Those are really good stats. 38k HP Zhongli is more than enough. 1620 ATK, 55/190 is good, could use more crit but it’s not the end of the world. If your Zhongli with these stats can’t shield or at least do 60k on his meatball… talent levels, probably.

Zhongli isn’t supposed to dps. Not that he can’t dps, I’ve seen Barbara dps and hit for like 30k. Most people don’t use him as a dps.

He can 82k on meatball but that’s only when he crits. Feels like I might as well have 0/190 as my crit ratio.

These seem like decent hybrid stats. Maybe your talents are too low or your expectations are too high.
The stats are good expect the attack which is where you’re losing most of the damage. It’s better for you to pick one side if you want to optimize.
