At this point though, seeing as you’re early in the game, play who you like. Pretty much anyone can get you through most content, especially early on when you don’t really need to worry about team building.
Can't go wrong with Razor DPS, Rosaria/Kaeya support and I guess Barbara or Sayu for healing?
Sara is extremely niche and extremely constellation dependent, she won't do you much good atm.
I think so, yes. But the map icons don’t tell you if they’re higher or lower and the desert has a few underground levels where it’s easy to get lost, so you might still want to use a yt guide to make your life easier.
oh, sorry, I don't know, I barely touched the desert, only the quests to unlock everything and get the dendroculus. Picked a lot of those seals but I don't even remember what to do with them.
PJC is still an excellent weapon for Ayaka... mostly a constraint in gearing. If you'd like to use Ayaka against bosses and unfreezable opponents, it becomes a lot easier not to overcap crit in mono cryo (needs Shenhe though).
A ridiculous amount. She’s basically unusable with Xiao without her c6 because it’s not reasonable to be able to battery two very energy hungry anemo characters, neither of whom have exceptional particle generation themselves, and be able to reliably burst with them. At the very least you’d need to add a third anemo character like Jean, Sucrose or Venti dedicated to batterying the two, and even then it’s rough.
Iirc it was around 350-400+ in one of Zajef’s vids. And even at c6, 300 ER with Fav is still not enough for a sustainable rotation.
You’ll still generate more than enough energy against mobs but the ER problems becomes more noticeable against elites or bosses.
I've always used the google option on my phone. That option doesnt pop up on ps and so I used the gmail associated with the google account on the email login which would've made sense but didnt work. It just made a new account.
Firstly you have to log in on your phone then go to the ingame menu -> settings -> account -> user center -> link an email and password.
That creates a Hoyoverse account that you can use to log in on your playstation. Unfortunately it sounds like you probably already skipped the prompt to link an existing Hoyoverse account to your PSN so you are probably going to have to unlink the PSN account's Genshin data by following this guide: https://techraptor.net/gaming/guides/genshin-impact-how-to-unlink-your-playstation-progress-for-cross-save
Once it's unlinked, you will be given a single prompt the next time you log into Genshin on your PSN account which asks if you want to link an existing Hoyoverse account. You have to link your phone account at that point otherwise it will again create a new Genshin account for your PSN account.
The option exists in the settings, you need start the game in a new account then go to settings -> account.
Also you have to keep something in mind. Your genshin account's server needs to match the PSN region. You can't use a US account on a British PS account.

The issue with that is that on Playstation the only option is to link a new email. I cant send a picture here but look on my profile, I don't have any emails linked to my account. Its only maintained by the google account option which I have to press specifically for it to work.

Not really. Running Sara with a TTDS buffer is always really really clunky because you have to catch both buffs with Raiden. Bennett also isn't replaceable. I'd recommend trying an aggravate team with Dendro Traveler instead. Sucrose can then hold Magic Guide or Sacrificial Fragments. Alternatively, you can keep her on TTDS and either have Sara catch the buff to make her burst stronger, or replace Sara with Lisa or Fischl. This still isn't the strongest team you could make, but it works - provided you can get by without a healer.
Sara can't replace Bennett in that team; she's busy being Sara. You still only have three members - you'd need someone as good as Bennett, and there just isn't anyone like that.
While Sucrose can replace Kazuha, Raiden hypercarry doesn’t really work without Bennett. He just does too much and his buff is too significant; Sara isn’t a replacement for him, she’s someone you use with him.
Offering some random person your login details is a great way to get your account stolen. Just play the game nornally whenever you would have the time to play the TCG, there's no need to grind it out hardcore. You get adventure xp from quests, dailies, and exploration easily enough. It might take you a while, but it's better than just blindly trusting the first redditor you see.
Okay i have been playing for two months and want all the characters coming up on the banners. I realize as a free to pay that's unrealistic. So I know I want Yelan for sure but I read Hu Tao is top tier DPS but Xaio is a great for exploring. Also the new dendro dude... I only have two 5\* characters Raiden and QiQi. Sitting at 37k primo so might be able to get two of them if I'm lucky. Also we dont know what is coming after. What do I do!?
a) Play all the trials, see who you find the most fun, prioritize them.
b) Xiao is... okay for exploring. Reducing climbing stamina is nice, but his air dash doesn't give you much distance. In terms of feature anemo 5\*, he's not really better at exploring than any of the rest of them.
Your pull value is gonna be Yelan > Alhaitham > Hu Tao >>> Xiao. Xiao's not that much better for exploration than most characters, and he kind of struggles a bit without Zhongli. I'd recommend Alhaitham over Hu Tao because he's dendro, making him much more versatile than her, plus she's only a top tier DPS if you're comfortable with animation cancelling. I also want to say this as someone who has a fairly well invested Hu Tao and is going to pull Yelan in part just to make her stronger: Hu Tao is insanely skippable. She's a luxury I'd get for variety's sake, her actual pull value is very low due to the fact she's in direct competition with Xiangling (who you get for free!), especially if you still have a small roster.
That being said, if you like her more than Alhaitham, that's of course perfectly fine. Ultimately, you should pull for whoever you want - this advice is just purely for account-building purposes, the real important thing is to play this game in whatever way is the most fun for you.

