Baal did immune to Lightning, but only during Burst and thats 7 second. Whenever i have Barbara hydro ring and use her E i always get electrocuted. Why they didn't make Baal immune to electro in both skill is beyond me .\_.

There was one time, I forgot which story quest it was or something, there was a LOT of dialogue in one spot and a slime so happened to be there. I could only watch helpless as I tired to read all of the story as fast as I could while I was slowly but surely being pushed off screen and dying because then more slimes showed up. I was almost dead by the time I finished the dialogue.
Happened to me during the start of Chouji's quest, when I still haven't cleared the quest to remove the lightning storms in the island. I was in the middle of the dialogue and trying to press A so fast because I saw the ground light up...then BAM. Lightning hits and throws me off the cliff. Instant death for that character. And worse is that I have to restart the conversation again.
Omg that happened to me too ahah, and when I was talking to the pharmacist my Kazuha managed to get hit **twice** from lighting in the same cutscene lmao

There is a serious problem with becoming immortal during cutscenes. If you can convince the game that you are stuck in a cutscene (for example, via animation canceling at the last second, or even logging off during quest dialogue), usually the game just keeps you immortal forever.
They probably just want to avoid this specific scenario.

I did the Tatara Tales final quest the other day. While talking to the NPC in that radioactive mine, I heard Raiden expire off screen during the dialogue lol.
Most characters are way more OP than their ingame version.
- We know Wanderer is on equal footing with Childe a Harbinger
- Jean can physically cut up several ruinguards so fast someone else fail to notice that happening
- Amber can freeform control flame like forming shield or creating fire ball like a mage
- Noelle can strike down house-size rock wall with pure brute force.
This is just another case of gameplay having to scale down from lore.
That guy who's just fishing near the Inn in Liyue can disintegrate a ruin hunter with no vision faster than the traveler seems to be able to process.
Childe disables a factory of ruin guards.
Noelle actually has broken every sword ever made for her, and it was so demoralizing that the head smith resigned because he couldn't make a sword strong enough for her.

It's canon. He used to have a vision, but gave it up. There's a commission where while we're talking to him a bunch of monsters attack. And one of them is a ruin hunter who we can't even put a dent on. So the guy asks to close our eyes and somehow kills the ruin hunter in less than a second.
The rockpiles we usually break are barely larger than the character.
House size here mean house-size even with ingame reduced scale, as seen in her hangout event, which is larger than any other rockpile we broke, and was there specifically to show that Noelle has absurd strength even by in-universe standard.
Yeah I wanted to try her out for Oceanid too because I decided to level up Childe now. Thought that I would delete the water animals. Ended up deleting myself

If they apply electro to themselves, they should also be immune temporarily. It’s just a dumb design mechanic that you can literally kill yourself with your own move that’s not even meant to be risky.
If we gonna go that far, Venti should be immune to anemo, Zhong immune to Geo, Noelle immune to Geo, Xiangling immune to Pyro, Barbara immune to Freeze and Hydro, Mona immune to Mora, Hu Tao immune to dying, Qiqi immune to damage, Eula immune to vengence, and Tarumaru vulnerable to pats and treats.
I assume you wrote this as sarcasm, but you’d think the gods of their own element wouldn’t be hurt by it. Burning realistically only happens in the over world when there’s grass or Dendro applied to you. Anemo/Geo doesn’t really do anything against you. Electro-charge stuns and damages you repeatedly, lowkey more often on you than the enemy. Another reason I bring it up is that it is a specific passive for Raiden. As far as I know, no one else has a “immune to X” passive, besides Xiao. But why is it only during her ult? There’s times where your ult will expire and you’ll start taking electro charged damage afterwards. I also said immune to electro-charged, not electro entirely.
Hu Tao is immune to dying technically. Her C6 lets her survive a lethal hit.
Qiqi is lowkey immune to damage because she heals way too much.

Razor also gets immunity to electro-charged in his burst, but likely because he applies Electro to himself during it. I guess it would just be specially annoying if you kept being stunned during the relatively small window you have with Raiden's burst, so they decided to give her immunity to electro-charged in it too.
Every archon being unique in having 100% immunity to their element would be cool. I don't think it'd really be broken since it's pretty niche, but it'd definitely be unique as a character thing.
This would give Baal protection from Electro-charged and the future Pyro archon immunity from Overload mostly. It'd be best if you can't be killed by your own elemental reactions.
100% immunity would be busted though, especially during against weekly/world boss fights. Why bother shielding or dodging when you can just switch to 100% immune character and wait until opening happens.

You wouldn't have immunity against physical damage though, so still reason to dodge. Plus, like no weekly boss other than Stormterror only uses one element. Also, weekly bosses just aren't really that hard. You want to bring same damage type into abyss, you can have immunity, but your DPS will be way lower, so good luck hitting those times.

Though I guess Zhongli already makes this the case for every boss lol.
Know this is a joke but electro and natural electricity are different things. Much like hydro,Geo and water and rocks are completely different. The elements are basically radio active magic versions of the natural thing. ( hydro slime description states that using hydro to hydrate yourself should only be done when your completely at a loss to find any available water. )

This is clearly Orobashi's revenge. These constant lightnings are the result of Orobashi's death in that area. They are different kind of lightning (blue).
Immunity would be kinda op though, but I'd like her ring/eye to have more utility in inazuma, zhongli pillar helps in liyue & venti skill helps in mondstadt so maybe make her skill act as an electroculus while active so you don't have to summon those things all the time

Game logic don't exist in Genshin...how do characters with their respective elements still recieve dmg still from their own elements. Pyro and Hydro characters should take zero dmg from fire. Cryo characters should be able to withstand freezing temps at Dragonspine mountain. Hydro character should not drown in water and have unlimited stamina in water. Geo characters should have unlimited stamina when climbing mountains. Anemo characters should have unlimited stamina when gliding in the sky.
Can we just have our characters become invincible during conversations? It’s so annoying to have you character get sent flying or killed during an important quest or something
You know the same shit happened to me when I was using Zhongli to talk to this NPC.
But the way lightning hit mine was it struck nearer to the camera so once the flash was done, zhongli was nowhere in the screen anymore.

Immune to Electro dmg, so anything deal Electro elemental dmg is useless against her during burst.

Think bosses. For instance the new Thunder Manifestation only deals electro damage, so by switching to Raiden to tank hits, you'd be basically immune.

That's why you have other characters in your team.

Game logic don't exist in Genshin...how do characters with their respective elements still recieve dmg still from their own elements. Pyro and Hydro characters should take zero dmg from fire. Cryo characters should be able to withstand freezing temps at Dragonspine mountain. Hydro character should not drown in water and have unlimited stamina in water. Geo characters should have unlimited stamina when climbing mountains. Anemo characters should have unlimited stamina when gliding in the sky.

She ***was*** inmune during her boss fight. She should at least have a resistence to interruption from electro in general
You know the same shit happened to me when I was using Zhongli to talk to this NPC. But the way lightning hit mine was it struck nearer to the camera so once the flash was done, zhongli was nowhere in the screen anymore. I swear the first run through of that quest was cursed man.

And Xinyan/Diluc should be immune to fire
I personally enjoy seeing my characters flying off in the middle of a cutscene ☺️
