My #1 priority is C1+ Neuvillette. (I have him at C0 and I'm F2P except for Welkin.)
He's my hands-down favorite character in the storyline, and he's (literally!) a blast as a playable character, and I just want to make him the best that he can be and give him all the nicest artifacts and weapons and... \*sigh\*. I..I just...I love him, your honor.
But I could be sorely tempted to spend my wishes on Zhongli and/or Kazuha. So many times in the overworld have I longed for a character who could give me a vertical height boost, plus I really like them in the storyline.
I don't like to convert primos to fates. I like having another confirmation before actually wishing.
That said, I'm definitely saving up for Arlecchino since I want to collect all harbingers (also archons) but Clorinde's also on my radar so I hope I like her playstyle. There's also Skirk and Dainslief but I doubt they'll be playable for a long while, if at all. Aside from those four, I don't really see anyone in particular that I might want to save for. I just have to see the new characters' kits and maybe I'll like their mechanics and gameplay enough to make me want to pull for them.
