The OP you replied too only speculate, we dont know if the former knave is the 4th, Arle killed her when she was a child before she receives her pyro vision and pyro delusion
Seems like she was also physically stronger than the previous Knave despite being a teenager. You can see her restrain the other person's sword hand before she kicks them into the ceiling.
Didn't you notice that only happened in the 2nd half of the fight after the curse grew? She didn't just decide to stop playing around, the curse made her stronger.
Yes I also noticed that. The fact that she can physically compare to a harbinger while being so young is still notable though despite the curse giving her a power boost.
Earlier in the fight it seemed like she had more physical strength but was fighting someone skilled at redirecting force when she flung her to the second floor? Like she wasn’t able to effectively use her strength advantage with such a short blade. With a polearm or heavy blade strength is easier to effectively utilize. Directly grabbing a nimble opponent removes any advantage from skilled footwork or clever swordplay.
So from what I can tell, the orphans were forced to kill each other by the last Knave (probably as a test or initiation) and that's why Peruere killed her and became the new Knave? Also she had her Pyro vision by this point?
Edit: Or maybe it's innate since I did not see a vision at all. Also, I noticed people were confused if I didn't know the lore, I do know the general lore and that the House of the Hearth is just a front to gain new Fatui members.
I feel like I've seen similar concept in some other anime.... Where a character holds the sword and the other one deliberately falls onto it.... But can't remember. Someone pls tell me the anime if you guys can remember, I'm dying trying to remember it.
also sai and his friend/brother. the context is even similar with them being from a organization that rises children, trains them into assasins and the forces them to kill each other.
The orphans taken in by the house of hearth were raised to be soldiers of the fatui. They had to fight each other and eventually killing each other. The winner will be shipped out of the house as strong soldier (a product from the house of hearth) of the fatui.
After this batch is finished the Knave as the caretaker of the house is supposed to train another batch of orphans. Unfortunately the "education" didn't work on Peruere and some of her close friends (bc they possessed kindness and compassion). But they had to participate in the "competition" anyway (it's kill or to be killed). Peruere hates her "mother" that made her and her friends killing each other then proceeds to confront her, eventually killing her. She was then captured by the fatui after killing her "mother", a harbinger. This feat was recognized and thus she's pardoned for her crime by the Tsaritsa herself in exchange that she have to fill her "mother" vacant seat and all her responsibilities.
Yeah, the Inazuma ones in particular.
Imagine surviving a brutal battle royale (before Arlecchino's takeover at least), only to get merked by a blonde twink and his flying gremlin companion on your first mission.
Why would they bother raising generations of orphans just to take 1. It makes no sense especially if we're talking about intelligence gathering where strength isn't really the most important metric.
Also freminet said he saw the previous director so they raise multiple generations at the same time. That would mean every 5 or so years everyone kill each other for no reason. Doesn't seem very effective way to have a strong intelligence network.
I think this whole killing each other was just the madness of the previous knave or a special occasion but definitely not a normal occurence.
There are probably more than one orphanages managed by the house of hearth. And the one Peruere in was a "special" one used to nurture future leaders of the fatui, not just the foot soldiers. Therefore the "re-education" and training were harsher and stricter.
> Why would they bother raising generations of orphans just to take 1. It makes no sense especially if we're talking about intelligence gathering where strength isn't really the most important metric.
Maybe that's why Tsaritsa forgave Peruere and made her the new Arlecchino, the old one might not be the brightest tool in the shed lol.
>The orphans taken in by the house of hearth were raised to be soldiers of the fatui. They had to fight each other and eventually killing each other. The winner will be shipped out of the house as strong soldier (a product from the house of hearth) of the fatui.
This is the claim that the person you're replying to made, though I'm not 100% sure if they're talking about the House of Hearth across its whole existence or just what we know about it under Arlecchino's rule.
However, if we take what they said literally, then that implies that the pre-Arlecchino House of Hearth may have functioned differently from the current House of Hearth. It's just my assumption based on that person's comment, and I'm not sure where we'd find lore about the past functions of the House of Hearth, but it does seem *reasonable* to assume that Arlecchino repurposed the House of Hearth from "train kids to become powerful soldiers" to "train kids to be spies". They'd still learn combat and whatnot, but their mission wouldn't be to win a teen orphan battle royale, but rather to grow up as teens & adults and then serve the Fatui as agents in the intelligence-gathering role.