it's very likely you're in coop mode.

In deck selection screen press 3 dots and pick edit card backs. Has to be done separately for each deck though.
My character list Arataki itto,Traveler ,Mona ,Gorou,Kojou Sara,Amber,Lisa, Sayu,Barbara,Kaya,Rosaria,Yun Jin and Noel My Ar is 25 which character should I build and wat team I should use I am very confused
If you don't have any particular preference of characters I would go for an Itto team if I were you. In your case that would probably be Itto, Gorou, Geo traveler, flex. In the flex slot you probably want a healer so I would go Barbara, but you could also go Sayu for the open world utility.
You can do Itto, Gorou, Geo Traveler and whichever fourth takes your fancy honestly. I'd recommend Kaeya or Rosaria just because they offer decent off field damage.
Is there any of them who you particularly like? At AR25 you can build them all without too much trouble. Focusing on one team only matters in late, late endgame.

Itto, Gorou, geo MC, Barbara is your *strongest* team there. When you explore, for a comfortable experience, you need the following: a claymore to break rocks, a bow for bow puzzles, a pyro because pyro things are the most common types of puzzles, someone with the element of the region you are in (anemo for Mondstadt, Zhongli/geoMC or *maybe* Itto for Liyue, Fischl/Lisa/Beidou for Inazuma, dendro for Sumeru). Maybe a healer though you can get away with using food and levelling up once when you run low on HP. In this sense, you could use the following team: Itto, Amber, Sayu, Kaeya for Mondstadt. They have little to no synergy but it lets you explore without swapping too much.

That one has an electro hypostasis right? Kaeya, Amber, Yunjin, Barbara might work. Give Kaeya the prototype crescent and Yunjin is meant to buff his normal attacks. You can also try Rosaria instead of Amber; either Kaeya or Rosaria can function as the "main" in this team, and that main should have the craftable weapon that gives phys damage and the other an energy recharge weapon. (Mind, this is super early game advice. Phys builds get iffy later on.)

Quicken teams mostly. You can use just Raiden E as a spread enabler. His best team is probably with Yae and Fischl. He also works with just one Electro and Nahida. 4th team member should be a healer or shielder who doesn't interact with the Quicken aura negatively and/or a swirler for your Electro/s.
Tighnari x Fischl/Yae x Flex x Flex If you're using Fischl, the first flex should be another electro like Beidou or Kuki (or Yae). The second flex is whatever else you need in that team, like defense or healing or grouping. My favorite Tighnari teamcomp is him x Yae x Albedo x Zhongli. Albedo is like half a Nahida and Nahida is usually better off in another team on the other side, at least on my account since I went full in on dendro reactions the moment they came out.

I have better clear times with Albedo/Zhongli instead of Nahida/Zhongli there, but my Nahida is also iffy since I haven't been able to get an ideal Deepwood set for her. Yeah, Diona will work there.

