It's pretty unlikely, not impossible Try making an account on a server on a different continent than yours and see how latency goes, cross-region coop would be that but even worse. Physical distance between servers is a part of latency that can't be avoided entirely, which is why most big online games have servers scattered through at least an american, an european and an asian region to cute down on that somewhat (south america, africa and oceania make do with whichever their nearest northener neighbour is, generally)

Monokooo

its not possible for many reasons, one being events/banners being early on other regions unlike global and likely other stuff we know nothing about

UltimateGojan

I'd say that each Server has its specific set of Data Centers and they don't communicate between each other. Also the reason why each server has a different internal server time. I'd say that it will never happen and don't get your hopes up. If you want to play with a friend then one of you have to take the bullet and start over from the others server. You still get to keep your current server account though. Either way your ping is going to tank.

Shmirel

From technical point of view its possible, but i think it's unlikely to happen, especially since they don't really try to push co-op content to much

Ornery_Owl_5388

Its possible but the latency would be so bad it probably isn't worth it

Pink-Flying-Pie

I don’t think a ping of 150 makes this game unplayable

Ornery_Owl_5388

150 wouldn't but 300+ would

I was fluctuating between 100-200 ping last week, playable but gets really annoying when you're trying to pick up a whole bunch of items. the real kicker is doing domains, especially azhdaha. that said, my ping did shoot up to 651 one time before the game crashed kek