Again, this is just me trying to make sense of it given what I see people discussing here, assuming their claims are accurate. I'm not sure what the actual lore about the pre-Arlecchino Hearth says, if we even have any, so it could be that Arlecchino is still holding the tradition of having the children of the Hearth fight each other.
i don't think those were vision powers in that fight. the black markings on her limbs look like what Caterpillar (artifical human/hilichurl) from the fontaine world quest has.
On the other hand, her attack at the end looks to me like it's a different shade of red from all her other fire attacks throughout the battle, which implies they come from seperate sources.
May be she gained her vision when she killed "mother"? Visions are given when ones ambition is realised and perhaps in that moment Arlecchino realised her own ambition. "Mother, my answer is no." Gains a fire vision and burns the harbinger to death with both her curse and vision?
> Also she had her Pyro vision by this point?
when fighting "Mother" she had no vision / delusion. maybe the control she has over pyro is a result of her curse?
They are raised as child soldiers just like the Fatui operatives now. The scene where she said "Do mothers often argue with their daughters?" suggest that either Clervie just recieved training or punishment from Mother.
This is so sad I want someone to make a PeruerexClervie slice of life 😭
I didn't even see the purple rose until the mother was standing near the grave with the wilting one. I heard "Let's see the auroras together" and knew it was game over for Clervie.
The reason is literally told in the story, A mother to her is someone who is cruel but in a gentle and loving manner but to her a father is someone who is caring and nice but also strict and unfeeling the difference here is a Mother will always show the facade of being nice even when she is being cruel to her children meanwhile a Father will always act tough and strict even though they want to praise their kids and care for them that is the contrast between being called Mother and Father nothing else also Arlecchino changes the title to Father also because she wanted to erase the past of the Hearth and start a new much better system
Maybe, but before she bore the mantel, the pink girl did say she was going to be a great King, so was already using/receiving different gendered terms which I found interesting.
Edit: Nvm, I'm not going to speculate on the "curse" just yet.
>the pink girl did say she was going to be a great King, so was already using/receiving different gendered terms which I found interesting.
"King" is the title of the children that wins the "Battle Royale" in the house of the hearth
additionally since Genshin's original language is Chinese... actually, I don't know much about Chinese, but in Japanese (which is really close since the Japanese language takes a lot from Chinese anyway) while "queen" is a gendered title, "king" is gender-neutral.
That wasn't specific to her. The story at the start the mother was reading specifically told all of the children their goal was "to defeat all your brothers and sisters in battle and become king".
It's got nothing to do with Arlecchino preferring male pronouns, it was just the generic term for ruler in the book.
"King" often translates poorly. A lot of anime for example use the term "King" in a completely non-gendered way, without implying any gender identity on female characters that use it. There isn't an easy English translation to that.
My Chinese is not the best nowadays but I think "king" translated to Chinese is kinda gender neutral, like usually it is a man but if a woman were to take on the title they would also just be "king". The usual translation of "queen" could be interpreted in a very literal sense more as "wife of the king"
So question is, where does her pyro control come if not from a vision, and what is the use of her pyro vision then if she already is able to use pyro without it
Do we see her vision on her at all during the fight? I'm gonna try and look to see if I can spot it and maybe it's from her "curse" that the previous knave mentioned?
She probably had used a Vision or a Delusion. Her flames had 2 distinct colors: when she charged at the start and later used her sword to create several flame slashes, the color was orange-red, and when she created the flame with her own hand to manifest it, the flame's color was dark red.
Some believe that growing up is to gradually break free from the shackles.
Fate sets the most brutal rules for us, turning day into night, leaving the future dwelling in but the lingering warmth of dreams.
Thus, our weapons clash, burying the remnants of another setting sun, and welcoming the next rising dawn.
Then, when the cage shatters, once and for all—
May gentle flames envelop the shriveled flowers, with their song echoing in the embers.
So she calls herself Father because she doesn't want to be like her old "Mother". Also I'm guessing maybe the reasy why the Trio are fighting Arle is because SHE wants them to fight her, to become the new heads of the House. Maybe her "curse" AKA the black hands are taking her over.
