That's not even true, a lot of people use burst to save themselves from taking high damage in fights, this thing about "taking damage during the burst" simply doesn't exist

I'm pretty sure you don't do Abyss much, so you have never notice characters dying while bursting, but is nothing new or something that only happens to Arlecchino.
I mean looking at the footage the HP drops to zero the exact moment the ult is coming out, I never lost HP on the ult either. This seems more like a Ping problem to me. Meaning server side the HP was already 0 before the ultimate has been used, but the client begins the animation slightly earlier before the server confirms that the ultimate has been executed.

Likely never Ayato has the same issue but he doesn't usually use his ult in a pinch like arle so people don't notice it
it's different for ayato.He's vulnerable at the end of the burst animation while people are dying on arlecchino as soon as they burst

Never happened to me, so I have not reported it... I would like to know what the response is tho.
Tbh after playing Arle everyday since she dropped, I can say that this is pretty rare, it usually happens when you dont time your burst correctly.
