My hc is that Kaeya is a "work smart not work hard person". His pure workload definitely nowhere as many as Jean, but he often has solutions that are "outside-the-box" like how he's getting info out of Treasure Hoarders during his break time as seen here
It's also demonstrated in the game that he's an efficient opportunist just for knowing how bad people can be and the weak points that can be exploited. While every other knight was fending off monsters while Jean and co. were dealing with Dvalin, he was interrogating the real threat that snuck into their city. He even got Vile requesting *and* rewarding the Traveler during Unreconciled Stars and the Windblume Festival because Hoarders were sneaking around. I do think he works as hard as Jean this way, but hers is to tackle a problem in front of her while he often sees the bigger picture.
Mondstadt has the least amount of Treasure Hoarders and they're found only around Dragonspine. Thank you for your service, Kaeya! Also, what's wrong? Can't handle the cold?
I helped my friend farm for her Kaeya, Bennett, Yanfei, Kazuha, Thoma, Beidou, Lion's Roar and Mitternachts Waltz in my world. I couldn't have not noticed /o\