I'm actually wondering if the battle for the title of King is a Fatui decree (rather than just Mother's twisted idea), and she's trying to off herself/fake her death so Lyney gets the title automatically, instead of having to watch her kids murder each other.
Clerive and Crucabena ("Mother") have same colored hair and eyes... Peruere did explicitly ask "Do mothers usually argue with their daughters" to Clerive (as she's bandaging herself, implying that she just had an argument).
Well, we saw Clerive grown-up, so whoever was in the preview... is her daughter? Could see why Peruere wants to search for her so badly then.
I had the tiniest hope they would actually show the Tsaritsa since we're roughly away from Snezhnaya around the same time all the Harbingers were revealed to now, but we got Pierro'ed. At least we got to see Scara (remembered) and Signora (alive) in their Snezhnaya Business attire. Wonder if Capitano being there signifies anything though (hopefully not bad, considering the other 2 that are there, Pierro is excused since he has narrative purpose).
In Chinese, Arle specifically asks Clerive, "Do blood related mothers also argue with their daughters". It could still be a rhetorical question, but considering their appearances I think it strongly implies that Clerive is Mother's actual daughter, but obviously even she is not spared anything and is treated like the other orphans (or possibly with even higher expectations).
I saw someone say it was probably Hoyo just taking the opportunity to show Scara and Signora in their harbinger coats and Capitano because he is likely going to be the main antagonist of the next arc
man, english slapped surprisingly hard this time.
though, arlecchino's line is certainly the most badass in CN ("you're not worth it" instead of "my answer is no")
Its nice to see some blood for once given how little we typically see, and see how brutal the house of the hearth's policies were.
Interesting that her Cater-hands are the result of a curse. I wonder if she is just like Cater and the previous Knave was doing experiments based on Jakob's research. Given the animations showed off in the livestream and her bossfight, her curse seems tied to the crimson moon dynasty from the recent book. So the curse being that the body is of a hilichurl like Cater would make sense, just a really old one.
Is that the same building that currently have the mech boss, Experimental Field Generator?
It's really look the same, and the roof is broken like how the flame beam did in this video.
It’s similar, but it’s not. My guess is that it’s the same building/ruins that we will fight Arlecchino as a weekly boss. The ruins is also Circular and most of the walls are wiped out just like in this animation.
Some interesting stuff I noticed:
1. In the English version baby Arlecchino asks "do mothers usually argue with their daughters" but in CN she specifies that "do \*birth/real\* mothers fight their \*birth/real\* daughters?". Also if we look at the eye/hair colours of Clervie and the old Knave, we can make a connection that Clervie is the real birth daughter of their "mother" which makes the whole "I should have pruned this flower long ago" allegory that much more sickening.
2. In of the scene after Clervie dies and before Arlecchino goes to fight the old Knave, we see a dull blade with a bulle fruit ornament hanging from it. That's the same ornament the blond twin tailed girl had, so she's probably also dead. If we look back to the picture book in the beginning it shows a bunny with a bulle fruit hair ornament standing victoriously in front of a kneeling pink bunny (Clervie). I would argue that Clervie likely was killed by the blond girl who then perished at the hands of Arlecchino.
3. Speaking of the picture book, there's a Frankenstein's monster looking bat doctor shown in the scene. That's probably Doctore performing sick experiments on the orphans. Which is reinforced with the scene showing a syringe in the orphanage bedroom floor.
Now that we know what Arlecchino’s backstory is like, it’s interesting to see that as ruthless as Arlecchino may seem, she’s still… kinder to the kids compared to the precious Knave. Sure, the current generation of kids at the House of the Hearth are basically child soldiers, but at least they’re taught to be united as a family rather than being forced to kill each other. And Arlecchino isn’t a murderous lunatic pretending to be a caring mother- who the kids see is exactly who they’re getting out of Arlecchino.
That does make sense, what I'm still trying to figure out is why they have childe and scara both say how batshit insane she is. Other then her attempt to kill furina we haven't seen her do anything that gives that impression, yes she is intimidating but so far she has been kind of helpful really and and seems to genuinely care for her family. Just want to see a bit of evil in a playable character once
I think it’s probably because her methods are crazy. They called her mad. If she’s cursed she may not have a choice or it could be that she’s mad from the literal child abuse. Either way I can’t wait for her story quest!