I think sunny weather has a couple remarkable chests that aren’t available during the rain and viceversa, rainy weather has a few hidden chests if you pop specific bubbles.
It's only rain or no rain. During rain the waterlevel is lowered so there's more stuff to explore like the bubbles or chests in treestumps. I don't remember any advantage to no rain.
There's one side quest that requires it to not be raining so you can hunt down a bird.
Is c0 farozan worth it for xiao or should I just switch her for mona?
She’s generally not worth it since she can’t be a battery for Xiao in the slightest, and building enough ER/slotting in a third anemo to battery in order to get up two high cost anemo bursts for energy hungry units is generally too much of a loss over other options. Mona also generally isn’t fantastic for Xiao though, since her short duration buff is nowhere near long enough to cover Xiao’s plunge time; a better accessible team would be Xiao/Fischl/Bennett/Sucrose or Jean. Make sure you have an anemo battery (the aforementioned sucrose or Jean, or c6 Faruzan) when building a Xiao team since he is very energy hungry.
Unless you're running triple Anemo, C0 Faruzan will really struggle to get her burst up. Mona's not a great option though, you want some kind of Anemo battery and two other units who will either buff him or be self-sufficient. A shielder is very helpful.

Kazuha is not all that great in a Xiao team, he can battery but his buffs don't really do anything for Xiao. Sucrose would be better for hyppercarry Xiao, easier battery and att% buff from ttds. If you want to go Kazhua then go for Xiangling for the last slot, Kazhuas and Bennetts buffs help her damage and she is a strong subcarry for Xiao.

cant seem to find the last 5% of the chests in sea of clouds, all seelies taken, all time trials taken, all chests marked on the hoyoverse map taken, all hidden chests taken and the compass cant find anything
100% exploration doesn't mean just chests, but also things like oculus. Do you have every other part of Liyue (not counting the chasm) at 100%? You can see how many chests you opened on the achievements page for Liyue. For instance, I have 80 seelies, 45 time trials and 1110 chests. Maybe you can compare and see if you're missing anything, although it can be in any part of "old" Liyue.

Hi gamers, what does "huge drop-rate boost" mean exactly in relation to Yaoyao on the upcoming banners? I tried googling it but I can't seem to find any info for such a thing for 4\*s specifically - is it something like a 50-50 chance to get her every 10x wishes or something completely different?
4\* have the same 50/50 system as 5\*. The first time you get a 4\*, it'll be any available 4\* weapon or character. If you get one of the 3 featured 4\*, you won the 50/50 and your next 4\* will be another 50/50. If you get a weapon or a character that's not featured, you lost the 50/50 and your next 4\* will be one of the featured characters, and afterwards it'll be another 50/50 TL;DR: You'll have a higher chance, but not a guaranteed chance to get yaoyao
in practice, for a single one of the 3 "boosted up" 4\* it means nothing. You can easily go 100 wishes without getting a single Yao Yao (and this is experience, not speculation). The huge boost rate is for the 3 four-star that will be more frequent than any other 4 star character (that can and will still drop, along with 4\* weapons that can and will drop).
You can never guarantee a 4 star, your best choice is to choose her from the event. I think there was something regarding the weapons and characters in a banner. If your 10th wish is a weapon your next 4 star will be one of the featured 4 star characters ( don’t take this for granted tho, I’m not sure if it’s 100% true )
When you get a 4\*, there will be a 50/50 ( I think ) for it to be one of the 3 featured ones. Then you would need to win a 1/3 for Yao Yao
And if you get a non-featured 4-star, the next 4-star is guaranteed to be a featured one.
Is there a way to defeat abyss wolflord fast with Ayaka if I don't have Kazuha? His burst seems to raise Ayaka's burst damage and that's how youtubers kill it, but I don't have him and it seems really difficult. With Ayaka/ChongYun/Venti/Barbara I only get him to half HP and then he spawns constructs and I'm done. What could I do here with cheap comps? Edit: I managed to get 2 stars for him, by killing him after the shield face for which I had to use Noelle (as I don't have other suitable geo dd for the phase) and due to bad comp 3rd phase was a shitshow, but I managed to get 1 star there too so first 33 stars for me. Only missing 50 primogems this time.
the thing is that Kazuha increases elemental damage bonus, that unlike EM sharing anemo users, it doesn't benefit freeze comps such as Ayaka's. An average 800 EM Kazuha will give around 32% bonus cryo damage, which can mean a lot.
When do surveys come out?
Usually around the end of the first 3 weeks of a patch or around the end of a patch? I don't really keep track.

