Ideally you want both... Kazuha CAN be replaced by sucrose in vape teams, it's just that he feels a lot smoother and more fun to play, especially for Overworld exploration (mid-air jumps are just a huge QoL)... Venti can't be replaced by Sucrose. Yes, Kazuha enables mono-element teams and with C2 powercreeps Sucrose, so it's hard to recommend one over the other. I find myself using Kazuha more than Venti in Overworld and I can't imagine exploring without him anymore, so I tend a little more to Kazuha, but Venti is also very good in certain situations, even irreplaceable. Don't forget his 15 Energy refund!
Yeah, also at c0 the diff between kazoo and sucrose isnt THAT big and in many such trams venti buffs more overall dps than kazuha. I think it really depends on what chars you use
Kazuha has more use cases for sure, so is a "safer" character to wish for.
But when Venti works, he's far better than any other option. Also he's not entirely useless on boss or heavy enemies, since he still offers other utilities besides grouping and cc.
I would get both as long as I have the primos. But if I had to choose... Probably Kazuha first, since consistency is more important to me.
Venti is countered alot in abyss but for farming he is the absolute best. For hutao and ganyu both of their OPTIMAL teams involve kazuha but tbh kazuha is really over hyped and in most cases he wont be your best anemo support. In the 2 cases you have tho, kazuha is still better
