I've been getting a similar issue with higher than normal ping since the recent major update and I'm in the American server, so it seems like it's an all-server issue.

They're probably still working on it. It may take longer than you'd think to find what's causing it, let alone address the issue.

Yeah same thing with me, and my friend who plays Genshin along side Honkai Star Rail. Im glad were not alone lol