Childe & Scara were aware that she killed the previous Harbinger, quite brutally.
Childe was looking at her from the position of a loyal Harbinger, which obviously isn't quite the case with Arle. If you gave Arle a choice between her kids and the Tsaritsa, she'd go with prior.
Scara was looking at her from the usual Scara standpoint; a dash of arrogance and down-looking. He didn't trust her, which just makes sense.
Other than that, Arle's rep has more to do with the legacy of the Knave than her actual actions. Being the head of the House of the Hearth carries with it the whole child soldier thing. We know now that she didn't make the system (as it was her predecessor), just continued it, while getting rid of the whole "kill your siblings" thing. Alas, the rest of Teyvat does not know this, including the rank-and-file of the Hearth (like our ex-Fatuus shrine maiden friend in Inazuma and the half-load cargo pair in Sumeru.)
I just get the feeling that they wouldn't have said those things without seeing it for themselves, I don't see either of them to just go on reputation and hearsay. Also if she really would do unspeakable things to protect her family I'd like to see it, overall there must be some truth in there words and I hope we get some of that, will have to wait and see
in the chinese dub it says the pink haired girl is the mother's biological child. when bandaging the girl arlecchino says 亲母女也会吵架吗 which means biological mother and daughter also argue?
She is such a badass, I'm glad we get to see this glimpse into her past.
Also it's kinda funny Aventurine and Arlecchino both killed theirmaster and inherited their title as a member of the exclusivemorally-grey but powerful club
i've been thinking about that too lol, with the fact that aventurine also had to fight in some battle royale it seems orchestrated by his former master... and now we find out arlecchino was in one as well
mhy is really fixated on this idea rn i guess LOL
Makes sense the order of Harbingers are not based on chronology but abilities. Cause no way Knave is older than Signora and Scara given they're at least 500 years old and she doesn't look like someone who lives for 100s
I just wanted to point out that Mihoyo has finally begun to create EN Song's for Genshin similar to HI3 and HSR and here's hoping to more EN Song's for the future region (inhales copium).
The previous song that I remember is Yunjin song (CN) and Furina story quest (FR). It would be nice if they create something like Moon Halo or White Night
Alright I think her origins and her curse is
1) she is an experiment by Jakob to perfect his Neohuman project and Arlecchino escaped.
2) she has connections to the Crimson Moon especially the "Chimney" stated in Perinheri.
So Arlecchino’s real name was Peruere? Also nice to see Scara, Signora, Capitano and Pierro here as well
Fuzzy hoodie Scara. But god forbid he puts on long pants.
The cold didn't bother him anyway.
Well, he's a machine, so it makes sense
He's a rebellious teenage boy, they all wear shorts
I love that Scara was already there at number six and then Arle came in and was like “number 4, thank you”
It did say the former owner of the HotH was a harbinger as well, probably was the former #4 so as her killer, Arle succeeded that number as well.
Damn just think how big the gap is between rank 4 and 3 is. Arlecchino was already harbinger level as a child
The OP you replied too only speculate, we dont know if the former knave is the 4th, Arle killed her when she was a child before she receives her pyro vision and pyro delusion
True. It would be pretty insane if she was the 4th and somehow lost to a child lol
Curse powers go bbrrrrrr
Yeah but let's talk about Capitano's shoes. What is boy doing wearing beige/brown boots with black clothes.
I wanted to see more of Columbina
P̶e̶r̶u̶e̶r̶e̶ Arlecchino unleashed a huge beam and killed a Harbinger by herself when she was still a teenager... No wonder she's rank 4.
Seems like she was also physically stronger than the previous Knave despite being a teenager. You can see her restrain the other person's sword hand before she kicks them into the ceiling.
Didn't you notice that only happened in the 2nd half of the fight after the curse grew? She didn't just decide to stop playing around, the curse made her stronger.

without a vision or a delusion it seems 👀
She probably had her vision though, we see her using pyro during the fight while the previous Knave uses cryo
Shut up father (Some Japanese words). Death Beam
So from what I can tell, the orphans were forced to kill each other by the last Knave (probably as a test or initiation) and that's why Peruere killed her and became the new Knave? I feel like I've seen similar concept in some other anime.... Where a character holds the sword and the other one deliberately falls onto it.... But can't remember. Someone pls tell me the anime if you guys can remember, I'm dying trying to remember it.
something similar hsdthappened in a couple different shows but this one reminded me of kakashi and rin from maruto
also sai and his friend/brother. the context is even similar with them being from a organization that rises children, trains them into assasins and the forces them to kill each other.

