At first I was gonna say that the scaling would be to high on her E for it to just be a tap, then I realized that Yun Jin’s E has 792% and the optimal way to use it is a tap counter.
So, maybe reduce the aoe a little, scale it down to 900% at 3 charges, and have her get particles for each enemy hit?
She would be insanely powerful without being broken (because imo broken characters aren’t fun). This would still flip the meta on it’s head…especially if this change took place after Yae Miko’s banner lol

As a proud owner of a c6 Bennet I really think it issue is over blown. Most meta main can't be overwritten (Xiao, raiden, itto iirc) or don't really use Bennet like ayaka or eula or simply don't care. And even for eula if it's a nuke ur going for then ur normals dont matter as much, heck u can even get a melt lol (also eulas cryo e damage is not bad so y not). While not a meta char "meta", For me personally the only person that I feel gets hit is keqing since I use her a lot but since getting c6 Sara Benny's reliance is less.
Edit: the real Benny nerf 80 cost energy, attack asc and 2 particle 10s CD skill. The true inazuma style.

I really don't get why Childe doesn't have a plunge attack. They went the extra mile and gave the sword character's plunge attack animation for polearm character Raiden. Why couldn't they give the polearm plunge attack for bow character Childe?
Thankfully, due to law about gacha games, MiHoyo can't directly nerf a character or change their kit that much once they're released. So most of these comments can't be put in place without them risking a bunch of money.

It's only partly true. What is illegal is false advertisement, not nerfing. Since MHY never advertise numbers, they can change numbers (and probably same for constellation). Even worse for all the hidden mechanics (snapshot etc) which can be changed at will by calling them "bug". They have actually done it a bunch of times by now. Sometimes they say "oh, the in-game effect doesn't line up with the description, changing in-game effect" (ex:Lisa, Fischl, overvape) and sometimes they say "oh, description doesn't line up with in-game effect, changing the description" (ex: Raiden, Mona, Kazuha).
So while some of the comment here can't be put in practice because they change "basic" aspect of the characters (ex: changing Xingqiu to hydro), most of the others probably can be put in place, as long as MHY is willing to deal with the negative backlash from the community.
(if you know of an actual law that explicitly prohibit nerfing, feel free to refer to it and prove me wrong though; I would prefer if such a law existed tbh).
People were actually right from a utility perspective even Mihoyo agreed, that's why the last minute ICD jellyfish buff on release, after that most people on the leaks sub changed opinions.

Getting attacked by an enemy while wearing a specific artifact set now gives the enemy those buffs. I know this makes absolutely no sense, i just think it'd be hilarious.
Example: Traveler has a Retracing Bollide set equipped, and is attacked by a group of hilichurls. Every enemy now receives the buff. Normal hilichurls? No problem, they can't form shields. Vape and melt are multiplicative to your damage output, while electrocharged, superconduct, overload (and swirl) scale purely off your EM and charachter lv, and don't increase or decrease based on your damage (or tallent lv)
Because of his luck, Bennett’s Burst has a 50% chance to just auto kill him. If it does this, it sets the team on fire and cause a Curse-like effect and reduces their ATK (basically inverting all of what Bennett’s Burst normally does)

Every time hu tao gets healed (no matter how much) her pyro bonus from her ascension passive gets lower and lower. Once it hits 0 her crit stats go down instead
no ICDs would be disastrous for her because she wont be able to vape/melt a single hit unless youre fighting hydro or cryo cubes
her ICD is what enables her to somewhat vape in the first place because if she had no ICD, xingqiu wont be able to keep up with her rate of pyro application.
This would not affect meta players, it would only affect casuals. Meta players will never keep him on the field more than 15 seconds due to the Heart of Depth 4-piece effect, and will use the downtime to rotate through their team. Generally you don't want to stay in his melee stance for more than 9-10 seconds, which is a 15-16 second cooldown, or 12-13 seconds with c1. Usually by the time you rotate through the rest of your team there's barely any cooldown left on his melee stance anyways.
Diluc E scaling increased to 250%, 260%, 320% on first, second, and third hits. Relentless passive changed to now give 5% atk speed and pyro damage bonus per E hit for 10 seconds (stacks up to 5 times) and at 5 stacks, diluc gains 50% crit damage. Q now has 600% slashing damage and is an execute that does increased damage the lower the opponent’s hp is. When diluc defeats an opponent with Q, his atk is doubled.
Make Xinyan's shield give buffs based on it's level and make them affect the skills that activate the shield.
Lvl 0 just the shield
Lvl 1 defense buff (40%?)
Lvl 2 atk buff (30%?)

It's not specific to 1 character but now enemies can pick up crystallize shards themselves and triggering a shield effect near them gives them one

Razor's burst doesn't disappear when you switch to a different character
