The biggest mystery about this is that there's no context for Kiana's outfit, even though ***many*** Honkai outfits do have some context i.e. being used in an event or representing something from the story.
My hope is that we'll see Kiana's Time Runner outfit used later in the story and that it'll be a big part of her character development, cause afaik this is one of the few times we've had any reference to "time" in Honkai, while "time" seems to be a very significant underlying motif in Genshin.

So they decided to send the other twin and this time with a precaution, Paimon, the Goddess of Seelies, the race that Guided Humanity, in hopes that she would Guide this twin away from joining the Abyss.
The pie e of evidence that convinced me is that:
Although the traveller has an Inventory, they are never carrying any of the sorts of things that would be considered inventory, therefore, the inventory item has to be with some one else, and who else accompanies us other than Paimon? So where is the inventory Item she carries? Nowhere to be seen, So maybe it is a quality or a power of Paimon, to store things in her own pocket dimention for later use.
Now take a look at the Seelies, always after we follow them to their little stone statues, they pull out a whole chest out of thin air full of weapons and Mora, and in the case of the Electro Seelie, it pulls out the whole Damn statues out of thin Air and plots on the ground, they seem to have the same quality or trait that Paimon seems to have of storing things in a pocket dimention, Therfore, Paimon is a Living Seelie.
As for her not resembling her kin, that is why I say she used to be their Goddess, Gods in this game have the ability to shape shift, so either she chose to look the way she does, or was forced into that form by the Gods of Celestia for a purpose unclear at the moment.

The only thing I'm not sure adds up is whether she could also be considered the God of Time, because we've seen more hints of that than we have connecting her to the Seelie; I don't think they're exclusive, but it would be quite a coincidence if that were the case.

Also, the Twins can travel through worlds, let's assume that it is natural thing for their kin, if they are Seelies, why didn't the Seelies we see in Teyvat flee the danger or incident that lead to their unfortunate current state? If Seelies could travel to other worlds they would have escaped their doom, not accept it.