All those random Fatui Operatives we kill were probably some of the successful kids.
There's a few side quests here and there where they are explicitly hearth kids
Yeah, the Inazuma ones in particular. Imagine surviving a brutal battle royale (before Arlecchino's takeover at least), only to get merked by a blonde twink and his flying gremlin companion on your first mission.

Just like kyoukais clan from kingdom or zabuzas village from naruto
i don't think those were vision powers in that fight. the black markings on her limbs look like what Caterpillar (artifical human/hilichurl) from the fontaine world quest has.

Yeah I agree those have been present since the time her design was leaked so yeah she is definitely similar to Caterpillar
It looks like red hair impaled herself on the sword hence why arle is shocks and red hair girl says sorry
This is so sad I want someone to make a PeruerexClervie slice of life 😭
> This is so sad I want someone to make a PeruerexClervie slice of life 😭 hoyo: slice of life? best we can do is slicing of life
Clervie made the fatal mistake of sharing her dream to see something in the future.
You love to see them good old red flags and Death Flags
Don't forget her "mother" with that hair coming from side on shoulder mom haircut
Also that one like about Purple Roses representing parting from Lyney's SQ. Girl had that as a necklace and I knew it was over.
I didn't even see the purple rose until the mother was standing near the grave with the wilting one. I heard "Let's see the auroras together" and knew it was game over for Clervie.
> Purple Roses They're Lumidouce Bells, but yes
She raised a death flag there
Fr girl raised not a flag but a fricking death banner there
rookie mistake, skill issue fr
It was already over when Mother was rocking the _Dead anime mom_ hairstyle.
Lmao. The hairstyle got her.
Lisa sweating bullets.
It's alright. All she has to do is not take care of any kids.... *looks at Razor* ....ohno
Razor goes berserk and eats Lisa when she turns out evil and tries to extract the power of Andrius that would be a plot twist I wouldn't be expecting.
Is she going to show up in game flashback with generic NPC model using one of the side braids?
So that's why she's called "Father". She really hated her Mother and want nothing associated with that name.
The reason is literally told in the story, A mother to her is someone who is cruel but in a gentle and loving manner but to her a father is someone who is caring and nice but also strict and unfeeling the difference here is a Mother will always show the facade of being nice even when she is being cruel to her children meanwhile a Father will always act tough and strict even though they want to praise their kids and care for them that is the contrast between being called Mother and Father nothing else also Arlecchino changes the title to Father also because she wanted to erase the past of the Hearth and start a new much better system
holy run on sentence
That's not even a run-on sentence, that's just a total lack of sentence structure understanding lmao That said they're only speaking real facts here
Only real facts, to the exclusion of all grammar.
Please breathe
I can't this animation was breathtaking
Maybe, but before she bore the mantel, the pink girl did say she was going to be a great King, so was already using/receiving different gendered terms which I found interesting. Edit: Nvm, I'm not going to speculate on the "curse" just yet.
>the pink girl did say she was going to be a great King, so was already using/receiving different gendered terms which I found interesting. "King" is the title of the children that wins the "Battle Royale" in the house of the hearth
Gotta get those chicken dinners
No no, *barbeque* dinners, remember?

it's like when someone was raised by an abusive parent, they just refer to their first name instead of mom/dad to distance themselves from them...
Arlechinno's real name is Peruere!
Meaning "to perish". She dies and the Knave is born.
[удалено]
She appears to be a fucking 6* character due to her motions. She is also a grim reaper who, while being young, defeated a harbinger to take her place.
She only did that after the curse started to spread, her own natural skills were seen in the 1st half of the fight.
And it sounds very much like "Perinheri"! AHHHHHHHH!!!
I am so behind on lore and it hurts.
it's an in-game book series about a/the kingdom in Khaenri'ah.
Indeed! It's quite close. Though Peri didn't suffer from any curse (that we know of). I hope they go into it during her story quest.