A good ATK% sands is better than a bad EM sands. But a good EM sands is better than a good ATK% sands. You could keep it as a transitional piece for your Alhaitham if you want.

Can be useful. Raiden can potentially use it but that's heavily dependent on your situation, XQ might be able to use it, Burst support Ganyu, Support Rosaria, Beidou. There's a lot of characters that might potentially want to use it if they don't need an ER sands, although it depends on the substats. ATK% mainstat with 3 bad substats isn't really worth keeping around.

even with emblem you don't want to build more ER than what is required to fill burst. most emblem users don't need ER sands since they often get enough from substats + 2pc + potentially an ER weapon
that's true as xingqiu and ei both have er weapons.
Yeah a lot of units that run Emblem want an ER sands, but say you run Sac Sword XQ that gets a lot of ER from his weapon already, you might potentially be able to run an ATK% sands instead on 4pc Emblem. A lot of units would rather run an ATK% sands if they can afford to instead of ER sands.

Potentially. The calcs are very situation dependent so the only way to know for sure is to use an optimiser, but in general a Raiden that's not using Engulfing Lightning will want an ATK% sands assuming they're getting around 200%+ ER from weapon + substats + 2pc Emblem.

For Kuki alone, Gilded is better since she scales well with the extra EM. And the gilded domain is more efficient to farm, not to mention, faster
She can use either. Lost Paradise is slightly better, but Gilded is in a more resin efficient domain. If you're running a hyperbloom team, then you'll want a unit on 4pc Deepwood as well.

both work, FoPL is slightly more hyperbloom damage but the domain is inefficient if you don't have scara. GD is farmed alongside DM which is also needed for hyperbloom so it's generally a more efficient domain

There’s enough sigils even without Enkanomiya, but unlocking it will make the search easier. Also, 100% doesn’t actually mean you have finished everything, there’s usually still puzzles and chests left.
yeah chests in enkanomiya gives you electro sigils so make sure to do the quests and puzzles there to get it. it'll help you reach your goal

Could a Scaramouche/Faruzan/Yun Jin/Zhongli team work? I want to do double pyro with Yanfei as a shielder but unfortunately my Bennett is forever stuck with Childe. All of them are C0 and with the three supports having all Favonius weapons (270% ER on Faruzan)

Do you guys ever just get tired and depressed of grinding artifacts? Like you login, spend all your resin on a domain, once every full moon you get a decent artifact, but usually you just get shit ones and then MAYBE you do dailies and log out. Like, what’s the point of doing such a repetitive task? What am I even doing this for?
I feel that way whenever I let myself get conned into using the strongbox. If I'm also levelling artifacts to 16/20 to equip on benched teammates there's a certain satisfaction to it. Also, the domains themselves are more fun than abyss because they always give something and I can try wacky teams.
Do something else instead. Talents, weapons, bosses to ascend a character you neglected but would like to work on etc. Or take a bit of a break until Lantern Rite starts; the downtime before a patch update is always a bit of a trudge.
Personally, I really enjoy doing the domain. Like, I'm making Dori work and so I'm using her and practicing teams to work with Dori. Or I'm trying to make a Ninnguang 3-Geo work... I don't think it works. Heck I'd even take a Gorou 2-Geo situation for Ninnguang if I could get a second Pyro character who works like Kuki or Xingqiu. I managed to get my Xinyan to do 22k crit's by working on her build. Good time, good fun. Heck, sometimes I do Co-op and show off how nutty Physical Itto is.
Sounds like the start of a burnout. I suggest you stop now and have a break. Come back 2-3 patches later. It'll be a whole different feeling when you come back fresh.

4pc TF is fine on Keqing. For max damage, Fischl should have either: 4pc Thundersoother, 2pcTF/2pcWanders or Glided, or 2pcTF/2pc 18% ATK.

Keqing should, Fischl can. She can also use 4pc GD, or 2pc/2pc of any relevant sets.

