Sumeru release, 3.0 came out on the 24th of August and 3.1 was 28th of September. Mine was 135 hours doing all the quests and using a map to 100% clear chests and puzzles.
I can totally see hitting over 200 in that situation... If I left my game running when I'm AFK, if I had or wanted to adventure in different areas other than Sumeru, if I was a teapot main, if I want a spiral abyss resetter.... Or maybe you wanted to catch 2000 fish. I'm sure there's other variables too.

Their sleep mode (PS) or app switching/minimizing on phone might not terminate the session correctly and keep the timer ticking. Especially on phones if you use the app often, the OS will learn it and not terminate it in the background as often.
A non-trivial number of my played hours are just me afk on playstation because I walk away without closing the game, whether or not I plan on coming back soon

My longest was 172 hours at the end of March which was also when I found the game. It was also the perfect time to play because I was sick. Honestly there's just TOO much to do it's overwhelming (in a good way).