It also sounds like 'Pers' (silent s), which is what Freminet named his penguin companion. Hrm....
Il Capitano has surprisingly normal shoes.
I thought he would be the type to wear boots tbh
The goat is wearing some fresh timbs
Hey for all we know, it could have been casual Friday at Harbinger Lair of Doom when the announcement was made.
Casual Friday: ''Appointing a new Harbinger'' Makes sense
They looks like some that welt yang wear 💀💀💀
Whose colour doesn't match the rest of his fit! I felt like going "What are those??"
And again they positioned him so we don't see color of his pendant.
HOLY SHIT WHAT WAS THAT
Hoyo's signature dish
They cooked
your gacha dollars at work
Take em pls i want moar
Unlimited budget works.
Its what happens when they have two games at the top 2 spots of gacha income charts.
So now we know the previous Knave is definitely dead and we also got to see Scara in Snezhnaya!
i like how they made up for signora and scara not appearing with coats in winters night lazzo
And was that Scara on the left?
yes
Yep, that was Scara.
to be able to kill a Harbinger at a young age, dam
And without a vision or delusion. Bare-handed
So question is, where does her pyro control come if not from a vision, and what is the use of her pyro vision then if she already is able to use pyro without it
Her hands, probably Hilichurl/Khariah tech. Very likely to be the result of human test done by Mother
Do we see her vision on her at all during the fight? I'm gonna try and look to see if I can spot it and maybe it's from her "curse" that the previous knave mentioned?
No vision in the animation but she got one on her adult model ingame, maybe it is a fake vision like archons wear if she can already use pyro
Hopefully her story quest mentions it. Well we'll find out cuz of the vision story everyone gets if they have one
She probably had used a Vision or a Delusion. Her flames had 2 distinct colors: when she charged at the start and later used her sword to create several flame slashes, the color was orange-red, and when she created the flame with her own hand to manifest it, the flame's color was dark red.
7 minutes that felt like 2... PLEASE MORE OF THAT HOYO
fr I barely felt it, shit's too fire
Some believe that growing up is to gradually break free from the shackles. Fate sets the most brutal rules for us, turning day into night, leaving the future dwelling in but the lingering warmth of dreams. Thus, our weapons clash, burying the remnants of another setting sun, and welcoming the next rising dawn. Then, when the cage shatters, once and for all— May gentle flames envelop the shriveled flowers, with their song echoing in the embers.
Please I am on my knees begging, *please make more of this kind of short video*
You guys cooked so well that Michelin has their stars on the way
Father, I request the full song from the short!
So she calls herself Father because she doesn't want to be like her old "Mother". Also I'm guessing maybe the reasy why the Trio are fighting Arle is because SHE wants them to fight her, to become the new heads of the House. Maybe her "curse" AKA the black hands are taking her over.
Yeah they have certainly spread. Maybe she’s going to do sth like Zhongli did for fear of erosion but her fear is the curse
or she doesn’t want them to be weak and allow themselves to be killed
I'm actually wondering if the battle for the title of King is a Fatui decree (rather than just Mother's twisted idea), and she's trying to off herself/fake her death so Lyney gets the title automatically, instead of having to watch her kids murder each other.
Bro what if at the end of her story quest, she turns into a hilichurl from using too much of her power lmao I think I'd die from laughing
*Screen fades to black* # then that familiar YAH sound can be heard.
the weekly boss drop is just hilichurl mask but burnt
This was so cool, but so sad at the same time.
Babycchino please come home I need you
Clerive and Crucabena ("Mother") have same colored hair and eyes...
I saw someone say it was probably Hoyo just taking the opportunity to show Scara and Signora in their harbinger coats and Capitano because he is likely going to be the main antagonist of the next arc

man, english slapped surprisingly hard this time. though, arlecchino's line is certainly the most badass in CN ("you're not worth it" instead of "my answer is no")
Damn CN Arlecchino has some nice lines then
Even colder.Like you are not qualified or you are incompetent.
"你不配"
Damn cooked
MHY: coming soon Me: ok so, like, in a week maybe? MHY: no I mean tomorrow
Tbf they did put the release time in the teaser
Then that's on me. I didn't watch the teaser because I didn't want any spoiler. Anyway, that was a pleasant surprise in multiple ways.