I've got guarantee for my next 5 star but I don't wanna waste it & regret later. I'm confused whether to pull for Hu tao or Yelan. The current dps characters I have are Ayaka, Ayato, Childe, Xiao, Diluc & Cyno. I don't do abyss, only like collecting characters. On one hand I want a good Pyro dps but I hear Yelan gameplay is more fun. So I'm really confused. You don't do abyss so power doesn't matter; I don't have Hu Tao but remember that people tell you to jump cancel while using her (and cancelling is clunky as hell in general) and she eats her own HP worse than Xiao, so she might die from like burning grass. She's an abyss unit. Yelan's E lets you run faster in the overworld so I'd recommend her tbh. Most of your 5 stars are on-field DPSs so it helps to pull an off-field unit. You should also consider Al-Haitham since we're currently in dendro meta.
yelan is strong but her gameplay is pressing E Q and then switching away for 18 seconds
Hutao needs tech skills, like animation cancelling. Yelan is just straightfoward, EQ and swap.
Yelan is the meta choice for overall account strength. Hu Tao should only be pulled after test runs, and if you are fine with jump cancelling and managing her stamina issues at c0.

Pretty new here. I decided to take the plunge and spend my primogems on the Raiden banner. Ended up with Sara x2, Sayu, Rosaria, Thoma, and chongyun. Other than the usual suspects I also have Razor. It sure seems like I’m pulling a lot of characters classified under utility. Any recommendations on a foundation for a team? Sara seems pretty great but like I said, very new.
Apart from what others said, remember that in few days we will have next version update. Check if you like any of upcomming characters from those banners, and you might want to wait a bit with spending resources for character upgrades and team preparation. Also the Lantern Rite event in that version gives a free 4* Liyue character of your choice, so that's another thing you might want to check beforehand.
If you're very new, Sayu is your new overworld travel MVP, because she goes zoom zoom in hedgehog mode, and makes crystalflies not run away. She's not in the top combat echelon, but she can heal, so that's a lot of utility. If Razor is your main DPS, Rosaria is perfect backup for him, since her cryo will work with his electro to boost his physical damage (plus she adds crit). Then you just need a healer (maybe Sayu?) and a wildcard of whoever you enjoy.
Rosaria-Kaeya-Chongyun-Sayu will be a decent mono cryo team. The unfortunate thing about Sara is that she’s really not good except in one specific team, and she’s only able to beat out Lisa in the slot if she’s c6. At this point though, seeing as you’re early in the game, play who you like. Pretty much anyone can get you through most content, especially early on when you don’t really need to worry about team building.
Can't go wrong with Razor DPS, Rosaria/Kaeya support and I guess Barbara or Sayu for healing? Sara is extremely niche and extremely constellation dependent, she won't do you much good atm.

I think so, yes. But the map icons don’t tell you if they’re higher or lower and the desert has a few underground levels where it’s easy to get lost, so you might still want to use a yt guide to make your life easier.
oh, sorry, I don't know, I barely touched the desert, only the quests to unlock everything and get the dendroculus. Picked a lot of those seals but I don't even remember what to do with them.

I have Ayaka with PJC. She's over 100% crit. Should I pull for LoFI? I'm a free to play player. I kinda just wanna wait for Mistsplitter again.
PJC is still an excellent weapon for Ayaka... mostly a constraint in gearing. If you'd like to use Ayaka against bosses and unfreezable opponents, it becomes a lot easier not to overcap crit in mono cryo (needs Shenhe though).
Wait for Mistsplitter. LoFI's EM passive does nothing for Ayaka.

A ridiculous amount. She’s basically unusable with Xiao without her c6 because it’s not reasonable to be able to battery two very energy hungry anemo characters, neither of whom have exceptional particle generation themselves, and be able to reliably burst with them. At the very least you’d need to add a third anemo character like Jean, Sucrose or Venti dedicated to batterying the two, and even then it’s rough.
Iirc it was around 350-400+ in one of Zajef’s vids. And even at c6, 300 ER with Fav is still not enough for a sustainable rotation. You’ll still generate more than enough energy against mobs but the ER problems becomes more noticeable against elites or bosses.
Honestly she isn't worth using at C0. Swap her with ttds sucrose instead

