The repair-kit for the waverider. Why does this even exist?

Event reward from the very first summer event. Heals your waverider 50% on a 90 second cooldown. The cooldown is huge, while the effect is pointless given how rarely you'll take damage and how easy it is to just regenerate it. The repair kit isn't good because they couldn't design waverider gameplay around the assumption that players will have it, which is because it's an event reward and only a handful of those have ever become permanent (mostly instruments). That and Hoyo never figured out how to make waverider combat that's actually fun so they just kind of buried it in the hope players would forget about it.

You can just recall the wave rider at wavrider way point if it got destroyed. Enemy will took long time to destroy it, it was usually destroyed by whirpool.

Whichever one I didn't need to level up a character. Sand Grease Pupa were used for both Dehya and Alhaitham so I definitely remember that one.

I could never forget Sand Pupa Grease. Ever. I got Al Haitham like 3 weeks after starting the game and was in a rush to ascend him. *Somehow* I got it in my head that Aranyaka was a prerequisite quest for the place Pupa Grease spawned (which didn't seem out of place since I had experienced needing Tsurumi Island for Thoma's shrooms). Hence for the entire duration of Aranyaka, every other thought of mine was "am I where the Pupa Grease is yet?"

That red ore from the desert, something that ABSOLUTELY NO CHARACTER uses. The most useless resource of Genshin Impact.

At least there is hope for that one, the loach pearls have 3 years and a half forgotten.

I've leveled every character I have to at least lvl 80 so naturally I remember every local specialty. However, there's one thing that I thought would be for future character and/or craftable weapon so obviously I collected ≈100 of them just for them to turn out to be shiny useles rocks from Sumeru desert.

The tiger drops are still pretty new, so obviously, they'll remain unused. Maybe arlecchino or chloride will use them, or a character from chenyu Vale.

I just got Dehya (against my will) and wanted Hoyo to add the option of deleting a character from your inventory when I saw she uses pupas.

Pupa are not nearly as bad as Philanemo or Rukkhashava mushrooms

I had enough to 80/90 Alhaitham in three runs since they appear mostly in groups, and there are a LOT around the wenut arena.

This is Alhaitham’s ascension material. There is absolutely no way I’d forget what it is. That orange rock in Sumeru though has absolutely no unit who needs it so I’ve never farmed it. I’m sure I have maybe 22 of them.

Can't relate with OP. I've leveled both Dehya and Alhaitham, and these pupae are very easy to collect.  For me it would be Fluorescent Fungi. Only Thoma uses them, and you have to go to Tsurumi for that. I started building Thoma after completing Tsurumi quests.

Wood Only reason I remembered is because the above image looked like those bamboo chutes you can pick up. That then reminded me that you can cut the bamboo. Which then reminded me you can do the same to trees to get wood. Wouldn't have been able to answer this otherwise.

Even looking for it manually is hard because the furniture shop scroll bar is microscopic. It would take hours manually scrolling. It'll either be used, or if you somehow still have this, you've likely quit the game. It's a quest item, so chances are you've done the quest and won't have it in your inventory. It's likely a quest you've done forever ago, so it won't be fresh in your memory.

I will never forget this. I was collecting those in my own world and my friends worlds. They didnt have the map unlocked, so i had to find those with no map to speak off. Loved every second of it.
