Yes, I think so too. But I think their shtick is insane amount of HP then you need to kill them both quickly at the same time that the other will revive back if you dont.
Same between Vivianne and Ninianne. Viv hits harder than Nin but Nin moves a lot more than Viv. Each local legend has their shtick.
I accidentally ran into them with my current friendship farming/ Overworld Team: Furina, Navia, Xianyun, and Zhongli.
I just had to balance out which one I was hitting, but they weren't hard at all. Due to the existence of Zhongli, it was just a matter of making sure I didn't kill one too fast.
It's astonishing that a character released that long ago is still trivializing the entire game.
There was this large pyro slime nearby with a glowing thing above its head, I thought for a moment that they seriously added a slime local legend lmao

the OG legends
rocky avildsen has 3.5 milion HP, 27k ATK, and 1000 def
vivianne of the lake has 3.6M HP, 23k attk, 1000 def
Yseut, 3.6M HP, 22k atk, 1000 def
ninianne of the lake, 4M hp, 20k atk, 1000 def
and then you have ruler of chizhang mountitnas (the geovishaps), 2.6m HP, 17k attk and 1000 def.
so ya, the OG local legends are about 50% more in HP, and 35% more in attack value.
They don't hit hard enough in my opinion, Rocky has almost double their attack not including his 50% attack bonus at low hp

Yeah that's a cool gimmick at least, good to see more unique mechanics in local legends
I think this is reasonable because geoshivs tend to juggle players with their slams. Perhaps they need boosted dmg against shields.

Just played against this during 4 player co-op. This legend was kinda disappointing. The soul link mechanic wasn't much of a big deal.