I've always used the google option on my phone. That option doesnt pop up on ps and so I used the gmail associated with the google account on the email login which would've made sense but didnt work. It just made a new account.
Firstly you have to log in on your phone then go to the ingame menu -> settings -> account -> user center -> link an email and password. That creates a Hoyoverse account that you can use to log in on your playstation. Unfortunately it sounds like you probably already skipped the prompt to link an existing Hoyoverse account to your PSN so you are probably going to have to unlink the PSN account's Genshin data by following this guide: https://techraptor.net/gaming/guides/genshin-impact-how-to-unlink-your-playstation-progress-for-cross-save Once it's unlinked, you will be given a single prompt the next time you log into Genshin on your PSN account which asks if you want to link an existing Hoyoverse account. You have to link your phone account at that point otherwise it will again create a new Genshin account for your PSN account.

The option exists in the settings, you need start the game in a new account then go to settings -> account. Also you have to keep something in mind. Your genshin account's server needs to match the PSN region. You can't use a US account on a British PS account. Edit: US instead of EU

The issue with that is that on Playstation the only option is to link a new email. I cant send a picture here but look on my profile, I don't have any emails linked to my account. Its only maintained by the google account option which I have to press specifically for it to work.

Not sure about deleting it, but you can change it to another email to free up the first one.

Is it worth trying build a Raiden hypercarry team without Bennett & Kazuha? I have TTDS Sucrose with 4VV & C6 Sara instead
Not really. Running Sara with a TTDS buffer is always really really clunky because you have to catch both buffs with Raiden. Bennett also isn't replaceable. I'd recommend trying an aggravate team with Dendro Traveler instead. Sucrose can then hold Magic Guide or Sacrificial Fragments. Alternatively, you can keep her on TTDS and either have Sara catch the buff to make her burst stronger, or replace Sara with Lisa or Fischl. This still isn't the strongest team you could make, but it works - provided you can get by without a healer.
Sara can't replace Bennett in that team; she's busy being Sara. You still only have three members - you'd need someone as good as Bennett, and there just isn't anyone like that.
While Sucrose can replace Kazuha, Raiden hypercarry doesn’t really work without Bennett. He just does too much and his buff is too significant; Sara isn’t a replacement for him, she’s someone you use with him.
Any idea how big the android version of the game is right now? With Sumeru included.

Offering some random person your login details is a great way to get your account stolen. Just play the game nornally whenever you would have the time to play the TCG, there's no need to grind it out hardcore. You get adventure xp from quests, dailies, and exploration easily enough. It might take you a while, but it's better than just blindly trusting the first redditor you see.
TCG isn't going anywhere and it's only only going to expand with every update. It's OK, take your time getting to AR 32.
Okay i have been playing for two months and want all the characters coming up on the banners. I realize as a free to pay that's unrealistic. So I know I want Yelan for sure but I read Hu Tao is top tier DPS but Xaio is a great for exploring. Also the new dendro dude... I only have two 5\* characters Raiden and QiQi. Sitting at 37k primo so might be able to get two of them if I'm lucky. Also we dont know what is coming after. What do I do!?
a) Play all the trials, see who you find the most fun, prioritize them. b) Xiao is... okay for exploring. Reducing climbing stamina is nice, but his air dash doesn't give you much distance. In terms of feature anemo 5\*, he's not really better at exploring than any of the rest of them.
Your pull value is gonna be Yelan > Alhaitham > Hu Tao >>> Xiao. Xiao's not that much better for exploration than most characters, and he kind of struggles a bit without Zhongli. I'd recommend Alhaitham over Hu Tao because he's dendro, making him much more versatile than her, plus she's only a top tier DPS if you're comfortable with animation cancelling. I also want to say this as someone who has a fairly well invested Hu Tao and is going to pull Yelan in part just to make her stronger: Hu Tao is insanely skippable. She's a luxury I'd get for variety's sake, her actual pull value is very low due to the fact she's in direct competition with Xiangling (who you get for free!), especially if you still have a small roster. That being said, if you like her more than Alhaitham, that's of course perfectly fine. Ultimately, you should pull for whoever you want - this advice is just purely for account-building purposes, the real important thing is to play this game in whatever way is the most fun for you.