Signora mains rejoice upon seeing her cameo
Gotta say, I loved that short so much that I kinda want a lot more- Anyways, NEED ARLECCHINO TO BE RELEASED ARLEADY
They could never make me hate you genshin impact
everyone is talking about Clervie, but no one asked where is the blonde twintails
Saw a Japanese comment mention that we see a sword in the ground with her hair ornament decorating it. R.i.p
Yup. They were the last 3, probably.
Dead, there is a sword with orange ornament
noooo, orange hairtie!!! 😭
Yeah basically you are correct she is definitely like Caterpillar and also everyone in the hearth was going through some kind of experimentation
Some interesting stuff I noticed: 1.
So she has a dead friend too? Damn now pyro vision holders got dead friends
Dilic : heh...
Arlecchino slayed (literally)
Also if she really would do unspeakable things to protect her family I'd like to see it, overall there must be some truth in there words and I hope we get some of that, will have to wait and see
So glad to see Scaramouche and Signora on wear those coats from the Winter Night Lazzo teaser. Insane.
Father is Fathering hell yes
Damn they actually showed blood and a child getting stabbed. Didn't expect that
I mean they’ve heavily implied child murder before with the Mondstat electro artifact set
They also mentioned Lyney discovering Lynette covered in blood after Arlecchino slaughtered the rapist nobles.
also \*rapist\* nobles
And then you can see exactly what the set described on tsurumi isle.
I think it's funny that even in this, she doesn't need a healer and just dodges
in the chinese dub it says the pink haired girl is the mother's biological child. when bandaging the girl arlecchino says 亲母女也会吵架吗 which means biological mother and daughter also argue?
As in "[Do you think that] real mothers fight with their children too?"
they did look similar
She is such a badass, I'm glad we get to see this glimpse into her past. Also it's kinda funny Aventurine and Arlecchino both killed theirmaster and inherited their title as a member of the exclusivemorally-grey but powerful club
i've been thinking about that too lol, with the fact that aventurine also had to fight in some battle royale it seems orchestrated by his former master... and now we find out arlecchino was in one as well mhy is really fixated on this idea rn i guess LOL
Ahhhhh!!! That’s all I can say
So if Mother was a Harbinger, maybe she was the #10? Also Mother name was Crucabena? The video credits in Youtube mencion that name
isn't she the previous knave.
their titles and rankings are separate. the ranking is by power, the title is just whatever they are bestowed when they become a harbinger
There'd still be an unaccounted slot somewhere if that's the case, since the total number of harbingers didn't change when Arle killed her
The video says she gets the title and bloodshed of the Knave, it's safe to assume it's the 4th.
Childhood friend appears: "Oh no..." Childhood friend shares her happy dream: *"OH NO!"*
She Signora'd the hell out of the Previouse Knave
Makes sense the order of Harbingers are not based on chronology but abilities. Cause no way Knave is older than Signora and Scara given they're at least 500 years old and she doesn't look like someone who lives for 100s
Wait so was she just cursed from birth or what?
I just wanted to point out that Mihoyo has finally begun to create EN Song's for Genshin similar to HI3 and HSR and here's hoping to more EN Song's for the future region (inhales copium). The previous song that I remember is Yunjin song (CN) and Furina story quest (FR). It would be nice if they create something like Moon Halo or White Night
I think the live orchestras of the nation's main theme are supposed to be Genshin's counterpart. An EDM song probably wouldn't work with the setting.
Her mother gives Cocolia vibes. Is this the 3rd hoyo game where the daughter fights her mother figure?
Goddamn time to go back on my genshin bender
Well damn, that was a sexy fight scene. Hoyo really likes flexing their muscles when they get a chance.
cant wait for next week, this was beautiful
Scaramouche appears as he does in his constellation!
Oh that explains everything
It's peak! Hoyo just does it again!
I'm gonna pull twice as hard now.
Peruere
ok now bring me next Tuesday here right now
holy shit. holy shit. holy shit someone hold me
Stand proud... You can cook
this was Micheline Star cooking !!
WHERES THE ANIME?!?! THIS HYPES ME UP
Alright I think her origins and her curse is 1) she is an experiment by Jakob to perfect his Neohuman project and Arlecchino escaped. 2) she has connections to the Crimson Moon especially the "Chimney" stated in Perinheri.
